Asahi nodded happily-"yeah! Nice to meet you"-said him with a joy smile. Then he looks at the green haired noticing how he looks familiar

Kei lows the look to hide the blush in his face when he give something to Asahi

Curious,he opens it and his eyes glowed to the sight of a box of several type of sweet cookies,all still warm

Kei raise his eyes, strangely shy and nervious considering his serious and calm persona

-"i did them by myself...i just wanted give you this gift, happy birthday Asahi san"-Kei said looking at Asahi,almost feeling the strong beats of his own heart

“Oh, hi! Nice to meet you too, Himeno-san!”

A jolly beam was blazing brightly on Asahi’s face as usual as he was greeting the green-haired novelist from another division, however, he then paused a little like he had recognized something.

“Ehhh— Could you perhaps be that one novelist from Kōfu? Hmm, right! At that time we have sent you a cool bag on your birthday. Hehe~ Guess this make we’re now even!”

Cheerfully laughing but completely failing to notice the small blush on Kei’s face, the oblivious wagashi artist told him to wait there for a bit before he disappeared into his shop and soon popped out with another box in his hands.

“Here, please take this as my thanks☆ I had these freshly baked in the morning since my granny happens to like cookies as well~”

Tempted by his own curiosity, Kei decided to take some look and found that inside the box he just got were fully packed with a lot of pink cookies in the shape of cherry blossom flowers.

“Bye-bye and thanks for your hospitality! Hope you enjoy my little treat~”

—Not so long after Asahi got back to his room

Right inside his own room, in front of him stood couples stacks of sweet-colored bookshelves filled with various collections of his favorite manga and light novels.

“Hmmmm~ Himeno-san’s MC name is ‘Briar Rose’, isn’t it? Thinking about that, I think I might have seen his name somewhere before…”

Asahi tried to rack his fuzzy remembrance as he trailed his finger on each book spine until a piece of memories had suddenly crossed his mind.

“Ah, it was from that one booth I saw in the Book Fair!” Asahi remembered out loud.

“I don’t even know what his books are about though —But, somehow I recalled both YuuYu and Saigo-san said they aren’t for me? Geez, those two really need to chill out sometimes. Besides, who they think they are to decide about my taste huh?”

—Thank you for the gift!

But for goodness’s sake, I pray my son and that old man can manage to keep him away from Kei’s work lmao

Reiji Enjouji

“Mr. Enjouji… I’ve heard a few whispers about his family and Reiji Enjouji. Nothing very concrete unfortunately, but that is mostly my own fault of being very, uninterested in the Enjouji family. Japan’s social politics aren’t exactly my forte. Having worked alongside Mistress Kamiyama, there’s many more interesting people not just in Japan, but across the globe with a greater history of dodgy records. I do have to give some credit to the Enjouji heir though… I’ve heard some rumors that he is a conniving young man. Whatever that could mean, is a mystery to an outsider such as myself. But I’m more than interested in finding out when we do have the opportunity to meet.”

Kei Himeno

“Sigh… You would be surprised how rough it can be, being a servant to a family. I’ve heard about the treatment Mr. Himeno had gone through and for that I send him my deepest condolences. You would be surprised how much gossip happens amongst the attendants behind the scenes. I myself am no exception to that sort of treatment. Only difference is that I am usually capable of handle any and all personal issues that may occur between the other workers hired by the Kamiyama family and myself. I have to imagine things went out of hand for Mr. Himeno. I do hope he is happier writing his novels. They are… Adequate. Not exactly my taste, but I have no doubt he has a good handful of fans out there.”

Ayame Kurokawa

“A belly dancer? I suppose even in Japan people would develop an interest in such things… However, male belly dancing is something I never expected to see. And I can’t help but admit that it’s peaked my interest. I’d love to learn how to have better control of my core muscles. It could prove to be a fun learning experience. I don’t think I would necessarily want to learn from Mr. Kurokawa, but I suppose contacting him would be ideal… If only Kofu wasn’t such a far away city. So perhaps, another time.”

Diabolik Love

“I’ve been warned by the little detective that there’s a great many of people who have darker intentions. And this team perhaps fits that criteria… Despite their overly friendly demeanor, their team name boldly proclaims their intentions. Which begs the question of whether or not getting involved in the D.R.B. is really worth this 'love' they so desperately crave.”

