Look who’s back?

IMOW is back! I’m currently at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Trinoma waiting for Brent; and it just happened that I brought my laptop with me. Been a long time since I last posted on my blog! Wow, it’s been what 2 years from the last post I checked here on my site. I don’t know why but it actually feels good to be back again. Hopefully, this time around I will be having more time to update what’s going on with my life. 

Woah. I still cannot get over with, me, going back to what I was obsessing before. As I am waiting and typing these thoughts in my head, I came to realize 5 things that MAYBE the reason why I had the chance to go back to this.  (I missed this!!!) 

1. To quit having most of my luxury time on Facebook being affected by so many posts and actually “people” (To clarify that that’s not past relationship or whatsoever) 

 2. To be more conscious of what I do in my every day lives, I guess by posting what I accomplished within the week tells me how productive I do with my precious time. 

3. To go back to familiarizing English words. I know this sounds ridiculous but I am more into speaking in Tagalog now than speaking in English. (Don’t get me wrong; I love Tagalog or Filipino language!) I need to be more fluent and need to increase my vocabulary. 

 4. To focus more on myself (That doesn’t mean I’m selfish or vain okay) since I keep checking out others’ lives; as I mentioned in #1, I keep checking others and do not focus on what I can be. I’m not totally lost NOW but soon I probably will be if I don’t do something about it.  I have to find what my passion is, what I love doing and improve (again and again). 

 5. To share more in a private way. It’s really different sharing on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram compare to a blog. I could really express myself here without the judgment of a lot of people. My close friends or people who know my blog can connect with me through this also since I don’t share much about my personal life anymore like I used to on social media. 

So this is pretty much of it. I will be posting more of what I have been doing this 2 years that I was idle on this blog. It will be a way for me to save memories since I have so much going inside my head that I sometimes forget things whenever people ask me. Anyway, here’s a recent Selfie! Hahahahaha annoying face I know, but look at how my face has changed over 2 years of time? Did it change so much or still the same? God bless! x

Japan 2013: Piggy Date

Another date post again with Kaila and this time a Shinjuku date! All we did this day was eat, chitchat, shopping, photobooth, eat, then chitchat again; like the girl friends date routine as always. Meet my piggy best friend who calls me pig also nyahahaha! I'm so glad that i've been so productive with this kind of date with the people who are so close to me yet wasn't able to attend my birthday last April. Anyhoo, why piggy date? because we call each other baboy and we kept eating that day! I just love chill and diet-careless date like this, don't you? :) 

I just couldn't help but take this moment!! Kaila told me there are people standing on that thingy sometimes, seriously. Big big figures in the middle of the street....how rare aaaaaand here is my baboy love, Kaila!! Isn't she the most adorable piggy ever? <3 that's a complement right baby girl? Fat is sexy!!!First meal of the day for us! Mochi cheese curry udon.....if i'm not mistaken. It was yummy though it was messy to eat!  then we headed out to this store, donki hote, to shop for some goods! We found cutie and funny things. If there was kris kringle in here, it would be funny!!!  after burning that calories we ate for the first meal, it was time for us to gain it again!! We headed out to the coffee shop and ordered sweets and my fave milk tea <3 I was craving for this since i got here so... cravings satisfied finally! :) Kaila doing the dramatic effect for pouring syrup on my milk tea.... how weird can we get? Can't wait to see you again obachan, I had fun as always!!! Cheers to our baboy friendship, I love you! ♥ ♥ ♥

Japan 2013: Shimizu Flower Park

My favorite spring season is almost over, I can feel the summer heat already here in JP!! This is from one of the trips I went with my dad and grammy. I was so happy being in here since it was my first time to see flowers bloom this much. :) Oh, our trip was so called 'hanami'. It means "to see flowers" in japanese. I was literally feeling the aroma and everything, sucha floral girl I am!! :D Let me take you to that flower park through the photos? ;)

I loved passing through here, literal floral garden!!  The flower was this wide open!! I wonder why there were no bees in there?  I found this couple while we were walking around!! They were just chitchatting but it was a nice scene so captured their moment hahahaha wish I was that lady and my partner? lol Rose Garden!!!!!!!! Never ever seen like this loads of kinds of rose before. Rose garden as in the literal one, can't imagine? scroll scroll!!! See I told you? aren't they pretty!!! I wanted to pick them all and bring it home huhuhu :( anyhoo, the next one we saw was water lily! There were looooads of them!  and these roses!! They're in one 'tree' though they're in different colors, this was amazaballs!!  Was I able to tour you and made you feel like you were there too? I hope so!! How I wish I could bring YOU there and chitchat with me too :p kidding! So anyhoo, quick post before I head out! I have to go errands and meet my friend in a while. Hope you all have a good night!

