How do we access the PDF? I just got the shipment email but I wasn’t sure how to access the pdf version of the zine.

The PDF will be emailed out sometime in the next day or two! The email provider actually flagged the pdf emails as spam, so we’re working on a work around 👍

An additional note, for those who were having trouble with the mobile bigcartel website!

When investigating, we came across the notification that Safari on older iOS versions (13.2) actually doesn’t support the black-sliding animations we had for our graphics, despite their claims to the contrary.

We have disabled the animations, and it should be accessible now, if you were having trouble accessing it on Safari before. If it’s still giving you issues, we recommend trying a different browser (like Google Chrome or Firefox) to see if that resolves the issue.

We double checked across a handful of different mobile platforms (android, iphone, etc), and there doesn’t seem to be an issue opening the page or going through the purchase process. If you would like to dm us a screenshot of what you’re seeing, we may be able to be of more help!
