Aw well thank ya, and thank ya to everyone else who messaged me concerned about it too :)!! I did get SOME sleep last night which I am very pleased about and I’m considering taking a nap here in a bit to make up for it too😌❤️

As for my knee— it did not, unfortunately, get completely healed overnight (shocking i know) BUT it did get a bit better! Which means I still get to dodge urgent care unless it stops improving or if it messes itself up anymore lol

Rest assured that my migraine haze usually requires a bit of monitoring so my family got an earful about all my anxiety about it lol

In summary!! We’re thinking I’m probably all good!! Just stuck with an ice pack and being forced to actually take my joint medicine for once😅
