Why am I like this

it’s really fun to think about how different each of your f/os are when it comes to showing affection. each and every one would love you differently, in their own way, and that’s just beautiful.

Imagine your f/o calming you down and comforting you when the memories of your trauma hits you or even when your mental illnesses act up.

If you feel like having physical contact, they hold you close against their chest, their arms protectively wrapped around you as they are rubbing your back as you cry your heart out, or even hold your hands as they gently talk to you, telling you how much they care and loves you.

If you feel like not wanting to be touched and want your space, they respect it, but they make sure you know they are there for you if you want or need anything and they are absolutely ready to help you.
