The Ugly Duckling
“What’s going on?” Jess asks a group of students as she walks into the hall. Filled with all 250 students of Royalty high.
“No idea” a guy mouths back not failing to also wink at Jess.
She grins and looks around for her friends.
At the top of the room seated high above are the Royals as they called themselves, Mankinds own disgrace Jess fondly called them. They were the richest kids of Royalty and also the most useless. In the middle sits Aria and her bunch of crazies.
“Do you ever plan on moving out of my way?” A calm still voice says.
Jess turns and smiles.
In front of her with his hands in his pockets and ever bored expression stands the boy that gave Channing Tatum a run for his money and made Ryan Gosling a toad standing next to him. While being extremely poor. Jesses best friend the schools hearthrobe and Aria’s boyfriend Fade.
Jess places her hands in his and smiling says
“Never,”
With no expression written on his face except the almighty popular bored one. He walks forward towards a couple of guys who say hi and they both sit down,
At that moment someone coughs into a microphone and all the students keep quiet.
“You are all gathered here to discuss the arrival of a special new student” The principal says and a picture of a girl in a mask appears on the screen.
“This is Alexis Thompson, the one and only daughter to Thompson Reynolds of the Reynolds empire.”
A loud gasp ensures and Jess sits straight eyes widened.
“Shes going to be transferring here tomorrow and we had a few very important information to pass across. As some of you may know. No one has ever seen the face of Alexis. This is due to the fact that she has a rare disease that has made her face badly formed” The principal says.
“Like a monsters?!” Someone shouts out.
“That is precisely what we are seeking to avoid, Alexis shall as always have her mask on and we request that you all respect her privacy,there shall be no trying to remove her mask or see her face. Anyone who does will have a huge lawsuit you can never get out of, expulsion and many more punishments awaiting you. This was the agreement we came into in order to stop this school from being flooded by an army of men in black suits. Please remember to be respectful and great examples of Royalty high.
You are dismissed”
The principal says and walks off leaving a room that immediately erupts in gossip.

The Ugly Duckling falling for an unseen face
This story was inspired by the ugly duckling series a Thai tv drama and book but it’s totally different, I may have some cross overs from characters on the show so if you’ve watched it it’ll be fun for you and if you haven’t what are you waiting for?!!! Go do it now! It’s literally the best show ever, ok now that’s a bloody lie but I did get your attention.I added the 1st episode of my favorite out of the series above , it has English subs so enjoy and let me know your thoughts.
