Chapter 12 "Halloween" Excerpt: “I wanted to ask you something.” With a rare silence from the brunette, the blonde continued. “You like walking? At least, that’s what I’ve guessed, given the last time. Granted, other factors were involved, so maybe you don’t, and I’m completely overthinking this. I tend to do that more than I hope you’ve realized, given we haven’t been close for very long….” She watched Nancy stare. “Would you like to go for a walk? Around the park, maybe downtown? Or there’s the forest. The cemetery is surprisingly nice, but we’ve already experienced that space. There aren’t many options in Hawkins, come to think of it.” She paused. “This was a bad idea and far too presumptuous of me. You would want something fancier than just a stroll through the park. I should—”
The brunette held the vampire tight, not letting her flee like the last.
---
“No, Robin, it’s not! It’s not okay! They were going to take El away! They had her! And they were going to just drive her away!”
“Maxine.”
Hand on the blonde, Nancy nodded toward the two men, no longer fighting off the woman. Their focus now the vampire. “Like you said, Max can hear us. She’s just not listening.”
---
Hands gripped the back of the sorceress’s neck. The blonde watched Lisa’s face fill with glee as a power throbbed, choking away the air of the small shop’s interior. The librarian was letting someone out.
“Do it, Joyce, do it!”

Chapter 11 "Robin Part II" Excerpt: Body flinching, Robin curled forward, head digging into the ground, feet planted firm. The vampire inhaled in shudders. Eyes shifting narrowing without merit. She reached out, flailing again.
Nancy flung herself over, hovering at Robin, panicked, not knowing what to do.
The blonde furled like a fish out of water, grabbing her side and pulling at her throat.
“Robin! Nancy!” yelled voices. “We heard gunshots!”
“In here! We’re in here!”
A blink and the nothing-space was filled with Chrissy, Eddie, and Steve.

Chapter 10 "Robin Part I" Excerpt: There's no clear display of who stepped first, but their lips locked. After weeks of avoidance and an ignored acknowledgment, both have wanted this since their first meeting in the alleyway at the back of The Hideout.
Robin's hands gripped Nancy's waist, thumbs and pointer fingers grazing the hidden skin under the oversized t-shirt worn today with her heavy coal-grey sweater cardigan. They began to move. The brunette steering them, her back turned, toward the bed.
Nancy felt the edge hit her calves. Ready to fall when the blonde began to pull away. Staring at her were the incandescent sparks she's woken from in a handful of her dreams. The brunette touched Robin's face, keeping it still, refusing to break their trance.
The blonde blinked, eyes back to their usual still water-like blue. Nancy pulled Robin down for another kiss, this one more urgent. They fall onto the bed. The brunette's fingers laced into blonde hair. Robin's hands slid along Nancy's lower back, gripping possessively. Their kiss was released with a click. The blonde's lips traced the brunette's chin, descending with delicate pecks down her neck.

Chapter 9 "The Pit" Excerpt: Upright, Nancy tossed the staff, catching it. “Okay. How long will it take?”
Robin smirked.
“With your impatience. Not too long.”
The brunette glared, swinging in the blonde’s direction. Both vampires on either side of Nancy countered the practice weapons ends. The cheerleader held a hand in surrender, quickly stepping to a remote. She turned on a nearby stereo.
Heavy thrums pushed about the basement.
Chrissy entered back into the space, swinging at the brunette without warning. Nancy blocked. Robin countered. She barred the stick again. A movement began of swings and strikes. The brunette stepped back, the blonde and cheerleader’s staffs cracking together. The vampires grinned. Today, Nancy wanted to finally assess her new talents. It had been weeks. First, a shadow and then a witch’s hex. Now was the brunette’s turn for a bit of normalcy. Whatever that was.

Chapter 8 "Witches & Warlocks of Hawkins" Excerpts: Nancy could have sworn that button was pinned safely away from prying eyes on the interior of her backpack. The brunette looked over the image. It’s a pixelated smudge of black and white, but the two figures are clear as day: Nancy and Barb. Barb’s glasses were slightly skewed. Nancy’s kissing her cheek with an unmistakable smile, though in profile. The brunette doesn’t notice the tear till it’s finished streaking to her chin. She quickly wiped it away.
Joyce reached for the pin, removed it from the cloth, and handed it over. She snapped the twine and tossed the piece of wood to the floor.
“That should be pinned to the inside of my backpack,” panicked Nancy. She held the button tight, jerking her finger when it met the small piece of aluminum that pulled from the release of Barb’s button-making machine. “How did she get this? I was never in the locker room. I changed in the bathroom, every time in the bathroom.”
-- Quietly, Nancy watched the two, having woken from the simple sleep she was placed under to keep from moving to allow the ice packs to keep her growing temperature down. She felt her mother grip her leg.
“They’re out there because that means Janet’s not in here.”
Hopper made a face.
Joyce pointed. “She tried to kill Nancy yesterday when she thought she was the new girl at school who jumped the line for an unnecessary cheerleading retrial. Nancy should have at least fallen into a coma three times just today from what Janet did to her. If she hadn’t already been triggered back in Chicago. She’d be dead, and we’d have a whole new set of issues.” --- Robin leaned back, lips centimeters from the brunette’s ear. Their senses are locked. Nancy can hear the blonde breathe her in.
“What do we need to do?”
The brunette’s brow wrinkled. Nancy pulled the paper from the wooden pipe’s shank. She squints.
“Twirl twice and put it in a pocket.”
“Take your pick.”
Nancy rolled the pipe with her fingers. Sliding the stem into the blonde’s right front pocket. Her hand lingers. Robin doesn’t ask her to stop. A veil encased around those standing in the opened entry hall.

