one character knowing something offhandedly that they shouldn't, isn't addressed until later
the crow rhyme
colours!! esp if like, blue is evil in your world and the mc's best friend is always noted to wear blue...betrayal?
write with the ending in mind
use patterns from tragic past events to warn of the future
keep the characters distracted! run it in the background until the grand reveal
WEATHER.

mention something that the mc dismisses over and over
KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU PUT. don't leave things hanging.

When you finish campaign 2, watch EXU: Calamity. I think you'll find things make so much sense.
Been working my way through C2/Mighty Nein (and I'm getting real close to finishing, yay!) and hit episode 118 the other day, and when M9 got into the first lab in the A-2 site, there was this bit of description:
You do see, off to the side, that one of these fallen signs that is broken and shattered but the part of the language is legible, it reads: Primordial Applications.
You can see now there is a sign of writing above one of those metal walls off to the front and left of that far alcove that reads: Biological Weapons Research.
Given the proximity of this [Unknown Blank] Primordial Applications lab and the Biological Weapons Research lab, I'm kind of wondering if one of Aeor's God Slayer/Surpassing projects was trying to make their own Titan. (and the Factorum Malleus just reached completion sooner)
To the extent of our knowledge, no Titan has slayed a god. But they were powerful enough to be considered equal to the gods. Not to mention that Titan's generally take a god to quell/fell them. Like, one was listed to have been downed by elves during the Schism, but I also feel like that probably took an army or three to do and they probably also had some Champions on hand as well.
And given the creepy, mad scientist lab abominations still found in Aeor, chances are those wizards wouldn't have made a normal Titan if they ever did figure it out. A beefed up abomination Titan would definitely make for an even tougher fight and could possibly do what none of the original Titans did and actually take out a god.
I dunno, just vague little thoughts given Ashton's baby Titan status due to a ritual gone wrong/right. And the historical dislike between gods and Titans. And Aeor's need to surpass and/or kill the gods.

You ever think about everything Ashton said to Sally in a single punch?
How she probably reminded him of the person he used to be, the person that maybe might’ve left her behind if she had fallen out the window?
Or maybe how he would absolutely not have left her behind — left anyone behind, even back then.
Whichever it is, Sally never fucking knew them. She didn’t know them then, and she sure as fuck doesn’t know them now.
The shame. The embarrassment. The anger.
She doesn’t fucking know him.
And now she never will. She’s ruined her chance to get to know this heroic, kindhearted, brilliant new Ashton Greymoore.
And she doesn’t even know what she’s missing.
Ironically enough, Ashton is now more of a Nobody to Sally than they ever were when they were “friends.” She lost the potential to have that incredible person in her life as soon as she left them behind.
And all of that feeling was, in the moment, simply too much for words.
You guys ever think about that?

Okay, but today at the store, I told my client there were no new flavors of body wash when I meant scents, so.......
Writing tip: the way your characters word what they say tells us as much about them as what they're saying. For example:
"Shampoo tastes bad." - neutral statement, simply stating the obvious. Tells us nothing about how the character sees themselves or the world around them. Uninteresting.
"I just don't like the way shampoo tastes." - implies that the character speaking considers this to be an unusual feature of themselves, in contrast to other people, who are implied to supposedly enjoy it. Raises additional questions.

Bot accounts and Real people with accounts.
I’m pretty sure the tumblr community is well aware of this problem and probably loads of other people have already made posts about this, so I’ll keep it brief.
So recently blogs like this keep appearing in my followers list (these are recent ones)
Now when you get a spam blogs or p*rn bots you’re supposed to blog them. But some these blogs are actual people who are new on tumblr and have the default icon, so you’re supposed to check before who block them. But here’s the problem…
some of these blogs don’t have anything. No posts, No description, No title. So you’re gonna automatically assume that these are spam and block them.
Now I hate fact that some of these blogs belong to actual people and I’ve been blocking and reporting on blogs like these for the past few days, and that they’re probably wondering why there being blocked or reported. ( sorry to the people who own blogs like these that I blocked you)
So a couple of tips for new blogs on this site,
1.You could change the title (a catchphrase, a favorite quote, a random sentence etc.) or type small description, or whatever random stuff you like!
2. You could change the your avator or icon (it be a picture of you, a cartoon, again it’s your choice do whatever)
3.If you’re not planning to frequently post stuff and just sign in to check out other people’s stuff, just put a put a post something like this just to show you’re new here.(again u can write down anything)
