I swear to God if we get a Season 6 Nick death scene where he and June finally reunite and are on the run together with Nichole and have a moment of happiness but in the finale they run into enemies and she’s about to get shot and he steps in front of her to protect them, shoots the person with the gun but gets shot himself in the chest I will lose my shit.
Especially if she’s the one to hold him as he’s dying bawling her eyes out and screaming for help and his last words to her are something like: “I love you, June. Take care of our baby girl.” And she’s like “No no no Nick stay with me!” and says “I love you” over and over I will riot so hard I can’t even begin to explain what I would do to the writers room—
Especially if Bruce pulls the: “Nick’s story comes full circle as he’s always felt unworthy and by sacrificing himself ultimately for June and their daughter in the end for their safety, he has finally righted the wrongs he’s felt so ashamed of” bullshit

Snippet from my Osblaine post Oct 11th 2022:
“I’ll support the man who risked everything he could to save June’s life, get her out of Gilead territory and makes her safety a #1 priority. Nick Blaine has always sacrificed everything for June, even his own happiness.”
I have… sooooo much to say. But my 5x10 review will be coming later. For now, I will say this: Despite the mess that Season 5 of The Handmaids Tale was, not once did I give up hope for Nick and June. People doubted, people lost faith, even argued my position, but still—I remained hopeful and believed in them, Nick’s love and devotion to her and Nichole, and that their love would shine by the end of this season.
And now that 5x10 is out I just wanna say:

What I would give for this highly unlikely but angsty 5x10 scenario:
June, Luke, Moira (and possibly Nicole?) seem to be on their way out of Canada as seen here:
We know Nick gets held back and possibly captured here:
Imagine Nick now needs June’s help. And somehow Lawrence gets a message across to June (not sure how Nick would do so) that Nick’s in trouble, and that Gilead are coming for her as well, leading June to want to differ Luke, her & Moira’s original plans in an attempt to help Nick. Luke obviously wants them to stick to their original plan, causing a huge divide between June & him, leaving June to make a choice at the end of the episode: go help save Nick or stick to the plan with Luke.
A total long shot, I know. The angst it would serve.
Now that I’m living in fantasy land, an even bigger long shot would be Nick somehow escaping Gilead (having no choice but to leave Rose and their baby behind) and ending up in the forest in No Man’s Land as June, Luke, Moira & (possibly Nicole) are trying to escape and they unintentionally run into one another. June shocked not knowing what happened to Nick, rushes over to him. Luke & Moira stand behind her in shock. Nick sees Nicole in Luke’s arms and he slowly approaches Luke with June: cue awkward confrontation. As he’s now a wanted fugitive and would be killed in Gilead, Nick has no choice but to join the group. June looks from Nick to Luke and we get a close up of her face, clearly unsettled. *end of season 5*
Obviously, not what will take place in the finale, just a little drabble of my wishes for the Osblaine community of different ending scenarios for the season.
I do hope that by the end of it all, June makes a more solidified choice of where she stands on not only with her relationships but how she’s going to use her power since it was mentioned in the previous episode (I believe by Tuello) that she has power and should use it. And when Nick’s life is possibly in danger I really hope to see how she’ll handle it if she finds out.

Lawrence shitting bricks because he knows who the fuck he’s messing with and Nick is about to rip him a new one if he continues pulling “this is what happens in a fight. Everyone gets bloody” bullshit
Nick going feral on his ass (for him to lose his composure means shit went DOWN) hmm… June really did light a fire under his ass in their reunion. Despite his “I have to protect my family” [in Gilead] quote last ep, we all know his true family lies with her and Nichole. And he knows it too. Can’t wait to see him fighting for her in the finale.

They’re still so in love with each other I am dead. Them openly flirting, how they gravitate to each other and Nick can’t help but walk closer to June, June’s heartbreak when he told her Rose was pregnant, June wanting the best for Nick regardless and wishing the world would just disappear (and it be their little family I’m-) Nick saying it’s gonna be hard for them to see each other knowing full well how painful it is being apart and not being able to be together, him talking about Nichole, both of them being on the verge of tears trying to hold it together, the freaking I love yous and the way they look at each other, the jokes about him still driving himself and making each other smile, June’s gasp as he’s about to kiss her before he leaves but pulls back, how she can’t help but smile at him and give him advice before he goes, and the angst and longing of it all when he leaves. They have more chemistry in one scene than Luke & June do this entire season. Fuck I love them so much it’s not even funny—
I’ve already seen a few people freaking out worried that “it’s over” with them but their eyes say otherwise. Just because they can’t be together right now doesn’t mean they won’t end up together eventually. They always find their way back to each other. Let’s just hope Nick gets to stay alive in the finale which if you’ve already seen the promo appears somewhat Osblaine focused with Nick trying to protect June and I’m HERE for it. But yeah, I worry about him next week but seriously doubt they would kill him off as losing Max in Season 6 would just tank a big portion of the show for a lot of fans tbh.

Favourite Osblaine Scene There are so many moments to choose from that i found it difficult to choose my favourite. After much deliberation, i had to go back to basics. My absolute favourite Osblaine scene is the most erotic onscreen kiss between two people i have ever seen and i don't think it could ever be beaten or matched in my eyes
The very first watch tore me to shreds and on every rewatch it still hits the same.
Two people trapped in a very dark world giving in to a desire they cannot escape. Everything about this kiss draws you in. Nick stopping June as she passes, pushing her up against the wall with an uncontrollable urge that only a kiss of this magnitude could portray. She's trying to resist- afraid to give into temptation. He pulls at her lip wanting to taste it. She says "It only makes it worse" ..which im sure it does.
Then it happens and the urgency, the desire, the want, bleeds from the screen. They sink right into it with hands going everywhere.
June pulls at his hair wanting more, his hands on her face wanting all of her. She puts her hands in under his jacket trying to get closer to him. Even how it ends gives me shivers, June pulls away knowing it has to stop here she almost has to steady herself to walk away from him. Nick is left shook, wanting and needing more of her. The whole scene was captivating and mesmerising
Nick and June have given us many unbelievably tense, heartbreaking, beautiful, loving and hopeful moments over four seasons but this kiss in S1 E6 has embedded itself in my heart and mind forever. ❤
