Title: Fresh Starts and Unsettled Hearts. Characters: Raine Sage & Genis Sage Words: 1,000+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This is an overdue SS for @theguineapig3 Some tags: pre-game, angst with a happy ending, sage siblings Summary:
Tumblr media
“This is where the last teacher we had lived,” the Mayor informed the pair of siblings, a long look on his face, mind on wondering if the young woman before him would truly work out. “It has been sometime since this village has had an educator for the kids, the house is in need of some work, but livable.” Back when it was shown love and care, the home had been one of the prettier ones in Iselia; since its abandonment, the empty house had fallen into disrepair. The Mayor saw no need to spend limited village funds on upkeep for an empty home, leaving that to whoever would try taking up the position of educating the village children and teenagers. Even now, after Raine had been bold to speak to him directly inquiring about the badly needed position, he could only hope he did not agree too hastily, though she had had the paperwork needed and proved herself to be far above average intelligence- enough to where he wondered why she would stop in their little village of all places where only down a little farther in the port city, he had no doubts she would have found a better paying job at their famous college. “That should be all for today. If you need someone else to do repairs on this place, I suggest Dirk, a Dwarven man that lives with his son just outside the village. The boy I warned you about. Lloyd means well, but can be a handful and difficult to teach.”
Raine clutched the small key in her hands far tighter than needed and she knew it after the Mayor handed it to her before their coming to the empty home. Even running logic, the weight of the key holding great importance for her and Genis and a chance at some security. The weight was assurance that today was real and Raine had not dreamt it. The weight being a reminder in her hands that they had a chance here. A chance for somewhere stable, to not worry over a place to hide away during the cold nights, figuring out where their next meal would be, if any for the day. The teaching job was hers, having no competition for the position, that taking away concern. Iselia was a small village, hardly a place scholars were looking to flock to and fight over. Iselia was in need of a teacher and Raine was in need of somewhere permanent to continue raising Genis. Iselia’s Mayor mentioning Dirk being a Dwarf did not sit well with the young woman, having a feeling she knew why, knew all too well. “I’ll keep that in mind. As for Lloyd, I haven’t had a student I couldn’t teach.” She replied assured and firm in her words. Her only true student so far had been Genis, making it a technical truth.
Genis, who had become wary and distrustful of many because their treatment during their forced travels. It was too hard for her to give him real hope, having been treated cruelly at such a young age, learning a lot of humans simply hated and looked down upon them because of their being half-elves. The siblings impressive magic and intellect hardly mattering at all. Only their appearance, their blood and what it meant did.
‘How long will we be able to stay here?’ Raine wondered, keeping her expression neutral; a bittersweet afternoon as earlier she had to tell her baby brother for their own safety and to have this place to live, he would have to lie a lot longer. Lie about what he was to survive again.
His blue eyes full of understanding in the worst way while replying with a simple “I know.”
That look on his face burned into her mind and she would do whatever was possible to ensure it never happened again.
Genis was seven.
“Alright, I’ll leave you to get unpacked. The children will be ready for you Monday morning." The Mayor gave a nod after speaking, having additional work to do now that Raine was there.
Once the man was gone and Genis was certain out of earshot, he said, “Man, I didn’t think he’d ever stop talking.” The boy frowned, still staying close to his sisters side. “I don’t think he believes you can do it.” The biting words were met with a hand on his head, which caused him to look up at her.
“Let’s go inside.”
“Okay,” his reply was a simple grumble of a doubting child, not ready to believe they had a real place to call their own yet- not when his entire life was traveling, make-shift camps, caverns, anywhere they could call shelter before moving onward.
Raine’s nose crinkled at the strength of the musty smell in the home, quick to open the windows and assess the work needed.
“Bleh, it stinks in here.”
“That’s to be expected. The Mayor did say it had been sitting for quite sometime.”
“Someone could have opened the windows or something.”
“I suspect they would have forgotten and then we would not have this home now.”
‘But for how long this time?’ Genis wanted to say, mouth set in a tight line, holding his tongue for the now. Raine was always working hard to make sure he had what he could, giving up meals to make sure he ate when their food was scarce. Genis knew more than he let on there with his older sister. It ate at him in painful ways that always hurt. The most he could provide on their travels was an ability to make a small fire- in a twist Raine had the healing magic, and Genis was showing signs to specialize in black magic. Genis would make fires for them when it was cold, and times they camped for the night.
And the times Raine tried to cook...
Tried.
Raine studied complicated things he did not yet understand during the times they had access to books. During those times, she could forget to eat, being so engrossed in her reading. At those times, Genis found out he could cook better than her. Starting with simple sandwiches, it was quickly discovered food Genis made was edible without worry of needing Raine’s healing magic.
Grimacing at the memory of her cooking, the young boy darted over to check out the kitchen area- opening bottom cabinets, checking the condition of the stove, and finding some pots and pans stored there. They needed some cleaning, not in the greatest condition, but with the few things there already, it would allow Genis to work on more complex dishes.
Genis was then quick to realize he would need a stool to stand on while using these things.
Being short sucked...
“Genis, come here and help with the beds!” Raine called, her back turned to him, fussing over the bedding, already starting stripping one to get it ready to be cleaned up. Once he stopped responding, she had saw him get lost in his own world for a moment, exploring and checking out the kitchen. It brought a smile to her seeing him appear so invested in it. This part of their lives was going to be a difficult new start, but at least the people of the isolated countryside, with its population of humans not being able to tell full and half elves apart, was the best chance they had in a long while.
The next day Raine made sure Genis had a stool for the kitchen.

Title: Our Stars Aligned Pairing: Female Farmer x Penny Words: 3,400+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This story doubles as my NaNoWriMo 2022 project. Some tags: Crush at First Sight, OC x Canon, Romance, Fluff, Drama. Chapters: 2/? Summary:
Tumblr media
Theresa struggled to breathe, fighting to focus on her work, her mundane day-in-and-out work.
It was a lost battle.
The suffocation had been building to an unbearable, lonely point. It was hard to breathe when there was no help around or no one to call; not in a place where others did not care or did not understand. More or less, they were okay with their dirty gray cubicles, some holding typical decorations and frames of their families, doing the same tasks on their computers while being watched by supervisors through big glass windows. The large lights on the wall some ways up dictating their work and breaks.
It was early in winter, the constant typing on keyboards from those around her making the feeling of suffocation much worse- the unhappiness in her life reaching a silent breaking point that could be physically felt to the point it hurt, sharply. An idea came to mind from the pain, Theresa ready to risk it. Daring a glance, the drawer with a special envelope lay inside. One from her grandfather left to her on his passing, only meant to be opened once it was needed at her own judgment. If she ever needed to speak to her beloved grandpa today was the day.
