Even though the full bloom forecast in Kumamoto had already passed by a few days, the city’s “Hanami” still seemed to yet cease for another visitor…
“Looks like Hanami-san isn’t home yet,” said the reddish-haired boy with a guitar case on his back. He had tried hitting the doorbell a couple of times but there was no response from the resident.
Holding a cherry blossom snow globe in his hand, he tried finding somewhere to lie down the gift so that the birthday owner could receive their gift properly.
“Oopsie~ Kunio kid didn’t tell me that the little birdie is having work today, but maybe he is busy with some gigs at the theater.”
Glancing at his side, standing beside him was a tall man with a usual carefree smile and the iconic shades he always wears.
Honestly, even if Yuuya knew it was certain that this shady dude was someone with an official profile in public, he just couldn’t help doubting whether he could trust him or not —Not only because of his shady look, but also for the fact that he claimed himself to be one of his dad’s ‘friends’…
Suddenly, the voice of a girl from somewhere had joined the conversation.
“Let’s leave what you called [gifts] here and get back, human! ANGE thinks that entity named [Hanami] kinda doesn’t look safe...”
On the screen of Yuuya’s phone appeared a figure of one girl with long white hair and bright red eyes with inhuman white pupils. Her expression seemed to be anxious about something. And despite how real she sounds, listen closely and one might notice some static hidden in between the phrases —Yeah, her voice was actually synthetic, given that the speaker was not really human. Still, Yuuya had got to admit that her speaking had been improving a lot since they first met.
Hearing the mysterious girl in Yuuya’s phone talked, his ‘dad’s friend’ with suspicious sunglasses slightly raised his brows.
“Oh, your girlfriend is tagging along huh.”
And even if his shades blocked him to see his clear expression, Yuuya just felt like his tone sounded a bit like a sneer.
“It’s such a regret~ If this is only a date between the two of us, I’d like to take you to do many funsy together~~ There are loooot of stuffs we could enjoy here in Kumamoto, ya know~?”
“EEWWW The one who should go away are [you], dirty cat! Shoo, shoo! Go away!! You don’t plan to scam my human, do you? You’re always lying even just now!”
“—Hey, stop fighting you two.”
It wouldn’t be good if their bicker got more heat than this, so Yuuya had to interrupt them somehow. Besides, he didn’t have much time to leisure around, actually.
“Alright, then I’ll just leave the present here and get back. I already had an appointment with my clubmates at school, so I shouldn’t keep them waiting for long, should I?”
After finding somewhere that looked like a mailbox, he carefully placed the pink snow globe there and glanced back at his phone’s phone to see that his cyber buddy was now calming down, only with some little pout on her face.
Maybe he was just imagining things but he felt ANGE had been lately a tad bit clingy toward him ever since she told him that there were too many individuals with ‘omnious waves’ lurking around in the D.R.B. —He wasn’t sure what she really meant though, but he’d like to give it some thoughts.
And even if he still doubted many things about her as well, here and now wasn’t a right time to be a skeptic. So, he decided to just leave further query inside of his mind for now.
Thinking so, Yuuya then turned to his other companion.
“And Asebi-san, ANGE is not my girlfriend… However, I beg of you to not be rude to her please.”
Humming a joy melody to himself Hanami Yamamura seemed to dance when he get close to his own residence gave by the starless theater,saying a friendly "hi" or a glow smile to the people who said him "hello" or looked at him with smiles, Hanami was a truly light to anyone in kumamoto city
The "songbird" sighed when he looked at the little box on infront of his door
"uh? What could be this?"-Hanami hummed holding the gift on his hands, looking it closer to him the sapphire eyes has a light when he looked better the snowball
-"how cute!"-Hanami mumbled seeing the beautiful design of a bridge surrounded by cherry blossoms. He shacking it softly and a sweet smile appeared on his face when the pink "snow" seemed to fly around the ball like that seasons where the flowers blooming, that season Hanami named himself after
In that moment several pink petal fall around him and Hanami raise the look
He laughed seeing the fall of the cherry blossoms

Disclaimer: Despite I calling this an Alternate Universe (AU) of my division, what listing below can also be counted as the ‘recap’ of both my main trio and the major ‘secondary cast’ that I’ve scattered around lately (their official teaser will come out pretty later...)

