Royalty AU
Erica is a princess. A magnificent princess, by the way, who would do anything for her kingdom and its people. That's why she never complained about being pledged to marry Derek of Hale since chilhood (they had been friends for many years now, and it wouldn't really be a hardship facing marital duty with him). And that's why, now that the kingdom of Reyes needs more allies, she didn't make much of a fuss about the agreement changing and having her engaged to another.
The thing is, her fiancé now is the Crown Prince of Beacon, with an indecipherable name and delightful wit, if his letters are anything to go by. Even if it's not ideal, at least she'll have a chance to meet him before the wedding, seeing as he is making his way over one month early for this exact purpose.
She just hopes Derek manages to be not so much of a protective asshole. Oh heavens, who is she kidding. May Vernon of Boyd help her.

Origins part II
(aka further proof aka the college au everybody unkowingly wanted)
College can be many different things, but when it comes down to it, it's about people. And whether you like it or not, some of them may stick with you.
This is how Tony, Bruce, Natasha, Clint and Betty came to be.
Tony Stark - alpha and not really giving a fuck about it - is in Engeneering now (after passing Physics with flying colors and fireworks, of course), and insisted for a shared dorm room - it's about the autentic experience, JARVIS, quit mothering me.
Which is how he met Bruce - beta, medical school, black framed glasses deceiving temper and poor alcohol tolerance (all tested within due time).
With Bruce came Betty, also in med scholl but one year older. Omega daughter of a General, not the best combination regarding one's freedom.
Then came Clint and Natasha, omega and alpha (may it be reiterated, genderism sucks), law school. They just appeared out of nowhere and stuck around, really. Tony doesn't exactly care - they are witty and scary and he likes them.
He may have the habit of picking up stray junk along his way - thanks for your input, JARVIS - but this time Tony Stark might have assembled something of a masterpiece.

Origins part I
(aka proof of how we can't have nice things without obsessing about world building)
This is the story about how Steve, Bucky and Peggy came to be the friends they are.
In a world in which omegas must be submissive and betas are overlooked, those three don't quite fit.
Steve comes from a traditional, but kind home. He's an omega and as such is taught to be gentle and nurturing - though that is no obstacle when it comes to defending what he judges right.
Bucky is the adopted omega son to a conservative, alpha filled family. An alpha-omega pair of fathers, three alpha brothers and expectations to abide to. Becoming friends with little freedom fighter Steve wasn't exactly conductive of approved behaviour, of course.
And Peggy, bless her soul, is the daughter to a beta family supporter of equal rights. Defying genderist notions is nothing out of ordinary, and finding two friends to accompaign her on this everyday endeavor is certainly welcome.