"Despite him being an idol, I don't fully know Reiji, a.k.a. 'Tenshi' all that well. I've produced some of his songs and offered him some advice as far as his music goes, but that's about the extent of our relationship. Truthfully, and I say this as nicely as I possibly can, there's something about this young man that I don't like. He seems charming in public, but I've observed how he'll often manipulate people to do what he wants, or simply because he can. That's why I don't bother dealing with people like him. I produce your music, but that's it. Anything else, I want nothing to do with."

Kei Himeno

"'Briar Rose', if I'm not mistaken. I've read some of his works. Many of them revolve around romances, most of which are dark or about fantasy. Truthfully, they're not what I'd normally read, but some of them are interesting. Other than that, I don't know much about him. He seems focused and serious, but... well, one shouldn't judge a book by its cover, as they say."

Ayame Kurokawa

"He's probably the only one from this team that I know very well, and that's cause my wife often hires him to perform with her. I'm not sure how they met, but she introduced him to me as her partner, so I created a routine for him and Mireya to dance too. Surprisingly, it was well-received. My wife invited him back, but from what I know, he does dancing only as a side job, preferring to paint. I've not seen any of his paintings, but I'll have to look them up when I get the chance."

Diabolik Love

"I have to admit, aside from Ayame, this team doesn't exactly feel me with the best of intentions. And the team name isn't exactly helping. I don't fully know what their intentions or reasons are for entering this tournament. But regardless, if we have to face them, then we shall."

Paldea Division: Match 2

The final match in our preliminary round isn't going to end quietly!

Of our last 4 contestants, Brassius certainly looks the meanest! But that's the look of an artist! He finally took the psuedo out of the woodo after 8 generations, and that's something to remember! Tulip is a model and a makeup artist, but that doesn't mean her battling is anything to scoff at! In fact, she follow the time honoured tradition of challenging Psychic type users. Can she match fellow Psychic user Sabrina's win from the very start at the very end? Representing the Water type, Kofu may be forgetful, but he has spirit and the positive attitude of a winner! Water was another of our initial winners, so is Kofu up to match it? Finally, the MC of RIP herself, Ryme is our last competitor. She's usually roasting opponents in rap battles, but this is a totally different arena! Can our last competitor prove she's still got it and roast the competition in a battle of gym leaders?

Remember- the top two competitors will move on to round 1, not just the winner!

Pokemon Breeder Aria, my trainer OC

Home Region: Alola

Raised in Paldea. Aria moved from Alola to Paldea when she was 3 for her father to work in Cascarrafa as a sous chef under Chef Kofu.

Her family lived in Porta Marinada, rather than Cascarrafa to avoid the sandstorms than frequently plagued the Mirage City, and for ease of access to the markets.

Her mother worked for the Port Authority in Porta Marinada, inspecting cargo for the markets.

There is a picnic spot, an hours walk from Porta Marinada, that overlooks all of Cascarrafa. The family could be found there on fair weather days between the fathers shifts, and Aria can be found there often now.

Aria attended Uva academy for 8 years, earning average marks in most subjects. Excelling in history, battling and home ec.

During the treasure hunts, and on school breaks she worked part time at a Porta Marinada-based Pokemon Breeding and training company, that specialized in breeding Paldean pokemon for private clients. She primarily assisted with the coordinator catering branch of the company, breeding pokemon for contests. (The Porta Marinada Breeding Company)

Post-graduation, Aria was offered an opportunity to run her own specialty "division" within the small Pokemon Breeding company. Aria presently breeds Pokemon for the contest circuit that can excel in appearance as well as battle.

Tidbits: Aria has never participated in a pokemon contest because she hasn't left Paldea since she moved there, and Paldea does not have a contest circuit. This also means she hasn't seen most of her bred Pokemon after they've been sent to their new homes.

Her business can *only* operate out of Porta Marinada because she has an apprentice breeding license. Her current goal is to apply to the pokemon league to become certified to travel throughout Paldea with her operation.

