Another day, another post.

I was at work (on campus) when I got the update that NAQtube uploaded again. It's another blooper video and we get quite a bit of content here. This blooper video is a little more... unhinged than the first. The video feels like something that a younger kid would make with Windows Movie Maker and their favorite video game, including cursing and some bad humor lol

Firstly, we get views of Comet City, but looking more impoverished, dirty and allegedly gang-ridden. Reminds me of the NYC slums and projects. Nova appears to be playable here. It's unknown if she's unlocked if someone finished the entire game, or she's meant to be playable in Comet City, before Escape Junction.

I love how the icons of the characters will change if they get damaged. More unknown bosses, two for Comet City, and one for Planet Sahara. The lil idle dance Nebula does is so adorable. NPCs (including Celeste) appear to be interactable in some worlds. Side quests for each world or just dialogue to progress the story?

The planet for the Junkyard Boss is known as "Planet Junkyard". Original amirite

I need eyebleach after seeing that fetish art.. but I've seen worse.

They interpret the white room rumor as it being an actual white room with nothing in it. There was apparently creepypastas based on this rumor too.

Nebula and Quasar are ballin, let's go

We finally see what is on that wanted poster. "Intergalactic Protection Force"? and "Neotopia", wonder if that is where Nebula and Quasar are from.

The one screenshot showing both icons of N&Q, possible two player mode with battery counter on top. I noticed some weird writing saying "Why am" and it becomes incomprehensible. It could be saying "Why am I here", but it's not confirmed.

Quasar finally threw hands with Pokie, surprised he hasn't earlier.

The whole plot of the first and second blooper vid be kinda fitting to my hcs for Quasar being kind of "pushed aside" in favor of his sisters. Hell, I could develop a villain arc with Quasar in a different AU.

And no, you're not racist at all, Nebula.

Well, I'm back.

After a couple weeks of college classes, I'm finally on spring break! Hopefully you'll see more stuff soon. Video dropped yesterday, but I went to bed early so I missed the premiere. So the video is composed of alternate/unused voice lines for the first Nebula & Quasar game. (Just for the PC version.)

IMPORTANT UPDATE: plasmapunk2001 has confirmed the names of the clone versions of Nebula and Quasar. It’s Venex and Nernex!

So we finally have names for two new characters. The wasp/bee character is named "Queen Buzzbeamer" and a new character known as "The Guardian" (probably a PC only character too). Most likely for Greenworld.

Pokie's voice is spot on. Perfectly encapsulates a bratty spoiled child that you love to hate. Also, the line of "Say hi to your mother for me in hell, goblin boy!" is interesting (although was unused for mild profanity). This line either was said for shits and giggles by the VA, or maybe it's meant to imply on what happened to the parents (or mother in this case) of Nova, Nebula and Quasar. Did their mother die, and if so, how and why does Pokie know about it?

Didn't expect Mayor Grimm to have that kind of voice. I guess it makes him even more creepier than before.

Apparently Celeste has a lisp? Didn't expect that.

I love Nova's voice. Enough said.

Quasar's voice my beloved.

Also we end up with two new villain characters, although I cannot catch their names. I know that the evil Nebula clone actually has a name, but it's hard to make out. (Phoenix, Venus or Venix? I feel like my hearing is starting to go..)

The Quasar clone (no name for him yet.) and Quasar's interaction feels like it's straight outta Sonic Adventure 2. I wouldn't be suprised if they called the clone "Shadow" XD. I think if they called him "Shadow", they would get into legal trouble with Sega.

Quasar realizing he's actually really annoying after meeting with his clone. THE ANGST POTENTIAL WITH THIS. Sorry, the team is literally feeding into one of my Quasar hcs, so stay tuned to my big list of HCs coming soon~

I feel this video fleshed out Quasar's, Nebula's and Nova's personalities quite a bit too. I really like that.

My theory on why the lines of the evil clones and our heroes were on the disc of the first NAQ game on PC was probably for promotional sneak peaks.

I think that most of the lines that Nebula and Quasar trying to be scary was probably just the VAs having fun and blowing off steam.

Might as well do the older videos of NAQ. This is apparently very early opening cutscenes for the game. It was never used in the final game, but it is unlocked as an extra bonus thing.

Something I noticed is that they seem shorter, height wise. Maybe it's because I've watched newer stuff like the PC trailer where they're tall. It makes them look like kids or teens in these cutscenes. Both appear to be rookies in this early rendition of the opening cutscenes. (Although Nebula is still taller than Quasar in this video.)

Anyway, into the video contents.

Nebula appears to be training and Quasar spoils her fun. I love their sibling dynamic here, they bicker and stand up for each other like true siblings.

This white room aesthetic shows up here, like the tribute video but seems a bit darker. I'm not sure what planet they're on, but very much looks like Mars. Did the developers originally want the pair live on Mars?

Quasar's got balls to basically yell and point his gun at his boss of all people. I'm surprised he didn't get fired for that. But yeah, that scene still lives in my head rent free.

Plot's a little different, my theory (for this earlier storyline) is that they would have to collect "magmanite" while collecting batteries to keep the replacement sun alive for a while until this substance is collected. Not sure how Zeno would play a role. Maybe to stop them from collecting it?

Quasar having these crazy expressions is so funny to me. He just built different, I swear lol (Probably why I love him sm)

Wanted to mention Stonecold for a bit. Possible favoritism with Nebula? This last scene is kinda reinforcing my headcanons for Quasar.

Also am I the only one who prefers the name, "Starlord" instead of "Starstraw"? It sounds cooler
