Finally figured out what to do with this oc; so meet Mesmereyes! (or Mesmer for short)
He’s a bnha villain oc with a hypno quirk. He can take control of a persons body if they make eye contact with him. The longer he has eye contact the longer he has control over the individual, but it can make him kinda dizzy. He’s a little unstable tho
