The real reason for my hiatus, somewhat (vent)

I haven't even been in the best mood lately at all, nor was I in 2023. but it just got worst, am actually just forcing myself to post and not out of motivation. just so you know am not dead. Like am not even motivated anymore, even when i put too much effort, all the effort useless. i haven't update my you tube nor my actually comic for this exact reason. My life just keeps getting shitter than better
I already know this post going to get ignored because who cares about a stranger and small artist? but I posted anyway…
and this doesn't fit the posting art with storylines either, so this just going be probably my last post of posting a vent here (am not going post another vent after this. it will back to regular art)

Guess am back with Dr Abe's laboratory
Wait a minute..., a new logo? why its pink? Well...this is afterlab. Am going to talk about it if I have to time too.
But in a short description: events that happened after the laboratory is destroyed. Its pink because it something to do with Abette. So this only content that only happens after the lab is gone, reduced to atoms.
Btw I named it Abe's Afterlab instead of Dr Abe's Afterlab, which I have done deliberately.
I'll still talk about the regular Dr Abe's Lab since am not finish obviously lol.

There's two sections of Genovese, Sweet and Cruel.
We going talk about Sweet first since its the longest so..
Sweet
(It moves like hair though, weird. Due to error with his chromosome, he ended up have a limb hair instead of hair strings...)
(the hair string can move. But can he feel things like his arms? depends. He only use his hair string limb if he needed too.)

Genovese more likely insult someone if he's annoyed
Genovese's current clothing is actual clothing, and not something he shapeshifted in. Simply to blend in of course.
Genovese can fly when he shapeshifts something that is able to make him fly, however he gets tired very fast doing so.
Genovese used to not have an cruel side. back in 2021 during this au was developing.., he used to be fully pacifist and kindhearted. This was changed because due to nowadays. I decided to make him more half good now. Though, i think it fits better being half because I think it be better for him to struggle trying to be good (after being brainwashed for so long) instead of already being good.
Despite trying to be different from Peppino, He still have an habit of copying off what Peppino's wearing sometimes.
When Genovese doesn't want to play, he watch something on tv instead
Genovese is not allowed to use an stove or oven. Nor is he allowed to use a gun despite trying to use one.
Whenever Genovese is hanging out with someone without Peppino, it gets little embarrassing because he don't even know to use certain things nor when to know what's normal or not in the situation. He's still learning.
The reason why he has his eyes togther instead of being seperated because...
(he got surgery on his face to stop the melting. But the surgeon accidentally made his eyes together..)
Genovese would usually try to reason before attacking.
His tears are acid. touching him awhile crying is dangerous. Though his tears do not have the color of acid, but rather regular tears color
Genovese likes flowers, all flowers.
Genovese know a lot of ways to how to kill some one. Totally not taught to him, absolutely not. Nope.
Immature self is just as smart as mature self, he can catch things like mature self.

Have a Good Night Sleep, Dogday AU
Alternative:
Finally, after an month and an half of month, am finally finished.
Before I start i wanted to take back both things I said in my WIP.
When I said its cartoon world, i actually meant was its mostly take place in the cartoon world. it really an Imagination world, as you'll see what I meant during this post.
What i actually meant about its not a shipping au, its not a shipping au between Dogday and CatNap specifically. well there is no couple pairing of the critters existing, just crushes. but its never important at all (besides it only 2 critters.)
Now there is some things that are related to the bigger bodies however it has nothing to do with bigger bodies dogday nor catnap at all. it just about the cartoon world. So not even worshiping prototype exists here.
and I apologize for any grammar mistake I miss.
Anyway on to the post!
About:
About Have a Good Night Sleep, Dogday or HGNSD AU
In a nutshell, it basically two children created entire storyline about Dogday trying to find a way for CatNap to turn back to normal. At least what Dogday thinks because if there was a way to strengthen Catnap (dark essence bottle), then there has to be a way to get him back to normal.
The previous storyline before the brother came was just smiling critters just doing normal activities.
Originally the au was post to be slightly similar to 2016 stuff, but I think it not really "2016" like anymore. This series is post be animated on youtube only, but i have no idea if i should since i need motivation and still have to practice my animation skills.
Just note, some characters personalities are the same, but just altered a bit or a lot. Then the other altered completely
Anyway lets start with the characters that no one will cares about first!
Welcome to the Yearwoods Family.

