I know some people don't like the Cohozuna waves but to me it's just a hectic fun fight with no consequences, that's carhartic after 3 waves of constant pressure.
Lore Wise the implications are terrifying tho.
i think it's funny that cohozuna appearing like some herald of doom isn't alarming at all, but an opportunity to harvest another thing from the salmonids.
maybe that's why big run didn't happen immediately... the king is the final warning.