Ok so, Orthworm titan has been defeated! I think, just as a little check in. Im going to talk about my opinions on the different characters. Because i'm sure some of them will change down the line and i'd like to be able to come back to this and see what i thought of them!

Warning for about mid game ish?? spoilers? Maybe? Im just talking about characters personalities so warning for that

Nemona- She's pretty fun. I like her energy a lot! But she isn't a favorite or anything. I feel like i haven't seen enough of her personality.

Arven- I adore him. At first he annoyed me, and then i was suspicious of him because of how he talked during the first titan about a "he". But when it was revealed he was trying to help the goodest of boys i actually teared up. If i hadn't been in a room with someone else i probably would have started crying. I absolutely adore Arven's personality. His path is probably my favorite because it feels like it has the most fun story. And you get to interect with miraidon more.

Penny- I don't have a ton to say about her. Mildly suspicious of her just because i don't know much, but i'm trying to see her in a neutral light so it doesn't cloud my judgement. I like her design a lot. BUT WHY DOES SHE NOT HAVE TO WEAR THE UNIFORM?? I wanna come to school in whatever i want >:(

Brassius- I was expecting moody and gloomy, but he's actually pretty cool. I like how much he cares about art. He also got a bunch of bonus points for shocking me with that windmill jump. I like the joke of his ace pokemon and over all he's a fun character. His design is REALLy cool and it's fun to see something that isn't just your basic flowery bright green grass gym leader. (not that i have anything against that, i love all the grass gyms)

Kofu- I couldn't pinpoint why but i did NOT like him at first. I tried so hard to work past it because i couldn't figure out why i didn't like him. But after the market and his battle i came to like him a lot. He's not my favorite by any means but he's a fun character.

Iono- I was already a fan when she was introduced. I love her design and her personality is hilarious. She's my favorite gym leader as of right now. Maybe even my favorite character in the game.

Clavell- Kinda spooky, kinda fun. He seems a bit annoying at times but that might be my distaste for authority. I keep flip flopping on whether i like him or not. I don't dislike his personality so far but he feels like he's hiding smth. Idk. I always am suspicious of characters i don't know enough about lol. Especially cuz i'm not sure if gamefreak is pulling a twist villain again or not.

Jaqc- He's fun :) I like him a lot. Doesn't stand out a ton but he's a cool character

Turo- hmmm he hasn't really done anything that interesting so far... kinda dislike him just because he isn't Sada lol. I liked her design more than his. But i got violet for Miraidon. Again, im wary of characters i don't know enough about....

At this point im too lazy to keep looking up their names and i have a horrible memory (just took all the midterms and the one singular question i got wrong was the language teachers name). So uh... classes only no names.

Math teach- In the first 5 seconds of meeting her i wanted to dislike her so bad. I HATED math as a kid and i still hate math. The only class i did well in was geometry and that's because it felt more like fun puzzles to me. But basic math? I can't do it. No matter how well i know a formula or how much i try and focus i always mess up something small that then ruins everything else. Every step could be correct but ill have gotten confused about how much of something there was cuz i misread the problem and all of a sudden its all messed up. I can somehow get 11 from 5 + 3. I never learned long division. I hate math with a burning passion. So i was ready to suffer at even math in a basic kids game. But she was so sweet. And the problems WERENT HARD. I was so scared it was gonna be basic addition or subtraction or smth and i would suffer. But i realized it was all math i had already been doing in the game already. Calculating damage based on weakness, or figuring out how many of different items i could buy. I wish i had a math teach at some point who had worked with me to make it interesting. And she's so sweet. I literally adore her so much

Art teach- This guy has not made an impact on me at all. He is like a paper lunch bag of a character next to a bunch of cool lunchboxes with fancy patterns. Not bad, gets the job done. But so much less cool. I always loved art tho so i guess he gets extra points for that.