It was- I mean is a happy family! The family are Christians.
The family consists 2 children and a sphynx cat
All names of the family are: Mr. Yearwood, Mrs. Yearwood, Amber Yearwood and Kevin Yearwood. (the parents are nameless)
the cat name is pinky. (its a girl)
Out of the 4, Amber and Kevin are the important ones.
Amber and Kevin
Whenever Amber goes to school, she's bullied. She hates it as it ruins her self esteem. But she claims that she's fine and she don't need any help.

Amber and Kevin gets along. Though, Kevin likes teasing and playfully making fun of his sister a lot. Amber usually ignores him or just pretty much says its not funny. Overall, they love each other as siblings.
Every day they play with the smiling critters toys before their mom tells them to go to bed. Amber sleeps with catnap toy or sometimes craftycorn.
Amber and Kevin playstyle is different. Though at the end, they're both obviously equally immature.
Amber's Playstyle:
Amber plays a CatNap, not shocking.... She sometimes play as the other critters (most likely CraftyCorn), but she mainly plays CatNap. And i mean main, she doesn't even let her brother play CatNap for once.
Amber is good with crafting an story, but very very bad at power scaling.
usually when she plays the other critters, they act bit more mature. However when she plays a CatNap, she either being serious or being a joke. there is no in-between.
One of the running gags of the Au is CatNap's powers. He keeps gaining new ability every time. Amber is doing that deliberately so she can win, and counter her brother every time. However when her brother starts winning, she gets annoyed and slightly mad when she starting to lose. But its the entire fact she wants CatNap to win entirely. by going as far as weakening the other critters.
She also pull the "nuh uh" or miss despite the attack was obviously undodgeable.
Kevin's Playstyle:
Whatever Kevin plays the critters, its more jokes and being unserious. sometimes he be serious but then its ruined with an joke. He mainly plays Dogday but he do play other critters. He gave Dogday powers because he thinks its more fair to have everyone with powers. Despite Kevin joking a lot, his powers are usually kind of balanced (expect for the fact Dogday is kind of op not as op as Catnap.) Dogday gains powers too but only if he learns something. The brother often wins.
Kevin likes overdramatizing fights, dark scenes and using powers, mostly because he watch too much action tv shows.
Now that's done, let get to the real AU.
Welcome to Sunnyville!

Sunnyville is the brightest and cheerful town around! This is the main location where the Smiling Critters resides in. The positivity and good vibes came from Smiling Critters themselves.
There's more than one groups as the known ones are Smiling critters, Nega Bratzz, The Quacking Sisters, and The Ordinarys
The town is mostly nice however there are bullies (Nega Bratzz and The Quaking Sisters), but it doesn't quite override the sheer amount of positivity.
Smiling Critters has a reputation in this town, often for their upbeat attitude. Outside of the critters group, Dogday is well liked by adults, awhile children thinks KickinChicken is cool. Not all though fine with their upbeat attitude, especially Nega Bratzz.
The houses are altered but
Every single Night, Catnap's house changes.
Well not the exterior, But just the interior does.
The interior becomes an nearly endless mansion with whole bunch of halllways and rooms. turning back around doesn't get no better. Once enter his house, the doors are shut tight enough for no one to escape.
The inside of Catnap's house is described as an dream world or illusion world. Once entered here and manage to end up falling asleep or become unconscious, it would be treated as if the critters was dreaming the entire time. That's because when the sunrises, the interior turns back to normal. Any injury is also gone.
example:
The "illusion house" is quite dangerous, due to it being unpredictable unknown danger. Some rooms are safe, awhile others are not. Some could be neutral awhile other could be a trap. The critters will never know.
Aside from catnap's house, DogDay's house been redesigned in this au too.
Smiling Critters Section
Enough explaining everything else but the critters!
The story mostly revolves around Dogday and CatNap. KickinChicken is an major character. The other critters are very important too, but not as much.
Once wholesome positive team, is now a distressed team. Smiling Critters has to work together to solve this mystery of Catnap and the happenings that are caused by him. Awhile they try to solve Catnap awhile balancing their routines.
At day, Smiling critters just do their normal routine, get ready, eat, play, eat... But as soon as its Night, that's the where the real kicker is. Majority of the events that happens in this AU, takes place at night. At the moment, no one but outside of Smiling Critters area knows what's going on with Catnap.
They try to gather clues and research CatNap to get understanding on what their facing.
The Critters acts like their description.......somewhat. its altered a bit.
About the Other form i mentioned on the about, what was the so called form am I talking about? Well its called Enhanced Form. Enhanced forms are magical forms that gives a smiling critter powers. In order for an Smiling Critter to be enhanced, Dogday must enhance them, as he the only one who is able to do it.
Enhanced forms are strong, at least strong enough to fight the CatNap.
In order for an Critter to transform into Enhanced form, Dogday must use his powers to enchant the pendant (on the necklace). Then, the critter can either grabs the pendant tightly or smack it, causing them to transform into enhanced form.
Dogday can change at will, but he does not have enhanced form, but rather just a stronger form. Though, Dogday don't even need to transform, he can still use half of his abilities without it.
When a critter transforms, their pendant changes too.
An Critter can de-transform by either de-transforming willingly or when they become unconscious.
I will now talk about the Smiling critters separately.
Dogday the Guardian of the Sun:
Makes sense to start with the titular character of this AU.
Dogday is the main character of HGNSD.
Other things that I didn't add due to space:
Dogday is an early bird, he tends to wake up everyone to get the day started. Excluding CatNap, He's the last critter to go to sleep.
full content (but also not) of how Dogday gained his powers: Dogday was slammed multiple times by Catnap (due to the fact he rebelled, fight back and took the risk of letting himself be the one getting the punches instead of his friends), before tossing him to a deep pit. The pit had spikes at the very bottom. Despite Dogday was clearly about to die, he still had some hope and determination left...causing gain powers and fly upwards in result.
Dogday is more powerful than any other critters. He can even sometimes surpass Catnap's powers. Dogday's powers deals with the sun aka light. Dogday's powers are 2x stronger at day but at night, its normal strength of the power.
The AU name is post to be ironic (really just an bullying title since dogday cannot even go to sleep properly because of CatNap) but at the same time, its foreshadowing something.
Dogday is traumatized, but he doesn't show it.
He was horrified at the state of Catnap tall self. But after dealing with him for so long, he's desensitized to it. doesn't means that's a good thing though.
Dogday gets insulted a lot, he gets upset a little but it doesn't really effect him completely. The only thing that effects him is the fact his best friend is even like this at all.
Other Critters
Now the main character is out of the way, let's talk about the other critters (expect for Catnap). They will be ordered from most important to the least important.
KickinChicken the Guardian of the Stars:

Let's start with kickin'

KickinChicken is most likely the one who defends his friends from bullying.
KickinChicken powers deal with stars and light. He is almost as strong as DogDay.
He often sacrifice himself in order for his friends to escape to find safety. If Dogday is almost there to being killed, he jumps in to prevent it. Because of his sacrifices....he almost had access to change into form at will permanently.
He was able to change into his enhanced form twice without Dogday's assistance. But it happened in two different circumstances. not to mention sudden change, but it was in a necessary moment.
KickinChicken and Dogday works together sometimes.
No matter how much an critter insults KickinChicken, it doesn't bother him. In fact, he will twist the insult into a positive one.
He considers Hoppy Hopscotch his best friend. They both have an friendly rivalry when comes to any game. They get a bit too competitive....almost destructive sometimes. They always doing the "am better than you" attitude. If one of them lost, they take the lost but still cocky.
KickinChicken usually compliments himself and looks at the mirror in his bathroom.
Kickinchicken secretly can sing. He didn't tell anyone because he wanted it to be personal for him only. Until catnap exists and ruins everything. There's concept designs of kickinchicken in his singer outfit design, but i hadn't finalized it.
CRAFTYCORN the Guardian of Colors:

More info about her own magic: she has an specific book to learn her own abilities. She tries to learn her own magic, but it pretty much hard for her too. She struggles to use her magic, when it successful, its usually something small. In her enhanced form, she able to use her magic like she trained for years.
Sometimes Craftycorn's magic is successful either under concentration or distress. And sometimes it fails. She also the only critter who can create her own form without Dogday's help. Though it isn't an enhanced form, but rather a different form.
Craftycorn one day wants her art be display in a muesum
In her enhanced form, she has the powers of creation, unicorn magic and color. Making her quite strong. She only has on specific healing ability called Revival. she can only use this on one critter awhile focusing, and if she gets distracted, the progress will fail.
Craftycorn sometimes ends up finding out some stuff before anyone else.
Craftycorn one time was able to beat Catnap without help.
Craftycorn has a crush on Dogday, she didn't at first though. She was saved by Dogday, causing her to gain a crush on him since then (omg its almost like proto-). She been drawing a lot of pictures of him closed doors.
Sometimes she plays chess with Bubba Bubbaphant. She loses mostly.
Bubba Bubbaphant the Guardian of Intelligence:

Bubba Bubbaphant has the power of vision, intelligence and detection. He is able to rewind to able to see an vision from the past. Since he most likely using his powers for investigating, making clues and ideas for any sign for an cure.
When bubba bubbaphant is targeted, he sometimes gets it the worst than Dogday, simply because "he's smart". For example, everyone else will get tied up in one way, but bubba bubbaphant will have 15 different ways of being tied and caged to make sure he doesn't try to strategize to escape at all.
Bubbe Bubbaphant pacifism caused injuries. He never try to switch sides, he's still standing his ways.
When Dogday first gain his powers, He went to Bubba Bubbphant to figure things out. Though Bubba Bubbaphant obviously could not answer how to deal with his powers. So instead he tries to study both Dogday's and Catnap's powers.
Bubba Bubbphant had try to to keep up with Catnap's powers, but he clearly wants to give up at this point because its way too much. Its stressing him out
Hoppy Hopscotch the Guardian of Energy:

Hoppy Hopscotch powers are lighting, super speed, super jump and energy. She can charge herself by simply running.
Hoppy and KickinChicken are friendly rivals mostly competitive in games. Though Hoppy is usually the one ends up making it more destructive then it originally is. She usually try to win, by doing things faster. She also view kickinchicken as her best friend.
Extension of the trained fighter: When using her fighting skills, she usual attacks fast. Awhile Hoppy was teaching Dogday, she accidentally gives him bruises in the beginning...
She can be just as cocky as kickinchicken sometimes without using the better than you phrase.
When she is being insulted, she usually insult back.
Even when its fighting with Catnap, she still wants an challenge.

Bobby Bearhug the Guardian of Love:

Bobby Bearhug have the powers of healing, enchantment and love. She is able to heal multiple critters at once or strengthen them. Her attacking ability is life drain. She discover this by accident.
Due to Bobby Bearhug's pacifism, she gets injured too but not as bad as Bubba Bubbaphant.
She's has been bullied a lot, despite it all she still wants to show love. She don't really judge anyone, despite people judge her.
She does care about Dogday's situation, at the same time she just feel sympathy for Catnap.
Bobby Bearhug can cook, she mostly bakes though. Her food is delicious.
PickyPiggy the Guardian of Food:

PickPiggy have the power of food and mixing. That's it. She's considered the weakest critter out of all the powers. At least she can create certain foods that isn't possible.
She is not a cooker at all, despite having cooking related powers. Instead, she just be the first one at the table when the food ready. Getting large portions of foods....no wonder there's no leftovers in the fridge. (no she doesn't eat the ENTIRE cooked meal, she does let her friends get a plate too.)

CATNAP SECTION
Now....Catnap.. well now you saw how everyone views catnap or at least treat him. Its only right to finally show him now, yes?
He needs his own separate section.
Catnap is the main antagonist of the story.
Catnap....:
Other things that I didn't add due to space?:
Truly everyone is guessing what happened to Catnap, cause no one has no clue.
Catnap powers are either the most strongest or the most weakest... I cannot pick, blame the kids. Catnap has so many powers, even god give up. His powers are the negative versions of dark, psychic, moon, and dreams. He also can send more smokes in his nightmare form, which is from his spores that's on his back. The advantage he has over everyone, his powers at night are 10x stronger....so he can take down all the critters. However the massive downgrade, at daytime, all of his powers goes bye bye, he cannot even turn forms either. He stuck back to just Catnap. Only power he can use is transporting from dark areas. So when the sunrises, he slowly turns back to normal size.
Lunar/Third Quarter Form is usually what he changes into the most, its a mix between the regular form and Nightmare's powers but not having all of its powers. This form is somewhat comic relief. This is where most the jokes be, in this form.
Nightmare form is the most strongest, as he usually do not talk in form. He either wants to put fear or he was extremely angry to change into this form.
Out of all the critters, he believes bobby bearhug is the most insane, ironic.
Catnap at first hated the boot like socks in Lunar form, but ends up being fine with it because it was comfortable.
Unlike the canon og Catnap, catnap committing evil is a complete mystery...or the fact the kids never planned one. who knows.
He has the able to put critters inside a cocoon-like substance, to make them live inside their own nightmare. The victim actually has to find the way to break out of it..somehow
He got the name Boogeyman due to teleporting underneath hoppy's bed and kidnapping her.
Catnap likes pretending to be an magician.
Past Catnap usually likes being around areas that was calm and peaceful. any interruption would startle him.
Past Catnap used go to Bobby to talk about private stuff. Not things that between Dogday and Him though.
He's the only critter in the smiling critters group to not have an enhanced form
Catnap can change his eyes at will. but nightmare form he cannot.
He owns the Lair, which the lair only appears at night. its no where to be seen at day. He got an lair later in the story because he wanted to craft his plans far away from the smiling critters sometimes.