A loud noise alerted all in the office it was break time while the red light lit up annoyingly bright.
The usual coming and going of the workers on their break was fast to become background noise. Theresa was fast to see she would not be paid any mind, not until the supervisors would come back to make sure they were working after break time was done.
After holding onto the envelope with great care(his seal still intact) for so long, she finally opened it, more than one paper having been carefully tucked in there. Time slowed to a crawl on seeing a document, catching sight of the word ‘Deed’.
“Is this?” The words were whispered with shakiness born from disbelief. Setting the document down and going for the letter as fast as possible without tearing it, the final message from her grandfather holding a lesson and a promise.
Terri, a nickname she only heard from her father these days. The document was the deed to his farm in Stardew Valley. That place had not had a proper owner since his passing, and she was sure it had a more than a few overgrown weeds by now. The last time she had been there she was a little girl. It was when Grandma still lived and the sky was full of bright stars at night instead of city lights and car alarms going off and dogs barking into the middle of the night.
Neither of her own parents wanted to spend their lives working away on a farm, more content with their city lives and careers. Small town life simply not for them, and that part of her family history was one she would hold off thinking of for the time being. Grandpa had spoke of understanding losing sight of what was important- nature and connections with other people. He spoke of love and being proud of her, not guilt into accepting such a big responsibility.
Grandpa had left her a chance to change her life. A chance she desperately needed.
No additional thinking on the matter was required after realizing she could breathe again. In that same office that was slowly taking her life away, from beyond the grave, Grandpa had given it back with the deed to the farm.
It would mean uprooting and moving to a new place, away from her parents, but it was her life, her future on the line.
Besides her parents, no one in that city would really miss her anyway.
It was time for a new start.
Putting her resignation in two weeks later was easier and done with less emotional effort than packing her small apartment for the move. Taking care of the paperwork with the deed left her with more than a few headaches, similarly as talking with her parents over it; her mother wanting to show support but felt like it was the wrong move, thinking a child born and raised in ZuZu city would not do as well or be truly happy moving to a farm in the countryside .
“Why don’t you try taking a vacation first? You’re going through burnout, Dear. It happens to everyone. Suddenly going from city life to a farm that hasn’t been kept up in a long time is a bad idea.”
Her mother had spoken the words in a way that made Theresa feel small all over again. The look in her eyes and tone to her voice more than strongly suggesting she knew what was best in the long run. But it was far from it. Burnout did not match how she felt- it was something else, something far deeper and different, and right now her passed on grandfather was the only one who truly understood her plight and gave her a way out.
Those words from her mother did not leave her mind, even with her father adding his two cents, being more supportive to her side. Her father was possibly biased since that was his dad’s pride and how much it meant to his old man.
“Come on, Honey. Dad went through something like that too and returning to that farm made him happy again. It could be just what she needs. Terri is a grown woman and doesn’t need us making that choice for her.”
She loved her mother, really she did, but sometimes when they came at crossroads like they did during this time, talking to her was difficult at best.
That conversation happened earlier in the day, it was evening now and getting close to nightfall. All too suddenly she was tired and a little bit surprised at how tense her body had been while moving around with the memory going on over and over.
“Why can’t you just support me without making an obstacle course out of it?” Theresa wondered out loud into the quiet of her apartment, shoulders slumped, letting out a held breath. It was her mother that encouraged her to go into business and apply to the JoJa company after graduation. It wasn’t all so long ago she was aimless about what direction to put her life in, and at the time her mothers words seemed wise. The older woman was a long time worker in the business field, and knew enough people to confidently speak on how JoJa was a thriving company with growing stores and working there was secure and would bring her money in the meantime.
Somehow in that plan things went differently and she was nothing more than a set of numbers that got paid weekly. In that dreary place, it sucked your soul of humanity, reducing you to a speck in their grand scheme. A replaceable one. Her resignation more than confirmed that for her, and Theresa knew without a shred of doubt, her position would have been replaced already.
Anything to keep the corporate machine running.
Theresa had to quickly shake her head to get free of that growing cloud of hurt. It wasn’t the time for it, her choices were made already. It was her life to live, not her mothers, and she would just have to prove her mother was wrong.
A small ball of determination gave her a second wave of energy to get a few more things done. Looking around, a few boxes were scattered, reminding her of how little she had to bring with her on the move. Having nothing for a social life and being exhausted after work left no time for personal hobbies or making friends. Her gaze settled on the sight of her small but cherished book collection- raising a brow, she could not remember the last time she was able to sit and take time to read anything.
Her heart ached at that eye opener.
JoJa company... that job where she was less than nothing to them, had taken away something precious. Her determination grew.
Focused and fueled, the books were carefully packed away next. The cabin would have a few furnishings to its name already but she knew it would make her feel more comfortable and secure with her book collection. Maybe there she could have time to take joy in the stories that she held dear.
It would feel more like her new home instead of just being in her grandfather’s place.
Theresa packed well into the night, her mind now on the promise of her new life. Her mothers words pushed to the back of her mind. They refused to go away completely, but she knew the right choice was made.
ZuZu city was no longer for her.
Soon enough it was the 30th of winter, and she was on the bus to Pelican Town in Stardew Valley, ZuZu city a speck behind her. A few bags secured on top of the bus to get her started while her father mailed the rest of her things. Admittedly not much still by the time she was done, but they would not fit for the ride over.
By the time the bus stopped she was too relieved to get off and get her belongings. The bus trip had been bumpy and noisy, the music playing in her headphones during the trip only doing so much.
“You must be Theresa!”
A cheerful, unfamiliar woman’s voice got her attention fast. She could not recall being told someone would meet her.
The woman waved, a big smile on her face. Red hair in a bun, her outfit looking like she was a woman of the woods. Given where she was at now, that was a good possibility.
“I’m Robin, the local carpenter. The Mayor sent me to get you.”
Relief crept up on her then. Theresa had known her grandpa and the Mayor were friends, and she had a promise to keep of delivering a ‘hello’ for him.
At ease now, Theresa waved back with her free hand. “That’s me alright. I’m taking over my grandpa’s farm.”
Robin went over and grabbed a bag to help and nodded in the direction of a dirt path with two ways to go. “Come on, Harvest Farm is this way! Mayor Lewis is waiting to see you there.”
Theresa nodded back, feeling a little off with the name, but would not be changing it. Their last name being Harvester, someone far back in the family thought it a good idea to name the farm that and it stuck. She was not about to be the one who broke the name. Not one her grandpa was so proud of.
