Polyfragmented culture is feeling nauseous and even gagging when you talk too much because the cult programmed you to speak as little as possible. It makes therapy really hard, and talking to friends is nearly impossible unless it's over text. We've had to tell people we're situationaly mute, so they didn't expect us to talk a lot... I feel like it puts a damper on some of our relationships...

polyfrag culture is telling who did/said something not by specific alters but by groups. like "protective squad" (a group of protectors), or "some dudes connected with shouta," or "littles," or "these innerworld bitches." because there was a lot of dudes in front and we're not sure who exactly but we can figure out the group.

Polyfrag culture is flip flopping between a bunch of different parts fronting during a single stressful situation.
One minute it’s A, B, C, D, X, Y, and Z except B and Y are overseeing not actually conscious or fronting, and A is having a panic attack.
Next minute it’s J, K, L, M, C, and X and now K is overseeing while J and L are conscious also C is splitting. X is just chilling the whole time in both of these minutes.
And the front continues to get crazier.