Now for last one its relationship between Dogday and Catnap (also my last picture i can even post i reach my limit :()
Other things that I didn't add due to space:
Catnap equally insults Dogday, calling Dogday "DogStupid" because he believes that Dogday is actually stupid. Catnap actually insulted Dogday first.
Rarely, Catnap doesn't attack Dogday on certain days, as he sometimes target someone else.
Every since Dogday gained powers, Catnap been obsessed with trying to gain his powers. Mostly because he wants to torture him so that Dogday wouldn't be able to defend himself or enhance anyone no more.

Concepts/Removed:
Originally there was going be humans in the cartoon world. Because how care bears and the old MLP had humans. There was 2 humans that was along with the Smiling Critters, Oliver and Maxwell. Oilver would have blond hair pigtails and pink overalls and Maxwell had brown hair. Oliver was the confident feminine girl awhile Maxwell was a curious boy. She and Maxwell would've helped the smiling critters. Oliver would've try to fight Catnap but Catnap wouldn't even attack her, but rather put her somewhere safe.
In continuation of the humans concept, there was going be a castle way up in the sky, as the only way to access it is through a magic beanstalk. The castle had a princess named princess balloobow. She is a human with powers. She would've attempted to cure Catnap's evil but it would failed. She also would've been the one who taught Dogday on how to use his powers properly.
lastly of the human concept, in some epsiodes, The smiling critters would've travel all over the world to find the cure. having an adventure and meeting new people or critters. Catnap still would've been a villain during those adventures. They would've have got clues about the cure, the origins of Dogday's abilities, an hint about what happen to Catnap and the mystery of the current Catnap. However during those travels, Catnap would've slowly become stronger...due to collecting stuff. Dogday would've also become stronger, from looking at the ancient stuff. Sometimes in their travel, they would help people or other critters.
Catnap would've an fourth form called Disenchant form, being the opposite of enhanced form.
The original name of this au was called Nighttime with Catnap. it was also called Smiling Critters and Shenanigans.
Dogday and Current Catnap was originally considered frenemies.

Origin of this AU
This start off as an one-off joke where Dogday staying up all night playing videogames with Kickinchicken. Dogday was trying to keep himself awake until he fall asleep. As soon he woke up he was chained up on his own bed, just to find Catnap smiling at him. Catnap says he's about to punish him because he surpass his healthy sleeping schedule and decides to punish him by forcing him to watch Megamind 2. Dogday beg for mercy but Catnap turns it on, causing Dogday try to struggle to escape and scream.

Extras
Pickypig is the only character to even question why don't they just attack Catnap at daytime because he's basically weak. (the reason is because the smiling critters do not want to cause commotion and attract large attention from the people in the town)
Possessed Dogday exists in this au, but ill talk about it on another post. Just so you know, He did not get his body controlled in the same way the bigger bodies Dogday was.
Amber first ever toy was the poppy playtime doll. every single smiling critters came out, she abandoned her, but she still in her room.

Game Concept (read needed so some bosses info makes sense)
BEFORE I START!!
I ended up posting this of result of an comic was taking to long and i didn't want folks to think am dead are smth. this post is little rushed it self because I worked on this shit for too long.
And btw some of them I didn't draw all the attacks caused rushed and lazy 🥴.
btw this post is very long, so if you just stopped by the look at the bosses image then that's ok. But if you stay to read some lore and uhh attack movements and description then continue on

The shy ego painter?
ah the first boss.
Attacks the same way, same health, same everything. The only difference is phase 2. After phrase too, instead of being repeat, he ends up chasing you throughout the level, until you reach to the end. There is obstacles, like slopes.
No I didn't forget his clothes, he don't wear them well sense he's fighting actually I didn't feel like drawing it

He uses pipe sword which kind of replaces revolver. But throwing spoon most likely does. pipe sword he goes towards the player.
Pipe bow replaces bazooka
Shuriken replaces dynamite.
soda nunchunks replaces flamethrower
Fork Sai sword doesn't replace nothing, its new ability. Similar to pipe sword expect he attacks 3 times.
Smoke bomb, senoraki just goes to the other side of the room.

phase 2 happens the same however the defeat is different depending the choice you picked. if you joined the ninja squad by mr secrets (mr incognito) , then the duel would never happened, instead it cut to mr secret stopping the fight. If not, then the duel happened and senoraki gets defeated.