Language teach- he speaks french i rest my case. The only worse thing he could do is be british. Cuz at least the french did wonderful things for cooking. But fr if there wasn't spanish sprinkled in i would be missing every question. At first i kinda disliked him but im kinda nuetral now. (im kidding about the french n british thing for the record. i just jokingly hate british ppl and i dislike french as a language cuz i find it just as stupid if not more stupid than english)

Home ec teach- I Adore him. He's great. I love cooking so much so of course when i saw a home ec class i was in love. I loved the idea of my in game character also being good at cooking(why yes, i am easily amused). At first i was kinda intimidated by him but i liked him still. After te interaction with him in the cafeteria w the pbj i was enamored w his character. he is my little meow meow i think hes so entertaining. I love him

Fighting? Uh battle smth?? teach- hasnt rlly stood out to me in any way. however the interactions w her being bad at cooking were funny and felt like they gave her more character, which made me like her more. I think shes pretty cool but def is overshadowed by other ppl.

History- Cannot figure out why but she kinda annoys me. maybe its the clothes lmao. But idk im trying to work past it cuz i cant figure out if i have a good reason or not yet. So basically nuetral leaning towards negative on her.

Nurse miriam? is that her name- couldnt tell you why but i like her. she just seems fun to hang out with. i like her a lot :)))

As a final note, i really like the little interactions w the diff characters throughout the school and maybe im just a nerd but i actually like going to the classes..... Its fun and i like seeing the characters personalities. (plus answering even the easiest of questions correctly make the happy chemicals go brrrr) Ive always love extra lil stuff that lets you interact w characters in any game, its so much fun.

The three houses intro

[C]THE KYOBUN THREE HOUSES MURDERS

November 994 few times after

It was a calm night in the outskirt of Kyobun the imperial capital in the land of all heavens the night reminescent the enlightened jewel ascended from the heavens was brighting up the surrounding like a sky full of stars the yellow lights of the most populated capital of mankind was giving the dark and cold clouds a warm and heavenly thought of safety in the outskirt of the capital was the mountains of Kalmora a village named Teihei was sitting on the psalm of the mountain giving a sight of Kyobun never seen before the times were cold it was soon to come the blizzard season as the winter had started to be the longest up to june the land of all heavens was wide and massive to the south of the imperial capital was the 2nd army stationned since last september they were going to move to the end corners of the empire to assure the defense of the north eastern provinces along with the wall 54th army divisions who were stationned behind the wall that separated the millenium old imperial land of all heavens from the rest of the continent that were unseen from the common knowledge no one knew what was behind the wall but the great wall who had a up to the cloud height and was fierciously build to repel any outside dangers was sitting as the dominant line between the land of all heavens and the outside land the army was setting up their packages more than five millions soldiers were going to march to the snow provinces to maintain the harmony of the emperor unto the corners of the land of all the heavens the march happened at the start of the night of november 23 994 a date who would be remembered on the road that was roaming on the side of the mountain were three houses.

The three houses massacre.

In the Scalburgian society family is the solid foundation of harmony it have a vital role in play for the outside repercussion of the family bonds the three houses were inhabited by three family the Myoka family the Heko family and the Kofu family who knew and cohabited in the warm along the houses was the road that crossed aside Kyobun buses and transport vehicles avoided to cross the almost daily traffic jam and took that road known as the celestial east road that went all the way to the snow provinces where most of the goods were to be sent by the agricultural and farmland center of the empire the three houses were sitting along the road and behind it was the mountain one night altought a murder would occur in all the houses.

The night of november 23 a man broke into the Kofu family house that was asleep and murdered the innocent along with the Myoka and Heko families the murders happened in a single night a bus that passed by noticed a man bloody stained and confused waving when the bus almost hit him the conductor stopped and the man explained that a slaughter happened in the three houses he said he was a friend of Heko family and was going to visit them by surprise and discovered the bloodbath he rushed to the neighbor house to ask for help but again discovered a bloodbath in shock of this discovery he walked all the way down the road to reach for any civilisation or authorities he could find he managed to come across the bus that passed by after the incident the bus changed course to Kyobun and both the conductor and the man came to the imperial guard who immediatly rushed to the houses the three families were known around the village the news quickly spread and shocked the villagers in a society where harmony reign when crime is almost at a close to void rate the murders spread across fast shocking the village and the province the imperial guard were only the police of the empire and the investigators were far more smart and hardworking than their pairs who only dealt with bandits and enforcing laws wherever they went to the first to come to the scene was the imperial guard who closed off the road the traffic jam caused stupor upon the reveal that a murder had took place the investigators came and searched the area and the houses the three houses held no interesting hint but an investigator then made a stunning encounter the Myoka house had trees behind the house and on one of them a note held by a knife stolen from the house the note said