Japan 2013: TDSOTF

TDSOTF: The dark side of the force (only my two friends know what this means so don't mind my title much hahaha) This was my first date I had since I got here! Ya'll know what I mean when I say date, a date with friends. i'll guide you through photos so I don't chitchat much here scroll away!! :)

I met up with the two cool people around lunch time at Shibuya! Yes, familiar for most people out there. Where Hachiko story happened :) That's the statue of Hachiko, I saw a lot of tourists having their photos taken with this cutiepie!! Have you seen the movie? If you haven't go watch it asap, I cried nyahaha! Btw, meet these two people. Left one is Kenya and the right one is Arisa. I'm going out with them again this coming thursday and i'm waaaay excited!!! Sweets Paradise which I showed you guys in my previous post! Oh you know just me in front of the food confused which one to choose so took a photo instead lol whut? hahahahaha! Having our lunch at sweets paradise where we fed our empty stomach! We all didn't take breakfast for this resto nyahaha. SPOTTED: Kenya being an instagrammer!! gotcha dude hahahaha after our lunch, we head off to this shop to buy my card reader!! Yes I was whining about it on twitter and F YEAH FINALLY GOT THEM!!! then went to Round 1 to play bowling.........but it was 40 minutes waiting so we decided to take purikura instead!  I think some SM has this kind of game, what does it call? DDR also? My cousin plays it and I witnessed one in manila! What I love about here is that not them kids are playing but adults! I took a video and i'll be showing it at the latter part of this post ;) First purikura with the two of them! I haven't had this for so long I missed it!!! and it was K's first ever puri so I hope he enjoyed it and felt a girl for an hour nyaha My one of the longest and consistent bestfriend! I meet with her everytime I come back here. She's my sweet girl friend i've ever had <3 oh and idk I like this photo because of that lovely gorge mirror and the this was the reason why the girl scolded us no picture allowed inside lol and our last stop: Starbucks! After the mini "photoshoot" we headed to starbucks to chill before the hectic way home lol thank you both for this day!! I enjoyed it hihi see you on 23rd!! <3  oh and here's the video!!

Japan 2013: Sweets Paradise

Whenever I come back to my hometown, I ALWAYS plan on a date with my bestfriend, Arisa. I think it's in our nature that when I get here we go out to bond asap wherever we feel like and try new things together. Well, that's what bestfriends are right? So this time, we planned to try out Sweets Paradise in Shibuya along with our senpai Kenya! (I shall have separate post for our outing that day) There are a lot of branches though just because it looked cute, we decided this branch! 

Sweets Paradise is an eat all you can restaurant, 70-90 minutes buffet that include mostly sweets  like cakes, chiffon, flan, fruits, and like. (No wonder why the name of the restaurant has sweets.... #badumtss) Not only sweets but they also have Pasta, Salad, and Soup. You can have this eat all you can sweets for 1480 yen! Egg shaped entrance which we got attracted to nyahahahaIt's a pay first system and the time limit depends on the branch, shibuya branch has 80 minutes limited time for a buffet.  What I liked about this branch most is their interior! Do you see the design on the wall? it's an egg carton with colorful balls glued to it. Unique huh? Maybe one word to describe this place, it will be: COLORFUL. Agree?  Chocolate fountain! Match it with fruits, hmmmm yum! ♥  aaaand these are some of the sweets that are found on the store! These are just some of it, I wasn't able to take all of them. Just because... you know my stomach was already calling me hahahaha!  Here are some of my takes! I swear I couldn't have another plates for some reason even though I did not take breakfast for this! Alternative post for my insta photo nyahahahaha Time's up! 80 minutes passed in a blink of an eye! Isn't it true? Time flies real fast when you're having a good time. How was my take on the food blogging so far? I hope it was not too bad! Less than 20 days before I fly back to MNL, any suggestion where I could go? More posts coming up soon but chao for now! Bloom at 18: Pre-Debut

Continuation of my preview post about my pre-debut! (If you haven't checked that post click here) Here are the post, edited pictures! I had five different concepts and did this for one day so proud of myself...... loljk but it was really exhausting trust me! I know other debutant and models who even have one week shoot for the whole day knows how I feel haha! I haven't had this kind of shoot for ages since I had the classic shoot with the Stellar group last year. What do you think of the photos? Japan 2013: Teppan Yaki Date

Touchdown Japan! Well since I came here I haven't been using a phone, as in a legit one like iPhone. I realized that having no phone in a place like this is really hard since I am this phone geek; no phone, no outing for me hahaha! I even get jelly whenever I go out, especially in a train! Hilarious, one row 10 people using an android at the same time and i'm just sitting in the middle "nga nga" lol anyway, why am I telling this no phone story is that I JUST MISS USING INSTAGRAM EVERYDAY (say hello to an instagrammer right here) so I decided bring my heavy camera whenever I go out with my dad or with my friends just to capture memories and blog it instead of insta hahahaha so yes. 

