the cramps don't go away, unfortunately. if you experience them it just means it's working. they suck ass but if it makes any difference I have heard they are like period cramps haha.

If someone local to you saw that you have an ED and wanted to be your Designated eater would you let them eat your food for you so you don't have to? Like say you're out with family and friends and don't want to eat they would stealthily eat your food so it looks like you ate to throw off any suspicion of you having an ED.
if the person would be ok with it then of course. but I think it would get tricky if they still tried to make me eat or something like that. and at the moment I don't have anyone who would do this but absolutely. the less for me the better