She may struggle with her own insecurities sometimes, but her great aspiration is unchangable —which is to become an impressive musician just like her late mother. And although her presence in the tournament isn’t on the government’s plan to begin with, she still decides to hop into the fray as a way to protect her beloved hometown with an ulterior motive to find some clues about her long-lost big brother. But little does she know, this decision will rope her into a bigger issue than she would imagine…

Now determined to become a proud successor of her grandparents, everyday she sincerely hoped her delicacies can bring a smile to people’s face. Later she decided to join the D.R.B. to assist her dear friend Maya and to find her own ‘courage’ in order to fix her own regret in the past…

Also, beside her secret contact with Chinemi, she appears to be quite fond of Maya for unknown reason —And even there is always a happy-go-lucky smile donning on her face, no one knows what she’s actually thinking…

Maya’s gentle big brother and her caring guardian angel whom she hasn’t met for a long time. Firstly discovered in the package of three Hypnosis Microphones mysteriously designated to Sakie’s place, he is a petite Siamese kitten in his naughty phase with a collar around his neck and this leads Maya to think that he might have an owner existing somewhere out there. But who’ll even know —This little lad isn’t just an ordinary kitty! On top of that, he may not be the only one that arrived here in Nara, hmm!?

“The Mobile Boy” 🤍
ANGE (Anji ???) → ARC (Ashi ???)
The opinionated but enigmatic cyber boy who dumbfoundedly discovers himself at Maya’s house with his memories full of gaps and glitches. And despite not having a physical body, he seems to have an eccentric ability to freely hack or transfer his consciousness into any electrical system as easily at will. After his dramatic encounter with the rookie musician girl of Miraitabi, he later introduces himself as an A.I. who comes from “The Sea Of Waves” and offers to help her fulfill her every wish as long as she lets him take refuge at her place. Showing to be very fascinated with what human called ‘music’, he seems to be curious about ‘Hypnosis Microphone’ and expresses his desire to know more about the human world. However, deep-down he has one main goal in pursuit —That is to uncover the truth behind his own existence...
Thus when all the actors were on stage, shall we let the “real” stories begin?

After all the delay and roughness from my side, here Hi-cahan’s birthday event has finally rolled to an end! And although this is my first time celebrating for my baby, I’d like to say that I’m super grateful for everyone who has spared your precious time to celebrate his birthday with me! Whether it was just to simply wish him a happy birthday or give him some gift, I’m sure that he will greatly appreciate every ounce of your cheer and effort in glee ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
The next birthday event will be Yuuya’s in June so please stay tuned until the summer comes!
In his sweet-colored room, Asahi is seen to enjoy scrolling down his phone while lying comfortably in his pink pajamas surrounded by various sizes of cute plushies. Sitting by each side of him were his buddy teddy bears named Kinako and Kuromitsu, but recently there is also one more baby in the shape of a cute caterpillar which he freshly named ‘Matcha’ for its green color rolling not far away from them on the futon.
Noticing that there was a camera panning at him right now, the pink-haired boy put his phone down and got himself up to properly face the camera with a big bright smile on his youthful face.
“Oh, hi and thank you again for my birthday, everyone!”
He waved his hand at the camera in a cheerful manner.
“Maybe it has become a bit late, but I wanna say that I’m pretty moved with any gifts or blessings everyone have gone out of their way to give me today! Therefore, may the gods bless all of you ten fold —No, not only ten— Thousands and thousands more of your hospitality you shared with me!”
The pink-haired boy then carries his new friend ‘Matcha’ up to the level of the camera and shakes its small limbs so that the green plushie looks like it is waving a goodbye.
“Cheers☆ Let’s look forward to more loads of fun in this spring~ See you guys again next time!”