Mechadragon

The map have platforms, top, middle, bottom
Mecha charges large laser blasts that can cover somewhat half the screen. either targets top, bottom or middle.
Ground pound
He has a tail mace, uses to hit the player, depending on which area platform he own.
He flies around with saw claws, usually above the player.
In phase two, he starts shooting the laser downwards.
He always shoots mini laser blasts.
Flower Lady?
"Flowers are blooming, waters are looming, as yellow as bee, as fast as I can flee, where can I go, what can I do, as grass are trembling, my mind is troubling, all I can see is dark, as it makes me irk. I yell for help but It sound like yelp. " - poetry one of the levels.

Flower lady mostly uses her parasol for attacks.
Most her attacks are sending big plants at you.
Midair is a laser attack.
Flower bomb is air and ground bomb
Vine attack is a ground attack

Phase 2 is the same, instead there's more added plant attacks.

The picture explains for me. Giant bee flies around level cant get hit only by boxing glove. But the more the bee gets hit, the bee drones starts to go back their own, one by one. eventually flying all over the room. They can be defeated, but reappear in phase 2.

Uhhh... is a grab attack. In rare, it shows a smaller fake peppino head instead. he bites you if he succeed grabbing you
Ball form goes pouncing on walls.
Grabby hand is similar to uhhh.... but expect his hand keeps extending across the room. how to involve this? go wall climbing bro. if he succeed grabbing, he tosses you.

he can charge in acid, and shoot it from his mouth, which straight up makes him vulnerable afterwards.

Fake peppino resorts to light-armored knight (there's two different knights forms in this au btw)
In this form, he start attacking with his sword. Phrase two don't start unless peppino grabs the light-armored knight transformation as well.

He may even throwing his sword ay you, no matter what spot you at. even in air.
In this state, no longer clones himself. However, it replaced with him being much more faster with his attack, and less vulnerable. AND YOU CAN'T STUN HIM. have fun :)
Duel is different here, if you manage to get in this, you get a bar. you basically have to press a certain key repeatedly until your bar fills up, which causes back up giving you a chance to attack him
The armor starts falling piece by piece as his health goes down.
DOES HE CHASE YOU AT THE END?
no not in this battle, but you'll have to fight him again later, which fulfills that chase part. in story wise, he was going to get in trouble the further he continue this fight because he fought you without listening to orders.

saw - same with roomba, goes to a straight line or on walls and disappears afterwards. only spawns.
Added chemical effect, daze. Daze slightly only slightly distorts the screen.

most goattail attacks are same. only difference he throws a platform that bounces and pull down tv hud. tv don't bounce but instead shoots out words. after 3 hits:

Before you attack Goattail, you attack his servants. why isn't it attacking all the bosses you fought again? laughs in fighting 13+ bosses again. yeah no, that's why I did this. but only one am talking about right now is pizzamancer since he was original concept in original pizzatower before I talk about the rest.

