I apologise in advance for the long text, but I am passionate about this subject as I recently rewatched the show.
1- The Din pov I don’t think too much about, but I remember he was the one to stalk Porsche for Emma’s brother and took a really misguided pic of him with that Vet (I think her name is Ping??), and usually when people have the guts to do these bad things like catfishing, they grow comfortable and more sloppy with it, so I don’t think its too far fetched to imagine he wanted to make sure Pick stayed away from Rome and/or to fuck with Pick for the way he mistreated some people (such as himself). Toxic people also have a tendency of acting really sweet and loving at the beginning and slowly showing their true self.
2- I think we have to keep in mind that with their communication issues its highly unlikely that Pick knows the reason why Rome was hugging Din. He often avoid saying or hearing things from Rome that might make he’s feelings for him appear more real. If he doesn’t acknowledge it, than he can continue lying to himself that they’re just friends, nothing weird.
He probably also doesn’t know Din and Rome didn’t really kiss in the tent, even tho Rome ended up saying he likes only Pick, but for Pick to show that he wanted Rome to say that was in a very evasive way, so he didn’t risk appearing interested in the answer, so he probably never mentioned it and just assumed/hoped Rome realised he didn’t want to be with Din and wouldn’t do it again. For that reason I always thought he got more deep into the Rin situationship so they were even (he also said that as advise to Porsche regarding the whole “Emma having a new guy thing” and Porsche having Friend).
3- Pick IS really dense as a method of self preservation, so he doesn’t have to think about things that make him feel bad or ashamed and that honestly works a lot for problems you don’t have to face at that time or minor things. I would know as I am very similar to Pick in the aspect that I have been homophobic, discovered I was bissexual, been through denial, am antisocial but act as an extrovert in a lot of situations and I’m a senior veterinary student rn (most likely the reason I’ve liked this show so much plus offgun).
4- Lastly I can’t help with the shows to watch considering I’m in a moment that only offgun gets me fully into it, srry! (Unless you didn’t watch Theory of love, then you should)

We have reached it the end of puppy honey season 2!
Now idk if you have seen puppy honey but I’m still a little confused about the plot and you know I’ve watched this about a million times. I don’t know if Din actually wanted to date Rome? It’s unclear? He was pulling some shady shit to make it happen.. also did we need just a lingering shot of Gun half naked? No…. Although thanks.
So Din was catfishing Pick so he’d leave Rome alone? Or was this just revenge on Pick because Din didn’t like his Pick treated him on the camping trip? Maybe it’s both? But Din literally hires a girl to have lunch with Pick. Then Din doesn’t drop the catfishing after Pick leaves for his internship seems like a lot of work. Surely Din has won why risk getting exposed?
Also we never know if Pick understands the reason Rome hugs Din is because Pick lied to Rome and met with a girl. Pick never apologized he just runs away and ignores Rome. Idk would have enjoyed his apology to Rome not just him punching Din
Also Black seems to like the violence hahah. Oddly satisfying seeing Sean punching Todd. See if this really was Not Me I would have suspected Todd of scheming but Din was a sweet boy in season 1 and start of season 2.
Gah it’s okay I forgive Pick. He’s just the densest object in the universe. Hopefully he realizes the treasure he has in Rome.
What should I watch next?? My asks are open. If I don’t get any requests I’m probably going to watch “mommy taste” again haha

Is the whole cast of not me (except offgun, obviously) on Only Friends?? I started because I knew First was in it and I wanted to see him act as someone else because I love Yok, but then it started appearing more actors (??). Till now we have Yok, Gumpa, Gram and even Namo!!
Plus there is Neo who is in cooking crush with offgun (Sadly Mark is not anymore T-T)
