Lance would be Nathan and Allura as Annalise. I cannot imagine Keith (as Gabriel) and Allura falling for each other so I think it'd be more of a mutual understanding between the two that they both like Lance and Lance likes both of them and they just accept that.

Keith and Allura get along, they dance, they play flirt, and they do cuddle sometimes, but there's no romance there (unless that's what you want, in which case pop off, you do you boo) but they both love Lance.

I'd like to think that in this universe as the fire nation started attacking the South Pole, a lot of the water benders chose to move out and either head North or go into hiding near the Earth kingdom.

Hence, I give you Lance Mcclain of Varadero, a small village located on the eastern beach of Kyoshi island.

Keith meanwhile comes from a line of Fire Nation rebels. His mom, Krolia is an upper member of the League of Marmora and has spent the past few years infiltrating the army and is currently a General who patrols the Earth Kingdom territory of Oma-Shu.

Keith also has a sister, Acxa, who has been traveling the world with the Fire Nation's exiled Prince, Lotor, while he searches for the Avatar.

Pidge meanwhile is from the swampy territory within the Earth Kingdom and can control the plants and mud rather than the earth itself.

Their father (An Earth Army weapons inventor named Sam) and brother (a drafted soldier named Mat) were captured by the Fire Nation a year ago and presumed dead.

Hunk is a farmer and cook who lives just outside Ba Sing Se. His family sells wheat and grain to the upper ring but on the weekend, he goes with his father to sell food in the lower ring.

When the paladins got back to Earth, they weren't thinking about politics or how tough it would be to integrate the entire universe with Earth's database. And of course, somehow, Keith ended up being the one person to have to deal with the Gala resistance fighters and making sure they filed their damn paperwork.

"Yes, I know you've already moved Acxa into your clan Kolivan, but Earth doesn't see it that way. You have to fill out adoption papers, so they know she's your kid."

"No, Ezor I know you and Zethred are bonded. But Earth needs you to fill a marital status. Why? In case you get hurt in Earth territory. Yes, I know you can handle yourself, but the government needs to know who to contact."

"Krolia you have to officially notice Romelle as your kindling by Earth standards. Why? Because mom, I'm a member of the government and they need to know who is considered family and who isn't."

"No, Ezor and I don't consider each other family but because Acxa does, it goes into my paperwork as us being family."

"Zethrid, Ezor, you can't take random alien babies and claim them as your own without bringing them in for a checkup and filing the paperwork... Because Zethrid, Earth thinks were family!"

Keith specifically spends as little time as possible on Earth just so he doesn't have to update his paperwork. Galra customs and Earth paperwork don't mix well, and Keith is kind of sick of it.

Keith, Romelle, and Acxa being adopted/honorary siblings is my favorite (headcanon(?)). I love them and the idea that Keith was like "oh y'all don't have parents either?? I just found my mom, wanna share?"

Like idk, Romelle asking Keith about the universe and the paladins. Her wanting to dance and Keith, despite not knowing how to, wants to be a good brother and make her happy so he lets her push and pull him around. Acxa being too blunt with Romelle and not knowing how to interact with her but Romelle still wanting Acxa's opinion because Romelle knows she'll be honest.

Keith probably spent a lot of time comforting Romelle after Allura and Acxa probably stuck next to Keith like glue when they were at the Axis.

Unpopular opinion, but I actually kinda like that after the war Lance went to live on his family farm for a while. Dude needed to heal, I just wish Voltron hadn't made him look like he hasn't been sleeping or eating and looks like he's bone deep tired.

But in all reality, that's probably the most realistic ending of the show. He's tired, he never wanted to be in a war, and his family (the people he cares about more than himself) thought he died and were forced to attempt to move on without him. I think that lance was a pretty accurate representation of what any of us would have been like if we had been in his situation.

But I love the idea that, since he's not active with the coalition or traveling the universe, he's the home people go to when they feel lost. I like to think he settled at the farm to heal himself but stayed to help others in his own way.

He's seen the universe, he's seen so much and come to realize that no ocean is like those on earth. No sunset feels the same and the stars that surround earth are his reminder that hes home, that he survived. The rain never tastes or feels or sounds the same on any planet he's been on. He's healing in his own way, and in a way that's the most human reaction the show may have ever shown.

Keith except his hair comes in like Krolias (just a little darker) but up until he ends up in space he dyes it black. So as the series progresses his hair slowly gets longer and his roots are purple and pink.

Keith somehow always ends up getting in the middle of the Holt family shenanigans or the Lance and Hunk shenanigans and either way he's scolded with them.

Voltron but the Castle automatically connects to its visitors minds. But like room wise.

First night in the castle, none of the paladins noticed anything spectacular about their rooms. They were exhausted and had no reason to go looking around. But gradually, they noticed changes. Lance and Keith were probably the most drastic of said changes.

On the paladin's second day aboard the castle of lions, Lance woke up... feeling like everything was a dream. And for a moment, he almost thought the past year had been a dream. His bed felt soft and plush, his entire body was quite literally melting into the mattress, and the blanket he was using (which he swore was paper thin last night) was now heavy and soft and resembled the quilt his abuela had given him only three years prior.

