Dilemma

Okay so a Facebook friend of one of my Co workers saw my Facebook profile and REALLY wants to meet me. I’m not exaggerating, he has been texting my Co worker ALL morning asking what she said about him, what did I say, etc. He even wanted her to show me HIS Facebook profile and ask me whatI thought. I mean, I’m not going to lie the guy seems like real catch. From what my Co worker told me he has his own house with some property, his own business which he makes good money at and he’s not bad to look at either :) He want to meet me this weekend at a bonfire party at his house. My problem is I feel like I was in this dilemma before although my ex boyfriend was lacking in many departments. I made a promise to God that I would sit in the passenger seat and wait for his signal to move. I felt like the entire time and even before i kept hearing God’s voice clearly telling me “no, he’s not the one”, but instead I did what I wanted to do and it cost me alot.

Writing this out has helped. I will wait, wait for God to tell me again. If its His plan for me, the opportunity will come around again.

I have to say, the sheep Fasciola hepatica cake gave me the giggles! It even has little Lymnaea snail intermediate hosts (damn parasitology)!

Lately I have been feeling so overwhelmed and suffocated primarily because of work and financial burdens. I have been working 6 days a week without taking a vacation for 3 years now and I need a BREAK. I'm just going to try and take it easy, one day at a time and hold my tongue.

When I feel overwhelmed, I always try to remember, life is a marathon, not a sprint!
