I do play on a pc, but the quality of my pictures is mainly from using SRWE (size 3000x3000) gshade and editing them in GIMP 🤍 I posted how I edit my pictures it’s in my FAQ!
As for the specs I have honestly no idea about all of them, I do know my graphics card which is geforce RTX 3070, my screen resolution is 2560 x 1440 (I have 2 monitors!) and an AMD Ryzen 5 processor. I am really no computer expert so I’m not sure if this is what you asked for.
