Good Morning,
I am setting up multiple interviews here in Dallas, but we are a Covid-19 hotspot and all of the firms require in-office work.
I have worked as a paralegal/legal assistant for 16 years and have worked three of them remotely during the pandemic 100% of the time. I prefer to work from home since I am set up in a home office that I paid for and it is more flexible and convenient for me.
I have an interview with an airline as a flight attendant today, but am not too enthused to do that since legal work has and still is my passion and the paralegal job later this week is way more pay, but also in-office.
I am not sure what to do because the paralegal position is way more money, but the airline has more perks.
I cannot do paralegal work without oversight by an attorney, so I’m unsure of how to proceed and as much as I would love to be a freelance paralegal, the positions are hard to find.
Does anyone have a clue about what I should do? I am open to any opinions and/or suggestions.
Regards,