What a coincidence! At the beginning of spring, it wasn’t only the birthday of a particular errand boy but also a certain wagashi artist from Nara! And of course that meant a present has made its way into Harumatsuya! This present in particular was a medium box of green foil wrappings held shut by a back ribbon with a spider web pattern on, and for the contents…
It’s a plushie of a caterpillar, how cute!
And about that box, there’s a black note of white writing attached to it.
“Happy birthday, Asa-chan!!!
Kekeke! They weren’t lying when they said we’re a lot like twins! Anywayyyy with the start of spring some of the plushies in this shop I came across with were on sale and I thought you’d like this one :3c

“Tada~☆ Look at this baby I found at my doorstep this morning! At long last, Kinako-chan and Kuromitsu-kun are finally having a new friend!”
With Asahi’s overly enthusiastic voice, the green caterpillar plushie was suddenly shoved right in front of his red-haired bestie who was now seeming to be busy pondering over the menu attached on the table.
Yeah, right now they were hanging out at the karaoke box nearby.
“Oh, isn’t the sender Meguno-san from Echizen?” guessed Yuuya as he was done ordering some drinks and snacks.
A ‘Caterpillar’ hmm? That kinda reminded him of someone a certain ‘Cat’ has introduced to him lately…
“Yup~ I must make sure to add him more extra kohakutou or some new candies when he stops at my shop next time —And there was also one novelist from Kōfu who came here to give me homemade cookies!”
“Sounds like your birthday has gone a lot merrier than before, that’s a good thing …Gosh, somehow it feels like my gift has become pale in comparison with theirs.”
“Hah??? What’re you talking about? Hey, how could I not be happy with your wonderful gift since you’ve tried to find me a new charm that I lost weeks ago?”
Asahi proudly raised his phone up to show his friend the dangling phone straps that he had just received from him.
“And not to forget that you’re the one who helped me adjust my mixtape until the finalization! This much already makes me pretty touched, you know~”
“Wha—” Yuuya stared at him in disbelief a bit since he had never told his bestie about his intention before.
“*laughs* Glad to know you like it. Still, I think it would be better if I could find something that looks just like your old one.”
“Nah. This new one is super cute and there’s no need to cry over spilled milk. I’ll just remember to be more careful from now on~”
Asahi replied as he was looking for the song they will sing and just then, the karaoke’s staff had just entered the room.
The drinks and snacks they ordered had just arrived; one bowl of potato chips, one pink lemonade for Yuuya, and the Spring’s limited edition parfait for himself.
Asahi whistled a little at the sight of his fancy dessert.
“But by the way, do you have anything you want to talk with me today hmm~ YuuYu?”
Despite his bubbly and a bit airy outlook, Asahi was surprisingly sharp when it came to sensing his friend’s worries. Since his buddy decided to invite him out for a hangout somewhere else rather than just talking things over the dinner at Saigo-san’s house like usual, thus it meant there was something he didn’t want the old man to know just yet…
“Ah, riiight~ Actually, lots of stuffs have kept coming up to me lately…”
Yuuya wore a troubled smile on his face as the sunset colors in his eyes knowingly met his friend’s blossom pink and green.
At first what he wanted to tell his friend was only about his soon graduation in this spring, but with a series of weird encounters that happened to him within these past months, he was wound up feeling like it wasn’t just something he could keep silent about.
…Haaa. So, which one should he tell him first then?

