help me im getting fat :(
guys help me please i’ve been doing so bad recently i haven’t had the energy to restrict and like i’ve been almost anti restricting, i hate it so much. and like anytime i’m triggered it dosen’t last long, only like three days max and then i binge and eat evening and don’t even have the energy to purge. i seriously need help and tips like any form wether it’s meanspo (please no sweetsop), tips for getting and staying triggerd, getting energy and motivation to restrict, a reason to restrict (except for like wanting to be fragile looking or to make sm1 jealous yada yada stupid shit liek tabg) etc. 
also if anyone looking for a pro ed friend (please also be probl ed i need sm1 to help me) i’m happy to give out my number or snap or intsa or wtv

i hate myslef sm. i could’ve had a perfect 48 hour fast but no i just had to have a few bites of that cake just had to have to small bowl of squash those two bites of rice that eight of an apple. i didn’t even want the squash or cake or apple or rice. why am i like this. i woke up this morning feeling so full and heavy and just gross.
