anyway, fun fact I unintentionally made Viktor a half-elf in Ocverth
ask me about my oc world’s elf lore they’re essentially magical humans that have the ‘i do not age i only become stronger’ gene that lobsters do
they get telepathy powers but only over specific things (ex. controlling exclusively temperature, or dead plant matter)

Viktor Pavlov, aka “VULCAN”
Equipped with his 6-armed Adaptable Reach Mechanism (A.R.M.) unit and a laughable ability to come up with proper names for things, Viktor is the head of the International Agency for Supernatural Justice with a Needlessly Unpronounceable Acronym (IASJNUA), which he founded in tandem with his retirement from superhero field work as Vulcan. With the agency, Viktor seeks to train and group up any and all who wish to pick up the superhero mantle into designated teams to face any problems IASJNUA decides to tackle, hoping that no one will ever have to go it alone like he did.
Beyond the agency, Viktor has little else besides a medical tech company he founded in his 20s, having lost his lifelong friends and eldest son to his supervillain, Polar. As such, he pours every waking moment of his life into IASJNUA and raising his youngest son, Nikolas.

Produced from the second - and potentially last - run of the Empathy Simulation Program (ESP), Nikolas is a true AI well known for their kind, understanding nature and optimistic attitude. From birth, Nikolas has been instilled with an unshakable conviction to do as much good as they possibly can. Whether that be by picking up a worm stuck on the sidewalk, or saving hundreds of people from a burning building, it does not matter.
When their father founded the International Agency for Supernatural Justice with a Needlessly Unpronounceable Acronym (IASJNUA), Nikolas begged to be a part of the agency. Though it was against their father’s will, the man couldn’t help but fall for those darling blue eyes and designated Nikolas as Team A’s Extraction Specialist, Blue Rocket.

Viktor tried to keep his signature stern look, scrunching his nose as he leaned into the good doctor’s beak and gave his usual indignant huff. Despite all his effort, though, a faint smile crept onto his face as Donti cupped his cheek.
“Whatever you say, Leo,” he rolled his eyes at Donti’s wordy contemplations. “You might not have that much of an appetite, but at the very least you can eat something. And, as Nikolas always goes on about, something is better than nothing.
“You’re all skin and bone. You get my son and I worried when it comes to your health. At least eat single fruit or something, just to give us peace of mind.”
