HAHA sorry for my absence, had some mental health troubles, but I think I'm well enough now! Anywho, decided to come out of my comfort zone and start to design characters with varying body types :3
Today, I show yall Edward's crew! Supportive old lads who help edward in anyway.
What I meant by "Edward is not choosy" is that the engines in my au have the rights to chose their crew, it's part of another arc I'm working on which hopefully I can show soon, it will dive into Lady as a character and how she impacts the world building WITHOUT magic.
Cuz magic don't exist in my au Lol

This the type of shit that's keeping me up at night
Plenty of times where I just stare at my comic/drawing and went "but what about the crew?"
I often wonder about the crews of the rws/ttte universe and what they're like and how they handle the shit their engines pull especially in specials where like. Really insane things happen.
For instance. Does Frankie and Hurricane kidnapping Thomas also count as them kidnapping his crew. can the fat controller sue the steelworks and its employees for trapping his employees as well as his engines. Many such cases.

Quick question: how does Percy communicate with the others? (Sorry if this has been answered already)
Like, does he know some ASL? Or does he carry a notebook and pencil with him? (I can imagine it being a green crayon at first)
I think I've touched upon the idea but I haven't think in detailed!
Percy's story is one in the works, and albeit tragic, and I like to think when he first comes around, no one could understand what he wants.
He couldn't communicate very well, and often angrily motioned his feelings if he gets frustrated.
Maybe somewhere down the line Edward taught him ASL🩵💚 but him carrying notes and crayons would be cute too🫶

I always intended to follow up my WesternAU! Edwards drawing with some WesternAU! James, especially after Shika drew her James as a cowboy. But y'all know I'm a slow cooker XD But here he is now! One of these days I wanna draw him getting lassoed by Edward, but I've got some other drawings I wanna take care of first, so it might be a while.
