The face of a woman who has her best friend back, her memories back, an open UNIT job with 5 weeks holiday on a £120K salary, a husband, a daughter, a TARDIS… DONNA NOBLE YOU WON
I know this is a long shot, especially since I don't have many followers, but figured I'd give it a shot anyway. After over 3 years of trying, I finally got confirmation for top surgery! The date will be April 30th, and while I do have funds to cover it, the quote I was given ended up being $3,000 more than I expected. My wonderful roommate (who will be my caretaker during my recovery) ended up making a gofundme to help cover costs, and I've already received way more than I thought I would, but I could still use help to cover the additional cost.
Link will be in the reblogs, and will also be my pinned post! Thank you for reading :]
you don't have to donate, but help us get the word out there! takes no money to reblog, just share if ya care. :)
fags are allowed to say dyke and dykes are allowed to say fag in the same way that youre allowed to run up and slap your sibling on the back of the head
i'm genuinely curious what is going to happen in the the finale of fargo's fifth season. not a single season of fargo over the years has ceased to amaze me - throwing the most bizarre plot twists at every angle.
as screwed up as gator is, i actually hope he makes it out. i think he's a disgusting excuse of a human being, but he doesn't completely lack humanity either ... which is surprising considering he was raised by a murderous psychopath.
now that ole' munch has taken his toll on him and dot has turned the ranch upside down, i really hope that he gets the chance to live. he'll get to see things the way they are and always have been ... now that he has been blinded.
i want dot to end roy ... and i want gator to help her.
i, personally, think it would be so much more moving for him to live with the consequences rather than to die as a sacrificial martyr of some sorts.
I was just in tags and wanted to pop in and say, that hate blog? whew boy. wow lol
literally. i was so surprised bc i've never seen that much hatred for him before. he very obviously respects the craft, as he has been acting for 30+ years ... his humor isn't even that out there, either. he's just a little silly and plays into interviews a lot (LIKE SO MANY OTHER ACTORS). it was really bizarre. like, out of all the hollywood folks ... why him? idk if it's jealousy from an 'already successful' actor, or not, but it was weird lmao.
rooting for a mencken assass!nat!on next ep where roman gets hit with the shell fragments as he is standing right next to him, then ends up severely injur3d and traumat!zed.
that was the worst episode i literally felt sick the whole time
<gen commentary> Ever since I started watching this dumb ol' with my mother in '18, I have developed a brain rot like no other; the original push for us to watch it was purely because we thought it looked stupid from the trailer previews, like "How is a show about business supposed to be good? It just looks like The Office or Arrested Dev., but less funny." Boy howdy, after the first episode premiere we were hooked. <gen commentary end>
Okay, so — as we (freaks) know — all of Succession's season finale episodes have been titled after lines in John Berryman's poem: "Dream Song 29." Even being a little behind, I have potential predictions. I'm making a poll, but here is a reminder of the past horrors' titles:
On behalf of her husband Bob, we extend sincere appreciation for the hundreds of M*A*S*H fans who filled Eileen’s final days with peace, encouragement, and love. She read every email and responded to as many as she could.
We will share more remembrances of Eileen Saki throughout the day. You are invited to do the same.
Our sweet, sweet Eileen. How we love you. How we will miss you. “
i have a, let's say, a thought that one might consider...... evil
okay, so, obviously this would never happen...
but
...can you imagine if --in this final season-- succession were to do something close to a childhood flashback?
like, something subtle, too. there are NO flashbacks in this show at all, but what if they, very hauntingly, added an affect in an intense moment; during a disorienting, fast-paced scene...... where the orange fire-like flicks of the film camera were present around the edges of the scene.
just for a moment. A MOMENT. and there's that blur, that ringing,,, and you just know