Robin and Terri left for down the dirt road, it being New Year’s Eve was not lost on the young woman with a promise of a new start on New Year’s.
The farm coming into view while they chatted, her heart felt lighter and her future was already looking brighter.
For the first time in too long a time, her smile was natural and happy. Her long auburn hair was in twin braids, moving with the chilly winter wind. The weather had not been something she thought of when fixing her hair that morning, but was glad she styled it that way- a ponytail would have gotten tangled too badly with how much she was moving and moving around today in the wind.
It felt stronger out in the countryside than it did in the city.
“Everyone has been asking about you. It’s not everyday someone new movies in, you’re quiet popular talk already.” Robin informed the young woman walking in step with her, wanting her to be prepared. Pelican Valley was a small place and word got around fast. Nothing helping that Mayor Lewis did not exactly keep it a secret, too happy someone was taking over his old friends farm. And for the money that would bring in to the town.
The last person that had moved in their quiet town was Shane and his god-daughter Jasmine. Their story was unfortunate, but Robin caught enough of Shane to know he was relieved Jasmine was doing good in living there, with his Aunt Marnie being a good influence and help with the little girl.
“Really?” Theresa replied with a little shakiness in her voice. Popular was never a word she would describe herself with. Suddenly having people being interested in her and taking over the farm, having questions, and introductions... the thought was already becoming too much. It had been years since she had done any kind of big socializing.
“Try not to worry. They’re a good bunch and most know to give you some space and let you introduce yourself to them when you’re ready.” Most of them were good in Robin’s eyes, and she thought it best Theresa take her own pace. Robin knew the young woman had come in from the city and would more likely than not have a difficult time adjusting to the work and hours of a farmer.
Theresa found little relief in that, but would take what she could get for now. “That’s good, I guess. I’m not ready to greet everyone so close together. Back at the JoJa company, it was all about work and keeping up productivity. The supervisors weren’t keen on people getting friendly with each other during working time.” Having at least a day or so before making introductions would be good, especially not even knowing the amount of work that would have to be done to get the farm started.
“They’re different here. You should come by the saloon sometime in the evening. It’s a good place to relax and start with meeting the residents. Gus makes some of the best food in town, and has a good bit to pick from for drinks if you don’t want any alcohol.” Her and her husband, Demetrius, went by there at once a week for their date night. Robin was looking forward to it again, and spending time dancing with him and having drinks. The work week had been busy. It meant good money, but work was work, and they couple were both in need of a break.
“That sounds good. I haven’t been anywhere like that in years.” Theresa could have easily emphasized that part, but figured Robin understood. She was a sweet woman that was welcoming without being overbearing. Theresa did not have to keep a guard up around her. It was a nice change.
“And we’re here!” Robin exclaimed with a big smile, gesturing to Harvest Farm’s entrance.
Right away Theresa noticed the sign to the farm was in need of replacing, the wood chipped and worn down from time and weather. Going onto the property, her eyes landed on the cabin and it was in need of some love as well. Then, her light blue eyes went wide and she put her hands on her face taking in the scene of the farmland itself. There was so much more to do than she thought. Weeds, sticks, stone and trees had grown sporadically all over the land.
It was only the chuckle of a new person that brought her out of her stupor.
“Mayor Lewis, there you are.” Robin said, looking to the cabins entrance.
“Yes, I was just inside straightening up a little bit.” He spoke with humor in his voice, and chuckled a little more seeing his old friend Granddaughter staring wide eyed at the work. It would be a lot, but since she was willing to try and being a related to his passed on friend, he was willing to believe in her. It would be great to see this old land thriving again, and also mean good business for Pelican Town.
“Don’t worry. You don’t have to clear everything at once. A good farm takes time to make.” A piece of wisdom he learned from her grandfathers experience ages ago. Harvest Farm did great under his care, leaving Lewis no room to doubt the man. “I was just inside tidying up the old place. You’ll have a few things to get going.”
“That’s good, thank you, Mayor.” Theresa replied, a little surprised still that the mayor himself was there to greet her and had been getting some things ready for her arrival himself. She recalled Robin saying it, but experiencing it was another thing for her all together.
Before Lewis could reply, Robin interjected taking a jab at him with his thoughts being on money, Mayor Lewis replying similarly with good humor. It helped put her at ease a little more, seeing the two were clearly good friends and if Theresa had to guess, had been for a long while. Their reactions were comical.
“Anyway,” Lewis had said walking up to her, “you can put your products in that bin over there. I’ll come by during the night and pick them up.” It would be a good but strange feeling picking up things from Harvest Farm again, but Lewis looked forward to it. It would mean the farm was alive once more.
“With the looks of this place, it may be a little bit before I’ll have anything to put in there.” Thinking about it now, she would have to at least clear a patch of land, plant some seeds. She hoped her grandfathers old tools were up for the job.
“There’s more than just things you grow here you can sell,” Robin chimed in helpfully. “Fishing, ores from the mine and foraging are a few of the ways you can get going while waiting on your first crops to grow.”
Lewis nodded in agreement. “She’s right. Stardew Valley is a place where nature provides you all kinds of goods.” Lewis took a look at his watch after speaking, seeing it was already getting into the afternoon. There was no time to stick around and share more tales and advice. It would have to wait for another time. He was still Mayor and had things to handle before his night run to pick up goods from other bins. “I must be off now, but do come by and meet the townsfolk when you can.”
Robin checked her watch as well. “I’ve got to get going too. It was nice to met you. Theresa. I live with my family in the house on the hill up north. Come by if you need supplies or to have something built.” It was nearly time for dinner to get started and she needed to make sure Demetrius was not too wrapped in work and forgot the time again.
And just like that, they were gone, leaving Theresa alone on the land, taking her bags inside. It had gotten quiet so fast without their chatter. She was so used to the noises of the city. There was always something going on there.
Bags set down near the bed, she took a look around. It was a single room cabin; a tv in the upper left corner, bed with a red and gold rug in the bottom right, a single chair and table near the television. The place had been cleaned and the bedding was fresh. A framed painting of a plant was on the wall, and an actual plant in the bottom left corner with a small dresser beside it. A fireplace took up the upper right corner, and there was already some kindling in it(with the cold, Theresa knew that thing would be used before nightfall hit). It warmed her heart to know, and realized then that in all that she forgot to pass along the hello from her grandfather.
It would be done next time she saw Mayor Lewis. It would have to be. It was the least she could for him after being granted this challenging but needed opportunity.
