Hello sorry to bother you with this all of sudden ,and this might be coming out of nowhere, and I’m not trying to force you or be pushy  I’m just trying to get more people into this show with great potential. You can ignore this if you want. If your not interested it’s fine but Have you heard of or watched moon girl and devil dinosaur? Season 2 premier happened

The main character I love she gives me autistic vibes I’m autistic. The show has interesting characters, action ,great music, and animation ,good themes and representation, Anime references, plenty of Sailor Moon references too it even has an eyecatch season 2 is going to be more story driven if you find that interesting. It also shares the same animation studio as rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles.

It be good if you also watch the season 2 episodes when they air so the ratings will be higher. 

I think Disney might be trying to sabotage the show with them dropping 14 episodes on Disney +  Feb 3 which has passed.and it’s only half of season 2. We have a week or two to binge it.They did similar with season 1 and the ratings where low ,please watch season 2 episodes when they air on. But more importantly also watch it on Disney + in feb and when they air it on YouTube. Unfortunately they dropped 14 episodes on Disney + so watch them all in a day if you can but also when they air the first time if you have cable.

I’m not just saying only cable just also. I’m saying please support this show. Despite that it still won 5 Emmys. Also if it’s no trouble could if it alright with you spread the word about this show to others you know like either online or irl. Time is limited!

I am always looking out for new things to watch while I draw so I'll def check it out when I get the chance. :)

I have a headcanon that Donnie’s past counterpart was the one responsible for the origami mystic technique that the foot clan uses throughout the show, so instead of all the high tech robotics, PastCounterpart!Donnie made origami figures.

Overall, I thought this was a super fun challenge and I’d love to thank @sariphantom for their super fun prompts. I learned a lot and made a lot of art, none of which I’d classify as completely finished but all in all, I’m pretty happy with everything I posted. I’d even like to revisit some posts (including this one) to fully render and color them in though most likely at a later date. I really would recommend this challenge to anyone but for sure don’t feel pressured into drawing every prompt (I sure didn’t) and I’m pretty excited for my future art plans but for now, I’m off to sleep and play Baldur’s Gate 3 for the next week or so, haha.

Liminal Space Notes:

Without completely reiterating the masterpost! for this au, this proposed alternate universe explores the boys (sans donnie) traveling 20 or so years into a future. A future abundant with Donatello’s influence whose had to face trials and tribulations in the absence of his brothers. Given nearly complete control, Donnie crafted a world where arts and sciences were the key focus of society lending itself to the cyberpunk theme.

Through decades of practice, Donatello pushed and continues to push himself towards complete mastery of techno-mysticism where his only perceived limit is his own imagination. Most of his technique is centered around the fusion of his mystic arts with nanotechnology, which in application can be used to create anything from separate robotic entities to even clothing. (He calls his brand of nanotechnology ‘Dots’ shortened from Donatello’s Robotics) and they very crudely look like this:

Because obviously he had to incorporate his logo every chance he got. (It was broken up into basic shapes since his brothers may have been absent for 20 years but their impact on Donnie has always remained.)

All of this being overexplained purely to rationalize two things about Raph’s clothing design for his au. One, being he wears a battle shell and in turn, Two, the jacket Raph wears is technically backless as turtles are in fact connected to their shells, so the jacket and the battle shell can connect/disconnect for a seamless design. As ref (from a separate wip) this is what it looks like from behind:
