I almost got really hurt today in the shower, and I kinda need ur advice anablr
So for ref, I’m about 102lbs and 5’6”, so I’m underweight and am experancing the health concerns
I was in the shower and feeling ill, I was sitting down because standing in the shower is a no go for me, and has been for a few months, I stood up to mess with the overhead shower nozzle and the world goes quite I hear my slowed heart in my ears and everything goes white, I hit the tile wall which thank god I was facing because my tub is porcine and I could have gotten really hurt or died, I started to slip down the wall and that’s when I locked in
I’m having some low cal oat ice cream, cause I want to help my blood sugar and I’m sitting down now, what do I do when this happens? Am I doing it right to be eating sugar? Do I count these cals?