For now, she turned on the television and left it on the weather to have some noise, taking note of tomorrows weather supposing to be sunny for the start to the new year.
Theresa was not one to cry easily(last time she did was after Grandpa passed away), in this place she could feel her grandfather’s presence and her eyes welled with tears, yet not of sadness. This cabin was now hers; it taking her back to when she was a little girl and spent some time here with him. And now? Now it was hers to work on and make new memories to cherish as she did during time she spent with him back then.
From beyond his life, Grandpa had given her a new one.
Tomorrow was time to get to work.

Title: The Issue with Separation Characters/Pairings: Colette Brunel, implied Lloyd Irving x Colette Brunel Words: 1,000+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This takes place post DotNW, they are adults. This was just a thing for kinktober, do not take it seriously at all. Some tags: kinktober, nsfl, self-loving, solo time, post-DotNW Kinktober day one: Self love.  Summary:
Tumblr media
Colette’s heart beat so loud it echoed in her mind, face flushed and still excited all the same for what she was about to do. The young woman ensured the door to her room was locked tight and heard no footsteps from the other side.
“Oh, Lloyd,” she whispered to herself in a needy tone, a closed fist to her heart. Even being together for some time now, Colette wondered if he knew exactly what he did to her, turning her on in ways no one else could. What he had done to her for a long time, even before they were together officially(she pushed the thoughts away of the nights she had spent alone with formerly unattainable fantasies for company). Lloyd was away until the next day, leaving her to tend to her own growing arousal.
She was providing her own assistance in town, it being more than safe enough for them to split up for a day. Before parting, she had gotten sight of him in his old black tank top(with its nicks and tears she noted to get him a new one, it was past time for it), the swords-mans strong muscles visible as he prepared to leave for a simple quest to help one of the local townsfolk. On seeing her, Lloyd had smiled so bright and it made her feel warm and truly loved. There was a look he only had for her alone and she treasured it.
Colette closed her eyes, undressing herself quickly until she was left in her undergarments.
Her face deepened in color feeling herself become wet, her breathing already changing.
“Mmm,” she moaned quietly, a slender hand moving to her breasts, fondling them while imagining it was her loves calloused hands on her body.
The couple had shared an intimate embrace in private in his room. Lloyd’s arms around her, keeping her as close to him as he could, his head resting atop hers. In that moment Colette cherished the contact- his scent was overwhelming, her breasts pressed against his toned, firm chest sent her heart racing and blood rushing, his arms a comfort the young woman would cherish for the rest of her life. She had put a hand on his chest, drawing soft circles, feeling his heart beat close to hers in the brief silence. Time had stopped then, letting her take in everything that was Lloyd. Colette rested her head against him and shut her eyes.
Under different circumstances they would be sharing a bed instead of preparing for a brief separation.
Sucking in a breath, Colette drug her finger down her stomach, going lower until she reached her panties. She began to tease herself, her finger trailing up and down her pussy.
The young woman wriggled under her own touches and imagination, Lloyd’s name coming off her lips while she played with herself, thinking of how he would leave kisses and love marks on her skin.
It felt so good, so right. Not the same as if her beloved was there, but it would do for this night and Colette would indulge her imagination by continuing to picture Lloyd on top of her, working her over with his calloused hands and chapped lips.
Colette quickly undid her bra, very glad she wore the one that opened from the front today, then slid her panties down. Her pussy was almost embarrassingly wet from her thoughts and indulgence. Right now, it was hard to care when her mind was on herself and Lloyd making love to one another.
Colette’s clit throbbed with desire, another whispered moan she did not try and stop. In her mind Lloyd was positioned and ready to thrust into her. His hands clasped into her own as he looked down at her, eyes warm and full of want. Want for her.
At this rate she would not last long.
“Oh, Lloyd, if you were here right now,” Colette spoke to herself, voice trembling.
Blue eyes gently shut, she shifted around to rub a hand over her own body once more, going slow down her stomach, massaging circles on her thighs. Preparing, she brought two fingers to her mouth, the young woman slowly sucking on them, coating them in her saliva, imagining her fingers as another part of Lloyd she would have taken to her mouth.
Sweet, pleasured sounds filled the small room.
From the attention and strong personal desire, her pussy was wet, body warm, nipples erect, saliva dripping down the corner of her mouth. Colette was ready.
Lloyd’s naked body seemed too real. As strong as he was, the swordsman was always gentle and loving with her. If she were able, Colette was certain if she reached out that she could feel his body as if he were really there with her in that moment.
The full moon being the only light in the room would cast a look on him that made his eyes shine in a way the afternoon sun never did. It was a romantic scene straight out of those books and stories the other girls in Aselia gossiped about to one another.
In time with his thrusts, she inserted a finger into herself while working over her nipples and breasts with her other hand. Firm gropes and pinches to her nipples, and getting her pointer finger in as deep as it would go before wriggling it around.
“Lloyd,” his name came from her mouth in a breathy voice, having no trouble letting his name from her lips since she was alone.
Colette’s middle finger went with her pointer finger this time, her mind still lost in the fantasy of her lover being with her. Fingering herself, she was careful to make scissoring motions with her fingers, stretching herself, feeling the orgasm coming soon.
With her orgasm so close, Colette continued to finger herself then using her other hand, began playing and working over her clit.
After a little time of loving and teasing herself, the build was too strong, release was on its way. In her fantasy, Lloyd’s hands stayed clasped tightly in her own. The swordsman dipping down to kiss her while they came together. “Ahhh, Lloyd,” Colette exclaimed during her orgasm.
The feeling was wonderful, and as Colette lay in bed in the aftermath of her personal love time, her heart beat in excitement thinking on what they could do together after Lloyd returned.

Title: Sorrow Born in Shadows. Characters/Pairings: Nina Wyndia and Mina Wyndia Words: 1,000+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This contains spoilers for the main story. Takes place after the event but before they leave. First BoF fanfiction, not the last. Some tags: Whumptober, Whumptober2022, Gen, Story Spoilers. Whumptober day one: This wasn’t supposed to happen.
Tumblr media
Nina had no time to weep over the decision her dear little sister had made while her heart felt like a sword had been plunged through it. Nina was the one with the cursed black wings, she was the one ostracized and sent away from her home town of Wyndia, denied her title of princess by the guards and her parents.
Even if their parents revealed their love all along, those wounds would take time and effort to heal(pained as she was, the young woman still held love in her heart for them but it would take time and effort for things to be anything close to good between them again). But her sister, her dear Mina, who believed in her all along, never denied her existence and tried to make it so Nina could return, would never be the same again.
