8AM wake up and do my skincare
meditate and stretch
get ready
work work work
1PM lunch time
go outside, read, go for a walk
3PM back to work + online classes
8PM end of online classes
workout/stretch and shower
read, watch a movie, journal, meditate
be in bed by 12AM
how i meditate:
usually i'll just meditate on my bed, either sitting up with my legs crossed or laying down. but sometimes i like going outside and meditating on my garden. first i do a guided meditation (usually from the headspace app) and after i play a 528 Hz frequency, and i journal gratitude/affirmations or i visualize
my stretch and workout:
for stretching i focus on my legs, i sit down and put one leg straight forward, while trying to reach my feet. the 'train like an angel: ballet beautiful workout' works very well for this!
for my workout i like the 'alexis ren ab workout' and 'romee strijd 15min ab workout' youtube videos. if i don't feel like following a video i just do multiple straight crunches, side crunches, and bicycle crunches reps.
how i focus while studying:
when i do my school work i'll usually get 2 assignments done at a time. after ill take a small (about 15min) break to go outside or just stretch. this way when i work im fully concentrated but im never overworking myself