To whoever find this i hided a secret in one of the houses immediatly the investigators turned upside down the three houses desperately looking for clues or hints but no clues were found and dawn was coming as the authorities were closing in on the scene the only suspect was the friend of the Heko family who discovered the slaughter he was soon interrogated and chose as the primary suspect but there was no charges to be held and no proof was found either the case grew cold as the friends of families and extended families became angered at how the murderer could get away so easily the imperial guard soon beginned a massive information campaign in the province

The campaign raised public concern over how a murderer can do this massacre and get away with it but also what was in the houses what was the secret and when would investigations find a hint the culprit was gone and not sighted no one knew who he was or where he was neither his intentions the case grew cold as the years went by the investigation was forgotten but the three houses were seized and the investigation went further than the houses many attempts to raise other campaigns led to no clues but it would take more than 7 years to have a progress in the case in september 1001

In the eastern provinces a series of disappearances of young girls will soon reach national wide concern the disappearances all happen at night when young girls coming home vanish more than twenty nine cases are filed and the invetigations are clueless but more than a year after a dead body is found underneath a raindam below a imperial starway name given to the roads that go to the snow provinces the body lies in a decomposing state but yet the face match with a missing poster filed the investigators have again no clue the body was strangled and on it was left a white blood stained clothed attached to the eyes of the girl aged 12 when she had disappeared the body was found one year later what trouble the investigators is that there are no witness no clues the investigation concludes that the murderer is cautious thus sane the murderer tends to have put a white close stained of the girl's blood on her eyes invetsigators conclude that it's the mark of the murderer but the murder case isn't linked or related to the three house massacre of november 994 the investigators inspect a series of disappearances that are spread across eastern provinces where flat land rain and swamped land give the investigators a nearly no hope of getting a clue like shoes prints of the murderer a few days later a shocking discovery is made in the raindam that's further of the murder the murderer left a note on the concrete wall "found me yet ?" The investigators also include the raindam to the crime scene the surrounding fields and woods are searched without conclusion the cases grow cold but one of the investigator of the three house murders then notice the disappearances who were on a newspaper nearly 100 miles off of the Imperial Capital the disappearances occured the investigator then decide to contact his pairs and confront the two murder cases months of investigation conclude that the murderer of the three houses and the murderer called the east phantom who kindapped twenty nine young girls one of whom's corpse was found under a raindam and a note both writing styles are concluded as coming from one making the east phantom the murderer of the three houses murder

“What the… Is he? No, it can’t be. He’s got the same fringe as Jyushi! That right eye must hold his powers right? Or maybe he’s shy? I need to meet him if I’m going to figure out if he aligns with good or evil! For now, I’m cautious about him. Mostly because I have a bad feeling about his smile… It doesn’t sit right with my gut.”

“Jack keeps yapping saying we’ve kind of met Kei before. I can’t really remember though… I hated going to all the fancy events my dad would try to force me into going. "Like my husband, I don't fully know much about Reiji, either. He has volunteered to perform here at Gypsy's Palace before, and I took him up on it. The turnout was alright, but nothing really to scream about. My husband says he's surprisingly good, but still has a long way to go before becoming a superstar. I'm liable to agree."

"I'm not entirely big on romantic novels. The reason is due to the fact that the endings are almost always the same. They're much like the soap operas you see on T.V., only there are no pictures involved. So, unlike my husband, this young man's work isn't exactly my cup of tea, unfortunately."

"Ayame is a close acquaintance of mine whom I met one day while he was performing here in Roppongi. I heard the sound of Arabian music being played and I looked and saw him dancing to the music; he was quite good, I must add. When he was finished, I introduced myself and we got to talking. He's quite an interesting figure, one that I see a lot of myself in. Now whenever he is free, I often hire him to come perform with me at my club. I'm glad to know of him."

"Though he isn't the leader, Ayame's put together quite the interesting team. Like my husband stated, I don't fully know their reasons for entering, however.