Because of her ancestor unintentionally cursing the Wing Clan out of love for another outside of it, Mina would never get to be a human again. Nina could not be mad at her namesake, however. She had fallen hard and fast for a Dragon Clansman herself and it was Mina’s sacrifice that would allow her to help on the journey they were on.
Mina’s words of encouragement and support repeated over and over, each word a jab to her being. ‘It was never meant to be this way, Mina,’ Nina’s wings folded at her back while she was alone in the groups shared room in the castle still. She could not bring herself to be any kind of at ease now. With the young woman getting ready herself, the others had split up to prepare for their flight to Evrai- to continue the investigation of St. Eva and the churches, to rescue Rand’s abducted mother, Daisy, to save countless lives in the world and the world itself, it seemed.
Things had become increasingly dangerous and complicated in a short amount of time.
‘I didn’t know anything!’
Mina had sounded so, so upset from it; mad at herself for not knowing Nina’s own painful burden and at the curse for separating them so long. Nina had suspected their parents continued keeping her sheltered inside the castle, but to not know of the curse that even the children of Wyndia spoke of so casually was to the extent she did not expect. Not as though Nina had ever told her directly either, figuring that conversation was one best left for the King and Queen to explain.
Nina tried to keep her thoughts in order but unable to keep them from replaying that event over and over, hearing her little sisters voice and her own pounding on the sealed shut doors while she shouted until her throat ached for Mina to open them, to stop the ceremony. To not make a grand sacrifice so young. One that was not reversible.
Mina’s wings were not black. Nina’s hands still ached from how they bled hitting those stone doors.
Her legs had nearly gave way under her when the doors finally opened. Opened when it was over and too late. There, Mina stood having turned into a beautiful, majestic bird with feathers of purple, pink and white.
‘I’ll always remember you, Nina, even if I can never be human again!’
The voice of the memory came close to bringing her to tears, the room spun, her grief keeping her frozen on the spot for a time that lasted too long. Sweet Mina, all too determined to help in her own way to support Nina. Mina saw strength Nina did not, saw use in her dark magic and abilities that would aid in their journey.
Mina that was more sneaky than Nina had given her credit for. The girl was light on her feet, leaving Nina to forget at too crucial a time that her sister could be stealthy, having a sway with some of the kinder guards that would accompany her when she would sneak out of the castle, like she had not all that long ago back in HomeTown and ended up hiring Ryu and Bow to get her precious pet pig Suzy back.
“...Nina.”
“I’m ready, Ryu.” Nina answered after a small pause, grounding herself again. Ryu had spoken her name with a concerned kindness, the rest of it going without saying out loud. If he was back alone, then they were ready and waiting outside. Outside with the transformed Mina.
Her emotions a swirl still, the winged-woman able to keep it steady. Above all else, she was determined. “I cannot allow Mina’s selfless act to be in vain,” Nina said pointedly, turning to face Ryu. His face showed understanding as he nodded, his green eyes easy for her to read in that moment. He stood waiting for her to join him before they continued to meet the rest of their friends.
Rand had offered her earlier to cast Cure on her hands since her own magic was only on the offensive side of it. She had turned him down then, but heading out of the castle doors, Nina would ask him about it, needing to be in her best form. Their mother and father had already bid their goodbyes not long ago, and if Nina could see her mother holding strong while in public. Something long since honed as her days of royalty and dealing with their people. Her tears would be shed once they were gone and the couple were in the privacy of their room. Their father was recovering, not able to give as proper a goodbye and knowing his youngest had done such a thing to help had certainly not done his health any favors. Had he still been as sick as he was, the event could have killed him, Nina was certain.
The sunlight of the morning hit the pair as they approached the rest of the group exchanging encouraging words with one another.
Upon seeing Nina, Mina spread her wings with a loud, excited caw, eager to take them to Evrai, to do something to support Nina after learning the terrible truth of it all. Nina was sure Mina was agreeing with the others and their determination to get going and put a stop to things.
‘I will not let you down, Mina.’

Title: Queen of Diamonds Characters/Pairings: Raven x Judith Words: 2,400+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This is a comm for @theguineapig3. Thank you again for providing such good ideas and letting me write it. Some tags: Smut, Fluff, Coming in Pants, Riding, Romance, Winter, Fluff and Smut, Romantic Fluff. Summary: “You surprise this old man by looking like ya came from the heavens, in that gift of an outfit. It was unavoidable.” Raven said it as a matter of fact. Unintentional as it was, his reaction to her new attire left him needing a quick change of pants. However, Judith still stood at the entrance, ensuring the door was locked. Really, it would not have surprised him if she did not plan for it. The look in her eyes did not go unnoticed and if Judith had more up her sleeve, well, he was a gambling man, ready to see what would be dealt.
Judith eyed herself with confidence in the mirror for a final time, pleased with how sexy she looked in her new winter outfit, The shorts were comfortably snug(a little of her butt peaking out, adding to the desired effect to her over-all appearance), the soft red coat hugging her breasts while leaving her curved waist visible, black boots with fur trim laced up to her knees, the look being completed with her hair done in a fresh updo with minimal jewelry and gloves that covered half her hands. A shiver of excitement flowed through the Krityan knowing the boisterous reaction Raven would have for her.
The surprise she had in mind would be welcomed, of that, Judith was certain.
Everything had been timed just right, confirming beforehand Raven would be alone in his room. Really, it had been too long since they had any private alone time- that in mind, along with the festive time of year, that a special gift was in order. Even though the Krityan would be calling the shots today, Judith could already feel Raven’s hands on her skin, mouth against hers and stubble he know to make use of. The memories of those intimate times strong, her own excitement was coming alive, leaving her wanting for him with her heart beating faster in anticipation.
Not wasting any time, the Krityan headed straight away for his room, giving the door a couple of good knocks as soon as she arrived. Raven was quick to answer in an unmasked bored tone of voice. Lips quick to go to a playful, confident smile, that tone of his only confirmed her knowledge her present would be met with opened arms as she went inside, locking the door behind her. This had been so carefully planned and on seeing him, could tell he needed it as she did. There would be no interruptions, not tonight at least, Judith had taken every measure to be certain. “Don’t tell me I caught you when you’re busy.”
Hearing the voice of his angel, it had taken a brief moment to register it was truly her and not his bored mind playing cruel tricks on him like in times before when they were apart. Once it had, his attention was hers alone, paperwork be damned. It had been awhile since they had been together, recent work keeping them too cruelly separated. Ready to see his girlfriend, Raven’s head whipped to look at the door, giving a wide-eyed double take on the spot. “Judy, ya look amazin,” he exclaimed, giving her get up a more thorough look over(his dick becoming fast aroused already). Judith’s shorts leaving little to his imagination, breasts hugged snuggly with a taunting amount showing, her figure complimented brilliantly, her purple hair done in a way Raven had seen from noble women at events.