Teppan means an iron plate and teppan yaki is a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron plate to cook food. Whenever I come back to Japan, my dad brings me here. What I like about this is that I get to have a little fun before eating; and I get to be full without rice! <3

Bloom at 18: BTS Pre-Debut

I told you i'll be back, pretty late after the last post though! And i'm excited to start with this post all the way til the last one about my debut :)  It sounds insane but I did not actually plan to have a debut as in debut party at the hotel. I just wanted to have a simple dinner with my fam and that was my original idea; I even realized that a lot of girls don't plan to have a big celebration nowadays. Well, what changed my mind is what my mom told me. I will only have my 18th birthday ONCE IN A LIFETIME and if I have the chance to have one, I better take it before it's too late and I should know that i'm blessed because not every girls get to have a chance to have a debut party, others could not have one even though they want to. You know, don't have that much kaching kaching. That was what my mom advised me and she was obviously talking about hers nyaha! Anyway, it all started with this planning last December 2012. The preparation started December. All the planning about what kind of theme do I want, what kind of invitation I want, if I want to have this and that and which was 5 months before my actual birthday. Seriously, girls! who is planning to have a debut and a bongga one, 5 months is not even enough if you don't have a coordinator. I was actually glad that I had one, I cannot even imagine myself stressing about it while having classes everyday! 

  My pre-debut was held in Dasmarinas, Cavite! It was pretty far from me since I live all the way from North. Well, it was all worth it though! The place was actually a big big farm with looots of plants which my stylist own. He turned this small portion into a beautiful pink flower garden according to my theme. Oh, by the way my theme is: cherry blossom! :) I actually thought that I will only be shooting one concept for my pre-debut but I had like five; and no wonder why they told me to bring looooads of clothes! 

  In case you are wondering why am I posting all these things about my debut, is because I was inspired to share my great experience and I had people who actually appreciate what I post in my IMOW, I might even be able to help others girls out there so yes, wait for the other upcoming posts about my debut! :) Enough of chitchat, scroll down!

(I hope it spells right) I really like this kid cause he still remembered me even after the shoot when we met at sof!My nga nga face cause I was smiling for like 5 mins straight so my jaw was already aching loool My 5ever supportive driver, kuya wawi! Hahahaha you're fame now huh! Change look! Ms L did an amazing job on changing my face look, even kuya wawi was amazed with it haha amazeballs! I had a few tutorial on how to pose it according to my concept! It was exhausting as ever, I miss MP days! My instagram photos! Lower left is what we had for lunch! It was gooood, thank you sir P! :) and lower right is with Ms. Jackie, my second mommy throughout the debut planning, I miss her already!! 

I miss this day already haha! I hope I get to have like this shoot in the future when I get to have breaks from all the academics!

No more MIA

Finally I am back after 4 months of no blogging! I was itching to blog every time I had a free time, although something always disturbed me and took my blogging time away! I know, excuses excuses excuses here we go. BUT THEN what made me go back for real is what my girl friend, Jerisse, (hi baby girl) told me during my debut! I realized I started this blog on my 17th birthday and it's been a year since I had this blog; it's too sayang to let go of it. SO! I AM BACK & NO MORE MIA.

Since i had my debut/physical birthday last 20th of April and will be having my spiritual birthday this coming 29th, I will be starting with my posts with my pre-debut, during the debut, and post-debut. Also throw back pictures! So brace yourselves, IMOW is back! <3 

Meanwhile, i'll be leaving this photo of me during my pre-debut photoshoot "sleeping innocently" til my next post. :) chao!

Your Girl

Happy happy Christmas vibes today since this morning! Before I go to my shopping with my baby cousin which I will be his santa today, let me have this quick outfit post from the TSIEP event in my last post! (yay for an outfit post finally) I was a staff/photographer for this event and I wanted to wear something simple, comfortable, and pleasant to look, so this is what I came up with! The people who worked for the event were all required to wear BLACK, and yes the best color to wear to almost all the events because it makes me look "less-chubby" plus this peplum dress covered my stomach, yay :) This dress is something I would recommend to girls to have one in their closet!                         Peplum Black dress from The Crossings (I forgot which specific store, i'll be updating this real soon)  Earrings from LandmarkShoes from Primadonna

TSIEP: Coronation Night

It's that time of the year!

Yes, it's that time of the year! I was pretty shocked how people prepare Christmas with SO much decorations as early as SeptemBER here in the Philippines! I get really overwhelmed whenever I see malls with Christmas decorations and lights since it reminds me of Tokyo Disneyland for some reason. I usually spend Christmas and New Year in Japan because I believe it is just the best way to end the year with your own family, don't you agree? Before I feel homesick and go emotional let's get to the purpose of this post hahahaha lol! Because it is FINALLY December, I want you guys to feel the christmas vibes with me! 

24 days til Christmas! How will you prepare for it? :) Start your december right! I should really get back into my "productive" day hahahaha! God bless everyone! x
