Evren: ...At least that's what is supposed to happen. Often times there are those who do not get any signs or help from the stars, so I...step into the role and help raise them myself. Rarely does a stage past cosmog reside here, though - they are usually gone before their first evolution.
Evren: I teach them to use their light by...observation, so to speak. Some see me and learn, and spread that joy of learning something new to others, and so on.

The wings of the necrozma unfurled from the egg-like position, and though still compressed, revealed his larger form as he curiously looked upon Confetti.
“…Dad? I mean…I guess I’m a sort of father figure–” It seems visitors were scarce at best for Evren, light somehow reflecting off the black-hole like orbs that hovered over his form. Some of the cosmog would attach themselves to the floating Luxio.
“They are my children. This is their home, their beginning. Once they learn to travel through wormholes, they lead their own lives, and often forget this place. My job is to keep them safe, so naturally they are drawn to me.”
“Do you visit your home often, little one? You are quite the fellow, and so sweet and fascinating, too!”
