Happy Dracones Monday! In honour of the solar eclipse I have drawn Apep, or Apophis, the serpent that lives in the dark waters underneath the world who is always trying to eat the sun off Ra's sun boat when he sails into the underworld at night! (Egyptian mythology). Hopefully Ra can fight him off and return the sun to us swiftly!

Almost in a blink, she was on him. As the avatar of Mafdet, she had a cheetah's speed. Moving fluidly, her claws dug too close to the vein on his neck as the whip wrapped tightly around his hands, constricting.
"Yield! And the gods may spare you..." Karma hissed, digging her claws in a little and the whip going tighter.
This wasn't some ordinary hunter, obviously.