Asahi nodded happily-"yeah! Nice to meet you"-said him with a joy smile. Then he looks at the green haired noticing how he looks familiar
Kei lows the look to hide the blush in his face when he give something to Asahi
Curious,he opens it and his eyes glowed to the sight of a box of several type of sweet cookies,all still warm
Kei raise his eyes, strangely shy and nervious considering his serious and calm persona
-"i did them by myself...i just wanted give you this gift, happy birthday Asahi san"-Kei said looking at Asahi,almost feeling the strong beats of his own heart
“Oh, hi! Nice to meet you too, Himeno-san!”
A jolly beam was blazing brightly on Asahi’s face as usual as he was greeting the green-haired novelist from another division, however, he then paused a little like he had recognized something.
“Ehhh— Could you perhaps be that one novelist from Kōfu? Hmm, right! At that time we have sent you a cool bag on your birthday. Hehe~ Guess this make we’re now even!”
Cheerfully laughing but completely failing to notice the small blush on Kei’s face, the oblivious wagashi artist told him to wait there for a bit before he disappeared into his shop and soon popped out with another box in his hands.
“Here, please take this as my thanks☆ I had these freshly baked in the morning since my granny happens to like cookies as well~”
Tempted by his own curiosity, Kei decided to take some look and found that inside the box he just got were fully packed with a lot of pink cookies in the shape of cherry blossom flowers.
“Bye-bye and thanks for your hospitality! Hope you enjoy my little treat~”
—Not so long after Asahi got back to his room
Right inside his own room, in front of him stood couples stacks of sweet-colored bookshelves filled with various collections of his favorite manga and light novels.
“Hmmmm~ Himeno-san’s MC name is ‘Briar Rose’, isn’t it? Thinking about that, I think I might have seen his name somewhere before…”
Asahi tried to rack his fuzzy remembrance as he trailed his finger on each book spine until a piece of memories had suddenly crossed his mind.
“Ah, it was from that one booth I saw in the Book Fair!” Asahi remembered out loud.
“I don’t even know what his books are about though —But, somehow I recalled both YuuYu and Saigo-san said they aren’t for me? Geez, those two really need to chill out sometimes. Besides, who they think they are to decide about my taste huh?”
—Thank you for the gift!
But for goodness’s sake, I pray my son and that old man can manage to keep him away from Kei’s work lmao

🏮 Tidbits 🏮
Yuuya lives on the 2nd floor of a certain apartment in Nara city
He is on favorable terms with the landlord auntie. Moreover, she shows to be quite sympathized with him for his father’s sudden demise
He usually does laundry on the balcony and also keeps some edible veggies like sunflower sprouts in the planters out there
His bedroom used to have bunk beds back when his big sis was still around, but when she left, he sold it out because he thinks it has no use for someone living alone anymore…
After adopting Ojou-chan, he decided to build a cat house to welcome her. And as funny as it may seem, he has recently got another new roommate again —Luckily, looks like this new roommate doesn’t need much space for the living
He owns one red bicycle which he regularly uses and is allowed to parked it in the parking space on the ground floor
Another trivia about him: Yuuya can cook rather well and he tended to make his own meals —He only depends on instant food just when he feels down
He was once used to take charge of making meals when his father was still alive since his father was a bit clumsy at cooking (His dad had a weird tendency to often get something burnt by accident)
His father’s room is full of his bittersweet memories yet is his most favorite place to find himself in, and now he has turned it into his own mini-studio
Although his father has owned a separated studio elsewhere nearby, in his room is still all equipped with many music instruments which Yuuya refuses to sell any no matter what
There is a minimal soundproof room (Recording room) built in one side of his father’s room as well
Also, on the other side of the room has his father’s urn placed in a small altar. And you may guess it right: his family including him is Buddhist

Asahi lives with his grandparents and their personal spaces are mostly up on the upper floor of their store
His house and family store “Harumatsuya” is located in Nara city’s commercial district known as ‘Naramachi’ a.k.a. granny Momose’s territory
His house/store had been constructed in somewhat traditional Japanese style since the early generations of his grandfather
Despite still preserving some traditional elements like tatami mats and sliding doors, Asahi renovates almost everything in his room according to his own likings such as decorating it in comfy pink and vamping up his bed to be a canopy one
Asahi is an anime and manga lover too! He has his own manga corner and keeps so many merchs as well as plushies in his room
Most of his numerous hobbies are handicrafts and one of them is embroidery, therefore, he also has one sewing machine placed somewhere in his room. He may not be into crossdressing or cosplaying himself but he is kinda into making cute clothes!
Asahi’s grandpa is unfortunately bedridden, so his own room is on the first floor (For convenience) and his room is equipped with few medical supports
His kitchen and ingredient room is pretty large and is located at the back of the first floor where Asahi and his grandmother mostly spend so much time preparing things before the shop opens