Chapter 7 "sWitched" Excerpt: Nancy slid into her bed, eyes never leaving the blonde. She laid her head on the pillow, still watching Robin. Curling into the blanket.
“You’ll tell me one day.”
Brow quirked and hand on the doorframe. The blonde looked back at Nancy. “Tell you what?”
“What’s up with all….” Nancy tried waving her hand in the direction of Robin. “You’ll tell me.”
“Sure. One day. But first, you better do everything Joyce says. You know, to get better.”

Chapter 5 "It's a Beautiful Day" Excerpt: Robin and Chrissy shook their heads. They looked up. Detailed features still hidden in the shadows. They locked eyes with Max. This was all for show. The five knew she, Dustin, and Lucas were watching the whole time.
Steve stepped over the fallen bodies, handing the older vampire a hand towel.
“Thank you, Steven.”
She held the heart, its viscous blood dripping along her arm and falling to the concrete ground. Amelia dabbed at the stray splatter on her face.
Chapter 6 "Ready? OKAY!" Excerpt:
Nancy stared. Robin felt like prey. She liked it.
---
Nancy watched the blonde squeeze a piece of quartered orange into the final glass. Her slim, lacquered fingers twirl and then tap the stirrer on its side. Robin took a thin slice of the same fruit, twirling it with its own cherry. She carefully pushed through a skewer, setting it atop the ice. Nancy watched it slowly sink.
“Gave yours a little bit of a twist.”
“Th—thanks.”

"As we all know, there is no underwear in space." - Carrie Fisher
Nancy and Robin have a few hours to kill during, between and after their adventures around the galaxy.

THIS IS RATED E [a shameless excuse for some smut]

CHAPTER 2 Summary: A rival senator trying to get the good graces of the empire, continues spying on Nancy. Robin suggests they give them a show and deepen the rumors of their possible affair.
Some teasing and heavy foreplay.
[Double Signet - The Mandalorian Season 3 Vol. 1 (Chapter 17-20)]
Excerpt:
Robin sighed. Standing against the wall waiting. “Yes, Your Majesty.”
There’s a huff from the large closet. The brunette stepped out no more blazer, revealing just how tight the strapless dress was. “The least you could do is call me by my proper title.”
“Princess?”
“Please,” guffawed the young woman. She walked back into the closet. “Do I look like a princess?”
“Haven’t seen many. So, I wouldn’t know. What do I—we call you then?”

Chapter 4 Excerpt I: The brunette stopped. A shiver passed across Nancy as she registered the tall blonde’s proximity to her. Nancy turned. She looked up as Robin looked down. “What’s your deal anyway?”
“My deal?”
Excerpt II: “You know a lot about her.”
“Sorta a prerequisite for the job, need to know everything you can about the one who haunts Hawkins—don’t tell her I said that.” Robin looked at her watch. “Would you look at that? You might have enough time to get a tardy or convince Joyce to give you a late slip or whatever for your next class.”
Nancy groaned. “You’re making it sound like you were my babysitter.”
Robin smiled. Twinkle back in her eyes, teeth biting her lower lip. “I kinda was Wheeler. I kinda was.”

Chapter 3 Excerpt: “It was my fault,” Nancy’s voice hitched. “I wasn’t—if she hadn’t been in the way…”
“We don’t need details about Barbra,” the silhouette eased. “Just what attacked.”
Nancy squeezed her arms again. “I, um, a shadow? I don’t know how it—we were…,” she trailed, her memories pulling her from her current space. “It killed Barb. It took her, the shadow, the life from her eyes pulled away, just sucked from the inside out. A husk.” The petite brunette focused on the glass coffee table. “They had me sit in the office next to the locker room waiting to give a statement,” continued Nancy. This was what the TV shows and the movies meant by word vomit. It had to be. She couldn’t stop. “Barb was just lying there in the locker room, and they insisted I needed to give a statement. I think they thought I—I swear I saw it jump, moving from shadow to shadow. I tried to tell them it was still where we were. That we had to get out. Coach and Mrs. Newman wouldn’t move, insisting I needed to sit still so I could give my statement, but I could stay in the nurse’s office if I wanted….”
“They had you wait with your friend’s…,” Joyce pursed her lips. She understood this state of mind all too well and wondered what the petite brunette was keeping to herself.
