Roommate AU + Accidentally Married
A young All Might is caught and seriously injured during a rescue mission in a country that doesn’t appreciate when you steal political prisoners from them. Still, he is extradited and though he expects to see Gran Torino calling him an idiot, he instead gets All for One calling him an imbecile and explaining that he simply can’t let One for All disappear in a secret prison.
To extradite All Might, he asked a minion with a good network to work miracle. He did but unfortunately, his contact is a hopeless romantic so said minion told him that All Might was All for One’s husband and that he would do everything to get his love back home. And to convince him, he kinda hack the civil state registry and made Yagi Toshinori married to All for One’s civilian identity.
AFO: “I just wanted you to give me his location so I could have warped him.”
Minion who is at his 39th cup of coffee and who hasn’t slept for three days: “I know I am risking my life telling you this but COULDN’T YOU HAVE TOLD ME THAT SOONER?”
Since All Might is injured, All for One keeps him close, with the added benefit of messing with him, so he can find a way to take OFA from him.

That would explain so many things though... Mainly where Izuku's extreme obsession with All Might comes from. This man really abandoned his wife and young son to live out his own obsession in peace.
Sorry family, daddy has to go on an indefinite break to America to start an All Might cult and copy his whole physical appearance and go on to replace him.

Would be so fucking funny if fraudmight ended up being Izuku’s Dad actually

i think the funniest possible star trek viewing order might be strictly chronological.
you’d have to start with that Voyager episode where they go to before the Big Bang, then work your way through every other time travel episode, the one with the whales, and First Contact before you even get close to anything approaching a normal viewing order.
at some point you’d have to watch “City on The Edge of Forever” followed by “Little Green Men” followed by “Far Beyond the Stars” which is about the most tonal whiplash you could possibly get from three consecutive episodes of star trek. I think I want to try this now.

Ozai has never "prayed" for an opportunity for killing Zuko, and Ozai never wanted to outright kill Zuko right after birth for "not having the spark".
Ozai during DoBS flat out told Zuko that Azulon ordered him to kill Zuko and that he would've gone along it, but in The Promise Ozai said that he planned to cast him out as an infant. I'm not saying that that would be much better, but Ozai just didn't plan on straight up murdering Zuko. Or jumping right at his infant son's throat the second he learns of the news to strangle the life out of him with his own two hands. That's just nonsense that didn't happen. The main point is, Ozai had no reason to lie or sugarcoat his intentions either, so if he had truly wanted Zuko dead back then for not being a firebender, he would've said exactly so.
Ozai also didn't want to kill Zuko during the Agni Kai. He scarred Zuko on purpose, but do you really think that an expert firebender like Ozai wouldn't have been able to control exactly what portion he meant to burn? If he'd been particularly angry at Zuko and/or wanted to do much more damage, wouldn't he have just done it?
Back to the night where Azulon orders Ozai to kill Zuko. Ozai doesn't gloat about having wanted to fulfill the order in DoBS and even in the comics, he's rather stern and more displeased with the order. He's neither giddy nor ecstatic about it.
If Ozai had really, actually wanted Zuko dead all the time from the very moment he laid his eyes on him, he, as a prince and later Firelord, would've had a plethora of ways and chances at making Zuko "vanish". Like making it look like an assassination, accident, or have Zuko just be kidnapped and killed, only for his body never to be found.
In conclusion, Ozai had neither any reason nor the motivation to kill Zuko, outside of Firelord Azulon's order and when Zuko defected to the enemy.
The bar is below the basement, but even Ozai is above just killing his children without any reason, as warped as they may be.

Since you think that AFO probably couldn't handle OFA in its current state if he actually stole it, I'm wondering about the reverse scenario. Could All Might in his prime (and/or when he hadn't had OFA for long yet) additionally handle AFO (the quirk)?
Like it being given to him along with "One For All"? Because if so, no. Considering that all the power from All For One had Tomura exploding, I'm sure the same would happen to All Might.
Assuming you mean it being transferred over to All Might as a Quirkless person, this depends on how exactly you see the transfer process working. All For One makes it very clear that it's Tomura's immense hatred that lets him survive the process of taking in "All For One". Could this be because he wants to use anger because Tomura is an angry person and that anger makes him easy to manipulate and eventually take over? Maybe. Could it be that other emotions, like powerful drive, could carry someone through the process? Perhaps. It's just speculation, but All Might could survive the process with that. There is the fact that All Might is inherently Quirkless, which could mean all sorts of things for the process. I'm not sure if the empty cup concept would apply here, with All Might adjusting to the power, or if his being Quirkless would somehow mess up his body with all those abilities, unable to handle all the power.

Hmm yes... Iroh ascended in the ranks to a top general by impressing everyone and his father solely with his incredible Pai Sho skills
just saw someone literally say "does iroh have canonical proof that he did war crimes? he's a high ranking fire nation general on top of being a former crown prince, so it's likely, but he's too honorable." in response to a meme
why are iroh fans so fucking dumb??? do you know what a siege is??? and the point of his character is that he had an offscreen redemption arc so ????
Some rando: Iroh didn't commit any war crimes! It's impossible because he is too honorable😌
Me:
Tumblr media
Clearly, this person has no idea what a siege is. This man literally joked about burning Ba Sing Se to the ground. Laughed about it as if it was no big deal. But sure, he didn't do anything wrong!
Tumblr media
And like you said, Anon, Iroh has an off-screen redemption arc. If he didn't do anything wrong during his time as a war general, then guess what? He wouldn't have needed to be redeemed.

Nighteye vs Overhaul (Ver. 2)
POV Nighteye:
There is no future for a humourless society... Your schemes end now, Chisaki! Hear me? I will protect this girl and bring a smile to her face!
I will not fail to save her! Even if you twist the future, I will not lose hope... Eri will be saved, Mirio and the others will be unscathed, and you... you'll be arrested. That's what fate has in store for you!
Rescues, battles, obstacles, hardships... with my database of experiences, I'll defeat you and turn you in! I swear it! I just have to look one second into the future and act accordingly.
_
POV Overhaul:
You're not especially fast, but your moves are similar to his... I see, you must be Lemillion's mentor? Not that it matters.
A quirk that can see into the future? If that's your power, then surely you can realise the most painless option is to give up. This fight only ends one way, with your death!
It's obvious that you've refined your power. You wield your quirk skillfully. I saw the same strength and precision in Lemillion. I'll take this fight seriously then, and make an example of you!