Lore long story: Centuries ago, Dr Pizzaman and Peppino's ancestor used be lab business partners and close friends. They specifically create medicine, drugs and cures together. Machinery counts too. pep's ancestor was known to be friendly, awhile pizzaman was something. The two was popular amongst the other scientists, and was used for most operations and awards. One day, the two was challenged to a contest of machine curing process, by doing it separately. The two accepted the challenge. Pizzaman thinks he's going to win, as pep's ancestor just took his time. Then the contest arrived, as the two show off their machines. Pep's ancestor showed off his machine, it could cure multiple symptoms, preventing some terminal diseases and its a painkiller machine. Pizzaman creates a machine that only cures one strong disease. Result came in, Pep's ancestor won the contest, which caused Pizzaman to be pissed and felt like he was robbed. Pep's ancestor shared his happiness and shared he liked his machine, but Dr. Pizzaman decided he wasn't going to be his friend no more because he didn't win. Then he left. Pep's ancestor was kind of upset about this but move on later, continuing creating medicine, drugs, cures and machines, by himself now. One night later, the laboratory they worked at was slowly getting more emptier and quieter. Pep's ancestor questioned where was everyone, and begin to look (awhile carrying a flashlight.) He found out people was getting murdered one by one. He followed a saw blood trail, begin following it, and leading to cooking area. He saw a spell book, ingredients, cauldron, etc. He found out there's witchcraft going on around here, before he know it, he hears familiar voice. "looks who went looking for his own death." he turns around, realizing it was ex-friend, Pizzaman. Pep's Ancestor begins questioning him about everything, until Dr. Pizzaman admit he used witchcraft to kill people he hated, and he was next. Before he tries to kill pep's ancestor, he decided to curse him with eternal generational bad luck, can't do nothing in peace, and finally, no generations will ever have the same intelligence as him or ever able to become scientist (he makes sures they fails at it.) despite being cursed now and despite he about to kill pep's ancestor, pep's ancestor decided to grab dr pizzaman and throw him into hot boiling cauldron, which caused him to scream, slowly melting his body (explains his ghost form) before he dies. Instead of becoming a ghost, he was instantly sent to the void. he questions where was he, As Mushrazel responding about to get sent to hell. Pizzaman quickly got mad explaining how he was a good person and was wronged by everyone. Mushrazel tells everything he has done was evil and did one of the rules of going to straight to hell, it was witchcraft. Pizzaman still didn't agree but was sent to hell anyway. Mad about it, he decided to cause chaos in hell. Which ended up catching prince Goattail attention. He impressed by his destruction that he invited him to his tea table. He asked him to join his team. Pizzaman refused at first but was later convinced. When he joined, he was renamed as Pizzamancer. He was fine until he heard his ex-friend died decades later and went to pizevan (heaven).
tl;dr: Dr pizzaman used to be friends with Pep's ancestor until he got jealous and started killing everyone. He cursed his ex-friend with bad luck, suffering and no high IQ allowed but ended up getting killed at the end by his ex-friend. Now he in hell serving Goattail.

Pizzamancer casts spells, the spells are similar to abe's checimal throwing attack, Expect most are attack projectiles.
when applies spell himself it usually boosting his speed or duplicating self.
Broom usually melee attacks the player. Broom spawns dust attack.
When half health, he turns into a ghost state. he usually just follows the player until the player defeats him. the broom turns ghost-like, and shoots ectoplasm instead.
Back to Goattail
the most rushed art
At this point goattail is in a rage state. he starts moving much more faster then originally.

Summoning - this isn't enemies but more like a long list of spells. most are projectiles or lasers.
in this state, the stage is continuously moving

before the fight, you met her as npc in the final level of section 3 before going to her boss stage.
anyway boss stage:
phase 1
she makes you answer her questions in limit to 15 seconds. no matter how long the questions are. incorrect answer causes the player lose a health.
phase 2
she changes into a big screen tv.
bass attack - (soundwaves)
Laughter attack

knife throw attack
microphone attack (she toss a microphone at player which grabs them)
at some point she makes you answers her questions again, but this time under 8 seconds. don't worry the questions are short. but only this time you can dodge the hit whenever you answer wrong.
Spinal Worm

This guy boring as hell im just say what they do in one sentence, digs in and out ground. chase only boss. You have hit 8 parts separately, in order to defeat it. level doesn't have walls. That's it, what's phase 2?
Sanity
"no this isn't therapy, this is anti-therapy. I just want you to suffer through your problems again by forcing you to remember them all" - a villain probably
similar to mrs questions, starts as an npc in specific level. emotionless alternative design

he starts off small in sanity form. spitting out full sentence words as attacks.
he also frowning, so he sometimes shoots out tears as attacks instead.
Phase 2
there's is were the real attacks begins. he's bigger now. He starts showing different emotions as attacks. (he changes his face)

I got the whole idea of pizzas being demons from original concepts. So, I thought it would fit the horror theme.
Dr Abe and Abette in concepts was going to have been fought twice. Dr abe first battle was he just testing you out. Abette 2nd battle is testing your strength once again before you fight Goattail. This time, she using her powers and not from the parasol. Scrapped.
There's a secret boss called Venus. it was a plant creation failure, in result of eating humans. as the flowers appears to have faces on them as well. the plant is kind of based off the little shop of horror.
There's more planned secret bosses, its only going be 3.
Sanity was originally going be named Propaganda. And emotionless was originally named Smiley.
recruiting the 2 bosses that are recruitable will gave you approved badge.
sigh...time to get back doing the comics.

