if you ever crave something really bad just search up “grosspo”, “disgusting food”, “moldy meals” etc! helps out sm
if you’re craving something special, search up “what-you’re-craving expired” or “what-you’re-craving molded”.
if you still feel hungry after this you disgust me as a human being because you just really just love food too much to lose weight which is kinda sad but someone has to be the fat ones you despise i guess

· my rules for the rest of the week!
- staying motivated; i’ve kind of lost process and i need to stay focused if i really want it because in the end the ones who wants it the baddest gets it
- chewing gum instead of eating (i have to make only one bag last for the following days)
- not accepting any unnecessary food and if so throwing it away
- actually working out
· punishments
motivation loss for a day = double workout the next day
accepting unnecessary food = obviously throwing it up and burning the extra calories of whatever i ate in some way, absolutely unacceptable habit
missing a workout = doing it twice the next day and also go on a somewhat walk to burn some extra