The Krityan had truly gotten done up coming to see him, looking like a winter goddess sent from above.
Their time apart, her visiting in that attire, what it meant for them both and the rest of the evening, Raven was fast trying to fight a losing battle against his erection.
Too quickly, his green eyes went wide, still trying to hold back what was coming...
“Now, how long has it been~?” Judith spoke with a familiar teasing tone, tossing a wink his way, aware of his visible situation. Hearing him groan with an orgasm while his head went back was another reminder of how long it has been. Judith knew Raven- he would not have been done for the evening on that. The sight of him cumming on her appearance alone tested her patience, the woman ready to go over and get to the main event.
He was weak for her in the best ways.
Raven caught his breath as fast as he could, a bit red in the face, normally having much better control. Getting a look at her again, the playful glint in Judith’s eyes hardly matched the pout on her face seeing Raven become a bit flustered, playing off what had happened.
“You surprise this old man by looking like ya came from the heavens, in that gift of an outfit.
“My, my, that was unexpected,” Judith said playfully while sauntering over, straddling Raven, placing an arm around his neck. “I see you really like your present~” With her free hand, Judith poked her finger against Raven’s chest, slowly dragging it downward, drawing out a small moan, “but I wonder if you have anything left for me now.”
A throaty groan slipped from his lips as Judith slid her hand beneath his pants, gripping his messy cock, giving a few teasing pumps. “For you, darlin’, always.” Raven answered with lust in his voice, putting a hand under her coat, resting it on her lower back. How he had missed her being so close, their private time, and it going unspoken he knew Judith felt the same. They were so in tune with one another, it made his heart flutter.
“That’s the answer I wanted to hear.”
She had spoken the words against his ear, voice low and inviting like warm silk. Raven could already feel himself stirring under her actions with no complaint. Only this time he would hold out longer for her, like she deserved.
Raven slid his hand lower, cupping her butt, giving a gentle squeeze after finding how short her shorts really were- part of her butt peaking out, teasing him further even now.
Judith moaned lightly in appreciation of the action, moving to look at her boyfriend in the eyes. Both of them sharing a loving, wanting look only for each other, and in the silence they kissed. Her lips feeling so natural against his own, Raven savored it and intended to show his appreciation.
Eyes sliding shut, Raven knew every inch of her skin, committed it lovingly to memory over their many times together. Each one as cherished as the last. Some in daring spots, others in nights with a room lit by the moon with words and touches only for each other.
For Judith, it was all too easy to let herself get lost in the moment of being alone with Raven, delightfully wrapped around her finger right now, the Krityan having the lead with him following along without question, giving only love in turn. Her own body reacting to the feeling of his calloused hands on her bare skin, moans un-suppressed let loose into their kiss, opening her mouth to invite his tongue in, all the while feeling Raven smiling into it as well, too happy to accept.
Slowly, Judith began to grind in his lap.
Raven groaned, splitting away from their kiss the smallest bit. “Yer really gonna do me in, going like that.”
“I’m certain you’ll manage.” Judith responded along with another slow grind against him.
“Of course. A mans got to appreciate beauty right in front of him.” Raven said in a voice stating a fact with warmth and love mixed in. A special tone, one meant for Judith only.
Going in for another kiss, slower this time, Judith made to start unbuttoning Raven’s shirt. Taking this as the signal to do the same, Raven undid the the belt, then the string that held her top closed. Gentle with the garment, he slid it off of her, setting it aside, noting just how soft it was when it was in his hands, having found personal favorite with the big yellow diamonds that decorated it.
Her top gone, she made quick work of Raven’s shirt, wrapping an arm around his neck, bringing them so close, her breasts pressed against his chest. The skin-to-contact was electrifying: both wanting to be as close as possible, the pent up feelings from their time apart coming out, they had time to make up for.
Judith paused only to get a couple of things from her shorts pocket, with Raven unsurprised and amused. “I see ya came prepared for everything, darlin’”
“But of course~ We have been separated for too long, don’t you think?” Judith replied, preparing Raven’s cock for what was coming next. The Krityan moved quickly, her own desire clear for Raven to see- her nipples erect, breathing changed to a faster pace, lust in her violet eyes.
Judith got the condom on him, running her finger along the sides of his dick, taking in the sweet sound Raven made for her.
Raven took his opportunity to rub circles on her hips, hearing her pleasured groans. He went slower than she did, working his way to her belt. Undoing the thing and then unbuttoning her shorts.
Sliding her shorts down, his green eyes were met with another surprise of seeing her wearing red lacey thong underwear, and getting wet. He swallowed audibly before getting a special grin on his face, pulling Judith into an embrace, her breasts at his face now. “You are determined to kill this old man, aren’t ya?” Raven asked with love entwined in his words.
“Mmm, it’s a good way to go.” Judith teased back, a small gasp coming out suddenly when Raven took one of her breasts to his mouth, kissing, nipping and making good use of his tongue, his hands around her back, rubbing it gently.
Judith held onto him tightly, her hands wandering and rubbing over his back as well, one going up to pull the hair tie from him, wanting to see Raven with his hair down when she rode him hard. It was a sight she would never tire of. Feeling the chuckle from Raven against her skin, she moved to grind against him.
Marks were left on her skin while he pulled her panties down- kissing, sucking and rubbing along her stomach and hips. Loving her as she deserved.
This surprise just for him sent his heart soaring high and filled with his love for her. Judith had become everything to him, and he longed to be with her more and more, craving her presence when they were half the world apart for their jobs.
Her grinding becoming harder, alerted him to knowing Judith was more than ready for the next part, and in truth, so was he. “Getting as impatient as I am?” Raven said, stroking her face. Her head leaning into the touch, their eyes not breaking contact for an instant.
“I am a terrible liar, you know. I am ready to go farther now~” Her voice came out in a loving purr. Her face set to a seductive expression while she lined up his cock with her pussy, moving her hands to his shoulders once she was ready.
The couple filled the room with sounds of their love making. Judith expertly moving her hips, hands gripping tight onto Raven’s shoulders. grinding against him, taking in the warmth of his dick inside her. It sent pleasure through her body that was sorely missed.
“Oh, baby, that’s it!” Raven moaned, his hands back on Judith’s hips, moving down to her butt to give a couple of good squeezes; her sweet pleasured voice sending him closer to another orgasm. He was determined to hold out longer for her this time. Judith did not make it easy for him, however.
