Girl with Flowing Clouds

The summer sky that I see these days inspired me to draw this.

Lovely cotton candy clouds flowing in the sky reminded me that time goes by and things always changing.

I'm feeling like letting go of my old negative energy like regret or self-blame to memories in the past. And I will stop trying to control too many things in my life.

雨のあと

このところ雲がキレイなので空をよく眺めていたら、なんとなくこの絵を描きたくなって。

そして描いていて気がついた。

大切な子とお別れしてから私は後悔しすぎたし、自分を責めすぎた。

次から次へとこみ上げて止まらない喪失感や後悔、罪悪感のようなものを、

直視できないけれど捨てることもできないまま、心の奥の方に放り込んで、ただ増やしつづけた。

でもそういうのはもういい。

変わるということは寂しいことでもあるけれど、すごく素敵なこと。

きっとこれからも完璧に生きられなくて、いつか何かに後悔するだろうけれど、それでもいい。

力を抜いて流れに身を任せて、ゆるっと生きてみようと思う。

Rough Sketch of Chihuahua in Clip Studio Paint

My little tiny baby is always stick to me. He's sensitive and easily scared but very smart and sassy in fact. I guess many chihuahuas are like that. That's what I love about them and wanted to draw in this work.

チワワってたぶんそういう子が多いと思うのだけど、うちの子も怖がりで人見知りで甘えんぼうで、それなのに賢くて、気が強い。一筋縄でいかない不思議な魅力を持っているというか。そういう感じを絵に描いてみたくて、こうなった😊

It was very happy to watch skateboarding at Tokyo Olympics. Athletes were not too serious different from other events, they looked like they really enjoyed the games. And they shared feelings with each other, they rejoiced together when someone did great and they ran up to hug someone when others cried for their mistakes. I've never felt like that to see olympic games, so heart warmed. Then I drew this, the humanized chihuahua dog on a skateboard ☺️ 東京オリンピックのスケートボード。選手たちの雰囲気がなんだかすごく素敵だったので、チワワを擬人化して描いてみた。