His walls were the same walls he fell asleep surrounded by the night before except, one of them was no longer a wall but it wasn't a window either. It was a video of the Varadero beach from back home. The waves, God he could hear them, almost smell them. (Think the hotel Katniss was staying in from the first hunger games. It's literally that window but it's a wall.) When he sat up from the bed and his feet hit the floor it was weird how it was no longer the cold metal it had been last night, but was now the same wooden flooring that was used on his own bedroom from back home. And for a small moment, lance wanted to cry. Because he knew this wasn't real, his rug wasn't here and that wasn't a window to the beach (even if it was the beach was a 37 minute drive from his house.) His bed wasn't an uncomfortable twin XL bunk bed and even though there was a desk and closet, none of his things were in either of them. It was a fucked up illusion and lance almost wanted to be mad.

Keith on the other hand, it took his room time and effort to change around him. It was as if the longer it took for him to connect with Red and the other paladins, the longer his room took to understand what he wanted and needed. The Galra genes were easy, the Castle detected it when he first walked in and got scanned. Changing the shape of his bed and the general atmosphere of the room was easy, it was genetics. But when it came to wants, the castle had to learn alongside everyone else what Keith wanted.

The first really major thing was the blankets and pillows that seemingly came out of nowhere. Sometimes pillows would even change overnight if the castle felt that his sleep patterns were irregular. The next thing that changed was the flooring that resembled Shiro's apartment. It was weird, a miniscule thing Keith didn't think would ever bring up emotions, but that stupid flooring from Adam and Shiro's apartment nearly brought Keith to his knees. But Keith's favorite addition to the room? The ceiling. Somehow the castle was able to detect day night cycles of Texas and perfectly replicate it. During the day he could see clouds and sometimes if it rained the floor would create these fake puddles, a hologram almost, and at night he could see the constellations. (The other Paladins secretly loved Keith's room. His bed was large and nest-like, taking up the majority of the room, and you could move the ceiling around to look and point out the different constellations)

Training

Kolivan: Having the will of a Galra is not enough to defeat a Galra. Get back up and do it again.

Keith: I'm trying

Kolivan: Trying never solved anything, doing is the only way to survive. Again.

Wishful thinking but I really hope that while Keith was out with the BOM he would look around at each of the different planets for food hunk could cook with.

Imagine him spending hours in the different markets trying spices (some of which he hates but knows pidge loves) trying to find the perfect one. He writes notes on the different types of flour and dough he buys so that hunk knows how to cook with it.

Keith spending time in libraries for adventure books for lance, romance and cook books for hunk, and maybe some old fair tails for coran and allura.

Just little things he did on his adventures with the BOM to show Voltron that yes, I miss you and yes I still think about you.

Kinda wish the Galra had the "braids symbolize victory" thing cause could you imagine as Keith learns of his heritage at the blades they start giving him braids and by the end of the series where he's addressing the entire Galra race his hair is long and absolutely covered in braids.

His mom, also holding a few braids of her own, standing besides him and Kolivan with his shorter hair but one singular braid and maybe a few strings of fallen blad members hair intertwining his own. All three of them standing there speaking of a new age for the Galra empire.

Idk, just sounds so magical.

I would love a sitcom style meets The Kardashian TV series but for the Gods of Olympus.

Like I want it to take place during each of the Percy Jackson books but it's the gods perspective just... If they were a sitcom.

Poseidon and Zeus constantly fighting, and then every once in a while it's just Hades playing with his dog. Omg could you imagine if at dinner time each of the gods sit down together and listen to their kids prayers but instead of taking it serious its almost like that one scene from Mulan with the ancestors (wE cAn'T aLL bE aCuPUncTuRes.)

Idk, like I don't want them to be good people, but I'd love to see a fic where Olympus is actively drama central all. the. time. Meanwhile Hades Is wearing his PJ's and vibing on his couch talking to the camera team about how much he misses his wife.

Nico, only 10 feet away at supervising the archery range trying to act like he can't hear it even though everyone knows he hears Will. Nobody mentions how his smile gives him away.

Will, telling campers about his mom and the struggles he had with Apollo, telling them that it'll get better.

Nico, introducing new campers to Hestia, "the kindest Goddess" he's ever met.

Nico and Will having mandatory field trips to the cinema once every other month and making sure each and every camper has the hobbies they love just at their finger tips.

God! Nico where it's your usual "everyone prays to Nico because they think he's a God" shtick but since he's dating Will, a lot of people think that "huh, will must be a God like Nico!"

Meanwhile Nico, who's trying his best to be the next Percy because of course when Percy went to College he left Nico with the stupid horn but didn't tell him "it's symbolic, like passing of the torch! Your head camper now!", and Nico has no idea. He's just happy he gets to sit with SOMEONE instead of at the Hades table all alone. Sure it's Mr.D and Chiron but it's better than being alone.

But it's funny because since Nico's doing a whole lot of stuff (even after he turns 18 and just decided to help around because let's be real. Kids should not be in charge of their other kid siblings and Nico and Will do not want anymore deaths or mishaps in camp) like he's gotta help Will with the infirmary paper work every once in a while and for some reason Nico has to do all the camp paper work every Tuesday? But ok sure, eventually someone finally told him that he's the only "main three" around and is a war vet. So yeah, he's got a lot of experience and the younger campers love him.

But they have no clue that Nico and Will are not two humble gods just watching over their mortal family members. So they pray to them. A lot. And you know the drill, eventual God hood strikes.

Idk why but I feel like when Nico's older he'd start adopting demi God kids. He's just like "nah, forget camp I got this."