Hmm why would you want to know from my son of all people? 👀
Yuuya doesn’t have any crush at this moment. In fact, he can’t help but subconsciously feel skeptical whenever someone says they like him as deep down he is kinda frustrated of getting too emotionally attached to someone. By the way, the closest thing to the term “crush” for him would be dated back to when he was still a little kid who hadn’t even grasped the idea of romance yet. That time he was quite glued to his sister to the point he would respond with his “nee-san (Big sis)” to any question in regards to his preference —However, it’s now an embarrassing past he would rather not talk about nowadays ...pft
—But, who knows? Maybe one day he will dare enough to break through all of his own insecurity and embrace his own feelings again ...for the sake of somebody important to him
💞 = Does your muse believe in soulmates?
Obviously, this pink-haired dreamer adores this concept to bits! He has seen its reference in many manga and novels in his collection and personally thinks it’s such a marvelous idea to explain why people are drawn to each other beside the “mundane” explanation that people are only attracted to each other because of their outer appearances or their primal drives. More than the power of fate, Asahi instead believes that ‘soulmates’ are falling in love because they are somehow ‘connected’ to each other, be it because something they have in common, or maybe it’s what people call ‘chemistry’, or maybe it’s just their fair share of both moments in health and in sickness together, or whatever. Anyway, Asahi thinks what makes romance wonderful is because it has a meaning.
—Still, he seems to be completely forget that if this concept is true then there is a possibility of him having his own soulmate somewhere too XD

Normally if that gesture isn’t obvious enough to be perceived in a romantic way, then this indifferent ex-tycoon would likely pay no heed to it. Due to once being a part of high society himself, Saigo is no doubt very accustomed to various mannerisms conducted in social engagement to earn favor or the positive impression with other parties. However, in case someone is clear in their intention to flirt with him, this guy is prone to get suspicious of that person immediately. Are they up to something? What exactly are their real motives in interacting with him? Or does it in anyway involving his family? With a distrustful (and judgemental) piercing glare and a sudden distance he intentionally creates between himself and them, he is having more than thousands of thoughts running in his head as he is trying to figure out why someone acts in this way toward him. And if he is paranoid enough, he may order Chishio to dig up all of that person’s background to inspect or keep as some insurance.

Musical Interlude!
Ah, what a fantastic round that was~ Some couples have already happen to be in the lead, BUT isn’t that too soon to judge? So, now it’s a good time we proceed to the next stage!
And as we wait for our dear couples to prepare themselves to bring their amazing fashion ideas to life, why don’t we just relax and take our time enjoy a lovely musical performance from a certain fervent music lover of Nara? Yuuya “ARROW” Kanata is also now on the stage!
O-Oh~ And it seems like this time our Nara Boy doesn’t just came here without a little surprise!?
“Heya, nice to meet you all! This is Yuuya Kanata from Nara Division! Hope you guys enjoy this wonderful event so far! Actually, this is the first time I got an opportunity to perform in front of such a large public like this. Sooo, man, it would be a lie if I said I’m not nervous… ,” the boy sheepishly laughed while putting a guitar’s strap over his shoulders.
“Valentines is approaching and that’s why the theme of this month becomes a bit romantic, isn’t it? Hmm, it sounds nice but also quite a challenge for me to be honest, since I’ve never done a love song before. But thanks to the new ‘friend’ I met lately, I’ve got an idea to work on and I think it would be a good appetizer for a certain round up ahead.”
He glanced back at the wide projector screens in the hallroom and to everyone’s surprise… All screens there seem to somehow operate on their own as the cheerful prelude composed by no one began to play out!
“—Oh, and one thing I almost forgot! Since I said that this song is mostly my new friend’s idea, so why won’t we let her join in too? Thus when you hear a voice from nowhere without any sign of their speaker, I ask you to please be assured, for that’s her. She is… rather shy and would like to keep her identity a secret though. But by the way, let’s enjoy our show!”
