Yeah did blood analysis and started to take iron supplements because my eating habits are not the greatest (I'm sorry but bloody meat or liver is not my thing - 🤮 #gross).

So one of the reasons I'm in a colour I call Scottish white (as in I reflect light!) and tire easily.