was going to animate something but me lazy asf i prob forgor to animate at this point.
this is just the concepts how the game would look like, possibility. don't read this shit if too much mk?
In game
platforming gamemode would exactly how og game looks. Other gamemodes would be in different view angle, all them be the same angle btw.
Its Pizza Time! is called Acid Overflow!! here. Its similar to pizza time, expect when the time runs out, acid has been released, then it starts seeping through the level. If the acid touches you, its a instant game
over. Laps works the same, the acid just restarts but still seeps at the same pace.
how this works with other gamemodes? the same way. the only difference, the level completely changes and not just the route itself.
Secret rooms are in all gamemodes.
Gameovers are in result of starting the whole level ever again.
Gamemover screen have a sound in the background, which is laughing.
Gamemode Explanations
Platforming - plays the same as ptg
Mystery - in a nutshell, solve a mystery throughout the level, finding item, talking to npc, unlocking shit to solves it. you earns points the more closer you solve the mystery. Once the mystery is revealed, the player have to manually activate acid overflow. there is still collectables, material points and materalings to collect.
Riddles/Questions&Answers - Get the correct answer or else. This gamemode just do riddles and questions what else? Every time answer is incorrect, you have play whatever this gamemode offers you to do. If you complete the game, you go to the next question. If you fail, its a gameover instead, If you answer correctly, you proceed to the next question. Once you answered everything correctly, you able to finish the level, beginning the acid overflow. There's only one specific level where you just get a straight up gameover if you answer incorrectly (reason cause its next to a boss level, and this is technically the boss before the battle level.) Each section and next level, the questions get progressively harder. Some questions are timed, which some of them just gets faster.
Escape Room - the point is just escape the level. collects items, unlock shit etc etc to get yo ass out of there. Escape rooms always have a timer to escape. of course if you don't escape on time, game over. Escape rooms can also have chase, as a entity is chasing you or looking for you the level. If you get captured, game over. Once you escape, acid overflow automatically triggers.
In HubWorld
Hubworld will always be in one angle. The hubworld is just where to go to sections and enter levels. The same world were you change your costumes, etc etc. There is were most of the story, cutscene, and others sets place. There's are doors where you cannot enter unless you either unlock it somehow or open to a specific route. There are secret rooms in the hubworld as well. Well really there's a ton things to explore in hubworld then just going to levels.
Shops exist as well. They usually just sell costumes. However, some sell useful stuff, or items for endings/choices related. Some items itself can be collected in hubworld, which all them is story related. You also can talk to the npcs here.
The hubworld changes depending what you did in the game or depending on the route you go. The more recruits you get, the recruits will show up in hubworld.
The tablet is just a device that just checks your stats and achievements. But it also has data, which reveals information in game. There's also tapes and reports, which are collectables in hubworld.
Recruits usually just goes for specific endings. Awhile majority are useless, only 2 is helpful. In order to recruit them, see their quests or other shit idk. Only 2 bosses can be recruited, but its takes longer.
there is music for this au but its like 2 years ago and it sounds like ass trust me you don't want to hear any of it.

shit I couldn't add in the post because I ran out and just lazy:
there’s still transformations, but there’s a mechanic call shapeshifting, peppino can shapeshift to certain entities for 60 seconds. Shapeshift mechanic is post to help you get a thru certain levels, such as darkness, pathway blockage (also entering certain places), or beating the shit out of entity idk what else. In nutshell it is a transformation but also not. Once used, there's 1 minute cooldown. There is a way to cancel shapeshift faster, just go near robot that remove experimental changes.
a. Dr Abe put tubes on peppino in order for him to even shapeshift in the first place. Don't ask how it feels to shift.
b.
the game has multiple endings, but once you complete the game first time, you unlock other pathways to get to the other endings. Such as completing extra levels, quests, recruitments and items.
There's are 4 gamemodes in total: platforming, mystery, riddle/question&answers, escape room. its possible for levels to have 2 gamemodes or all (end-game levels).
There's more then 4 bosses. Not every boss you directly hit them, some its chase only. each boss represents the all the levels for each section (its worlds but called sections here). However, the final bosses (nor secret bosses) don't follow this rule
the game is story-oriented. There's also a narrator (known as "the voice") too, the narrator identity is only revealed in one specific ending.
peppino would be the only one playable, because its his story damn. (and gustavo and brick is playable too. (not even call this name at all in this au but whatever) )
just to make it clear, pizzaface (not his name in this au either) is still in this game, but mentioned near end-game and can only be fought in a specific ending. (which he's the finale boss there)
