this is really specific but stay with me
you are a student at UA, 1-A
your quirk revolves around manipulating energy like the scarlet witch, but when you touch someone with lots of built up energy it gives you a power up
so you use this to your advantage and seem to always be hanging off the arm of one of 1-A's energy/power quirks (kats, sho, deku, denki)
bakugo doesn't really like the touching but because of the reason and how you've done this since the beginning of the year he accepts it
at this point he likes how it feels tingly and nice so he hugs you back
as you hang off his arm as you walk to training he is holding your waist
or sho
he would at first be like ew no you cant hold my fire side im rebelling
but after the sports fest and seeing how your connected parts sparkle when you touch denki or bakugo hes like sure
he likes of intimate but not it is
how he can feel your energy and its tingly and nice
so when you guys are partnered up he's all like 'save your big move for if something bad happens' just so you can hold his arm a little longer :)

at first he would be shy and reserved
he would flinch when you first touched him or like held his hand
wouldn't tell his dad
had never had a relationship before and didn't know how it was different from a friend at first
would absolutely get mina (depending on how early into the year) or his sister to help him out with what boyfriends do before he confessed to you
he would either just out of the blue be like 'I love you and you're perfect and be my girlfriend' or you would have to confess
first date would be dinner or to study at a café or something after training together
he is touch starved but would need to be introduced slowly

"Oh Sho" you say, tears in your eyes. He couldn't know how much this meant to you.
From a young age you had been trying to keep your quirk under control. From when the safety commission took you to specially train, to now, attending UA.
Your boyfriend, Shoto, who you only started dating a week ago, was great. You loved him and he loved you. No one knew why you two worked but you did. Shoto was stoic, quiet, and sometimes intimidating. While you were funny, outgoing, and kind. Shoto had told you he loved you for your kindness. But you talked, a lot. To the point of when you first met Shoto, you thought he didn't like you. In reality you were just talking so much that his normally quiet self couldn't do anything but listen. You never realized how much he listened. Until your second date with him.
He told you he wanted to take you somewhere, no specifics were given. You wore dark blue, because that was his favorite color, at least you thought so. He picked you up and drove about a half an hour to out in the country. He pulled over in the middle of no where. No ambient lights from the city. It was a simple field, with some flowers, it was pretty. But you were confused to say the least.
'Sho what are we doing here? Are we having a picnic?'
'Love-'
'Sho this place is pretty, don't get me wrong. And I love hanging out with you- but I don't understand.'
'Love-'
'This is kinda random don't you think?'
'You told me this was your dream?'
'What?'
You remembered from weeks ago when you and Shoto were just getting to know each other.
'You know what my dream is Shoto? To be free.'
'Like how?'
'Like, free from everyone and all restrictions and I can just let go.'
'Let go of what?'
'Control, I just want to use my quirk to do what ever I want, like just let it happen with no fear of becoming a villain or hurting someone. Like a princess in one of those movies.'
'That sounds nice.'
'Ya, it does'
Then you rambled on about something else completely disregarding the conversation.
You look at the field, it was far from everything that you could damage, except your loving boyfriend. You realized he had planned this whole night just for you. He didn't expect anything from you, just that you get to live your dream.
You grabbed his hand and pulled him into the field laughing, he admired you. You swing your arms around and dance into the air. Your quirk let you manipulate energy of all sorts, so really powerful. Everyone always said you were like a hero in a marvel movie. You were sweaty but smiling as big as ever. Shoto watched from afar, noting how beautiful this was. Big streams of purple energy flew around the sky and you were in the center.
When the night came, the stars lit up the sky. It was beautiful. When you came back to earth, Shoto greeted you. You bounded into his arms. Almost knocking him over at the force. You stepped back to look at him. He stared at your eyes, completely bewitched with your beauty. With no second thoughts you smashed your lips against his. You ran your hands up his chest onto his face. He held your waist securely, though he was a bit taken aback. It was passionate and awaited, but full of love. Finally after what felt like a century in his arms you took a breath and looked at him.
'Oh Sho'
