I don’t see anywhere that had posted the meaning to the songs quite correctly so I attempted my own. The song generally talks about death, based on my interpretation. The person who wrote the lyrics lost someone he loves to death and consoled himself by knowing that death will come for everyone and that one day he will die too and be one with the stars, buried on a cemetery at a calm hill (as common in Japan).
