Eating habits are the way a person eats. Some common eating habits include being picky, messy, and noisy. More than just being this, it is also related to “what they eat?. Some people have eating habits that are considered bad such as snacking too often, having food with little nutrition, or eating more than is needed.
How do eating habits affect children?
Eating habits are one of the major determinants of a child's growth and development. A child should be fed with healthy food and have enough time to eat. Usually, children become active after they've eaten because the brain releases adrenaline in response to hunger. The body knows that it needs energy and starts looking for it. Parents shouldn't forget that eating too much or eating unhealthy foods will lead to obesity in children along with many other health conditions that will become the cause of concern.