Raven moved his hands in massaging motions over her thighs, hips and back. He took time to grope her breasts, give gentle pinches to her nipples, leaving more marks of love on her skin, each gesture earning him music from her lips.
The next few minutes were spent with them making love to one another, about at their respective limits, drops of sweat rolling down their bodies, the love between them clear with each loving word and the mess they were making of each other.
“Oh, Raven,” Judith moaned out, reaching her limit, close to her own orgasm, and judging from how Raven looked beneath her, he was close as well. Really close.
“I know, I’m almost there, darlin’” Raven replied, half moans in between breaths, feeling his orgasm ready any second now. To the beauty above him, he could tell she was ready to have hers too.
They did not always get to do it, but it appeared this evening was a time they could cum together. It was a little too perfect in his mind, but no complaints would come from his lips. Holding on to each other tightly, they came together, each others names moaned out with no care to how loud they sounded.
Judith’s legs were trembling afterwards, Raven kept her close. She leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder, taking in her post-orgasm pleasure, catching her breath, not ready to get up just yet. Being in his arms was a feeling unlike anything in the world for her. A contented smile slid onto her face and she nuzzled into his neck.
Raven was fine having his love in his arms longer. She had gone through a lot to make this happen, and he knew a big romantic gesture was in order for the Krityan. Romance was second nature to him, so taking her out for a grand evening would be doable. Details he could work on later, it would be another welcomed thing to take his mind from the seemingly never ending work that he had to deal with.
“I couldn’t have asked for a better present,” Raven started with a smile. “I’ll make sure to be good this comin’ year too.”
Judith chuckled into his neck.
A while later, the couple were cleaned up with a shared bath, had dinner in his room, then were together in bed. Both with their hair down and Judith cuddled up with her head on his chest, his arms around her.
Judith had already fallen into a sweet slumber. Raven still awake, something big on his mind. It would not change their work schedules, but would be something else to bind them together. A constant reminder they were with each other no matter what or where they were in the world.
Ring shopping came to mind, and the holiday for lovers was coming up in a few short months. The idea was big and heavy, yet it was right. Judith was the love of his life, and Raven hers. They knew.
Raven joined her in slumber shortly after, becoming more content with his decision and knowing he had plans to make.
Grand ones.

Title: Fathers Night Characters/Pairings: Raven x Judith Words: 500+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This is for Juven Week 2022! I was unintentionally reminded it was Fathers Day and had to write new dad Raven. Still getting a feel for them so it will likely be not fully in-character. Tags: slice of life, fluff, baby character, post-game, gen.
Summary: Raven slept for a little while only to wake in the middle of the night, unable to return to sleep, his mind in a disbelief when he saw his beautiful wife in a peaceful rest beside him, and his own mind going to the newest addition to their family(part of what was unintentionally keeping him awake)- a baby in a crib in the room next door. A room lovingly decorated by himself and fellow Brave Vesperia members and friends sometime after celebrating the wonderful news.
It was late into the evening and all in their home should have been sleeping soundly.
Should have been.
Raven slept for a little while only to wake in the middle of the night, unable to return to sleep, his mind in a disbelief when he saw his beautiful wife in a peaceful rest beside him, and his own mind going to the newest addition to their family(part of what was unintentionally keeping him awake)- a baby in a crib in the room next door. A room lovingly decorated by himself and fellow Brave Vesperia members and friends sometime after celebrating the wonderful news.
Now, in the room lit only by night-light, he stared down at their baby.
It was clear even now she was a mixed child, a half-Human - half-Krityan baby with abilities unknown. While she only had a few strands of hair on her head, it was made up for with her small antennae, the soft tufts at her neck already fluffy. They were a deep blue that faded into purple, very close to her mothers own appearance. The girls ears went out more than a Humans would but were rounder than a full blooded Krityan. She was naturally tanned like her father and had long arms and legs that made Raven think she would be tall as Judith was. A day coming where his little girl would be taller than him and rub it in his face.
He was looking forward to that day.
Earlier, on waking and being struck with his current spot in life, Raven was sent into a feeling of reality not feeling quiet as real. The kind of feeling that can only happen in the middle of the night when everything was quiet and only his thoughts were able to keep him company.
A few years had passed since they saved the world and things were not perfect, but improvements to peace had been made. Their daughter would be able to grow up in peaceful times, not to experience the pains her parents endured. One day, they would share their respective stories when she was old enough, and later on be taken to Myorzo to learn of her Krityan history from the elders. Some parts would be left out for her sake. She did not need to know the gory details and how it had traumatized Judith and himself...
A gentle hand rested itself on his back in familiar assurance, causing him to startle and look at the woman he knew would be right there. Judith stood beside him, hair left undone, wearing her light blue robe and her sleepy eyes said everything.
Their little girl slept on unaware of her parents staring down at her in the silence with love on their faces. The pair of them each having a mix of feelings at the late hour, sharing one that topped most of all.
Judith voiced it quietly, not wanting to wake their baby, having intention on going back to bed soon, with her husband in tow.
“She’s beautiful.”
“Yeah, she is.”

Title: Dear Valentine. Characters/Pairings: Albert Wesker x Jill Valentine. Words: 1k+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This is an explicit rated parody(due to some descriptions), made for fun and with love for two wonderful friends. @rainbowkittyblossomwings & @thekrityanwarrior. They made this possible. <3 Tags: Masturbation, Piano Sex, Sexual Sunday, Parody, Humor, Food Porn,  Sexual Fantasy, Action, Romance, Chris Redfield Mentioned.

The brunette lay back on her bed, closing her eyes and sliding a hand into her panties where her cavern was weeping already from the fantasies she was having about her boss, Captain Albert Wesker. The man she had felt an unbreakable connection with since she joined STARS.
The man was shirt-less in their kitchen, finishing cooking a beautiful meal of pasta alfredo. Jill sauntered in, wearing her cat themed sexy lingerie, a coy smile on her face to meet his toothy-grin. No words were needed: their eyes alone said everything that was felt in the room in that moment. His dick was hard for her and she was getting wet. Slowly, he put the dish aside and was in front of her in an instant, lifting her into his muscled arms and they began making out immediately.
His big, strong hands groped her firm ass, her hands running all over his chest and back, mouths barely separating. Her eyes had since closed, taking in everything that was him, her lover, Albert. Soon, she felt herself being lowered onto their piano, her legs spread wide for him like a free buffet and he being a hungry man.
Wesker smirked at her, her slick seeping through her panties but that only seemed to satisfy the blond.
Jill moaned without restraint when he ripped her panties off with his teeth and positioned himself on top of her. In the next instant, she gripped hard onto the piano edge as he thrust into her cervix, causing her toes curl and she began to play a beautiful melody to the beat of him fucking her.
“You could be the next Beethoven, my dear Valentine.” He purred into her ear, pleased with the moans of his name and the music filling his ears.
A man of his station had had many women in the past. Some had thrown their selves at him and he fucked them into almost comas without a care to their feelings, only satisfying his own lust. However, Jill was different. She was special. She could do anything and one of those was work her way into his heart, which she had done unknowingly the first time he had lain eyes on her.
“You know where my heart lies, Al.” Jill responded with a tender look, crying out when he thrust into her again.
When he thought of the time he overheard the flirting from Redfield, he knew he had to act faster or risk losing his beloved to another he loathed.
The thought of her with Chris was too much at the time, and he picked up his pace.
“Al,” she breathed,” you know I only want you, not Chris.”
Albert smirked, forgetting she could read his thoughts as if they were spoken out loud sometimes.
“As if I would ever be jealous of him, dear Valentine.” he purred once more, his voice a low rumble that sent shivers down her spine.
Wesker began cumming inside of her without warning, feeling her orgasm with him as well but didn’t stop, slamming his fluids into her over and over while he imagined her with their future child.
While they both caught their breath, Albert thought back to the time he had heard of how she took down a group of muggers by herself, and made them turn themselves in. Jill was that amazing, having extensive combat knowledge and intelligence.
Then, with it, came the time he almost lost her shortly after when she was kidnapped by a group of people the muggers were connected with that were higher up the chain and unhappy. Wesker had led the team that got her back...
“Intruders in the back!”
Bang! One after the other Albert shot them dead, uncaring and knowing they could easily cover it up anyway. Jill was what mattered.
“There’s cops in here!”
“I’m in here!”
“I’m coming, Jillian!”
“Don’t go off on your own, stay with the group!”
Everything had devolved into a bloody mess, but he made it in time before worse could be done.
“Al,” Jill spoke knocking Wesker from his memory, the looks on her face clear she had been seeing the same as he had.
Wesker picked her up from the piano, their making out continued as they headed for the shower. The smell of the beautiful pasta alfredo Albert had cooked reaching both their noses but a shower was due first. They had made a mess of each other and were continuing.
Jill thought of how lucky she was in that moment. Her father had not been the most supportive of her going into the army, but she went ahead without his approval. Her mothers was enough, she told herself many times in quiet of the long nights. The brunette ended up being top in her fields and now making out with the love of her life she had met less than two weeks ago. They were in love and each could feel they would be together forever.
The passion between them was not that of a fling. Jill knew it when she tested the waters by flirting with one of the hospital staff where she was recovering after the rescue. Jill saw and felt the jealousy then smiled with love as Albert made his move right after the man left, and they had been together ever since.
It was a twisted fairytale, but neither would have traded it for anything.
After their intense shower together, they sat down to eat, the pasta steaming on their plates. It truly looked like something from a magazine cover and made the brunette smile over how amazing her lover and future-father of their children was.
The noodles were cooked to perfection, the sauce creamy and the flavor was so good she could orgasm on it alone.
The smirk on Wesker’s face was enough to tell her he knew how she felt too.
Inside her spacious apartment, Jill had one of the best orgasms in her life while coming back from her fantasy of a day with her Captain. Eyes half-lidded, catching her own breath, she smiled at what could maybe be one day.

Title: Let’s Be Gods, The Perks Are Great Cross-posted to Ao3 and Fanfiction.net. Characters/Pairings: One-sided Wesker/Excella. Words: 600+ Disclaimer: I own this fanfiction but not the characters or game they’re from. Notes: This is a gift for @thekrityanwarrior who I had a great time playing RE5 with! This is also entirely about Excella and her ambitions + goal. Summary: The world of business was more cut throat and dirty than most truly knew. Excella Gionne, however, was different. She was born into that world, learned that playing dirty was the way to get to the top and she was not above going low to get ahead, to get what she wanted and deserved. To use peoples own dirty business against them.
The world of business was more cut throat and dirty than most truly knew. Excella Gionne, however, was different. She was born into that world, learned that playing dirty was the way to get to the top and she was not above going low to get ahead, to get what she wanted and deserved.
To use peoples own dirty business against them.
Excella could ruin so many in an instant, the feeling was satisfying and safe. No one in their sane mind would try anything against her, making her feel high up and untouchable. Her work in earlier days as a secretary to higher up at Tricell paid off. She played the part to a T, even wearing a number that had enough slit in the skirt and open top to show off her well kept figure, luring in her prey and it worked all too easily.
The businesswoman learned many but not surprising things about her then boss and the company he kept, wasting no time to use that against them, getting in and buying her way to ownership, keeping others under control with their secrets.
Tricell itself had shown over the course of long years to be worth putting her work into. Ethics was out the window when it came to the experiments Tricell was in privately. Part of its front being into other pharmaceuticals. Money and the right PR team kept things under control. The work behind the scenes was something of great interest to her, and then came Wesker.
Wesker, a man fueled by ego and ambition to be a god and start a new world. If it had been anyone else, they would have been escorted away and mocked. The man backed his words with his actions, showed results of experiments that could take human evolution to the next level and beyond.
The real possibility she could go even further up in the world was exciting and not something she was going to pass up on. She kept Wesker injected with his serum and through him saw power she could have.
They partnered up, and while he made no mention of a goddess by his side, it only made sense he would need one. They could be the ultimate power couple even if love was never to be a part of it. The man was handsome, and his ambition and style was close to her own. He was someone she could fall in love with.
The only issue there was a woman with him often, Jill. A woman he had interest in personally that was with him from  before their business partnership, the story between them not yet told to her. She would have to try talking to Jill one-on-one to see if the other woman would be more open to sharing. If she was someone Wesker wanted to be with romantically or not. Still, Excella was not one to let that stop her.
For the time being, she kept her hair in a classy high up bun, wore a revealing white dress and kept her appearance perfect. Excella also gave Wesker results that pleased him with their research.
With their progress, the endgame seemed inevitable. Their research into the new virus down in Africa was going according to plan and besides a few that did not handle the chemicals well, others had proven to be successful experiments.
‘Excella Gionne, goddess to the new world’ had a ring to it that got into her head and stayed and grew and spread to her heart with excitement with everyday being one step closer to their goal.
The future was to be theirs and nothing was going to get in her way.
