Tips for Keeping your Little in Little Space
A lot of the time when I’m little I only get to be little for a short period of time. I’m typically pulled out of little space because my daddy talks to me like an adult. Here are a few things to remember to allow your little to stay little.
Only talk about little things- this doesn’t mean that you both have to use baby voices (you can if you like, but you don’t have to). Just keep the subject matter kid-friendly and don’t ask them any grown-up questions.
Don’t ask your little to do adult things- of course, they can still help out with chores, but just do it in a fun way just as you would with a kiddo. You wouldn’t want your little leaving their toys everywhere. However, don’t ask them to do super grown-up things like drive.
Don’t allow them to act like a grown-up- this means no adult tv, no using dangerous objects (like the stove or knives), and no talking like a big kid.
Keep them entertained- you can either do this yourself by talking to them, playing with them, or teaching them something, or you can give them an activity to keep them busy like put on a movie, ask them to color you a picture, or give them a worksheet to complete.
Dress them up little- putting them in little or just kind of childish clothes can help them get into a little mindset.
Don’t forget their senses- cover them in baby lotion or baby powder so they can smell babyish, put on childish music or read them a story so that they hear childish things, and give them kid foods like pb&j or baby food like applesauce so they taste childish tastes.
Make them feel comfortable- many littles worry about being a bother to their caregiver when their little or they feel as though they’re annoying. Help them feel comfortable and encourage them to be little. If that believe you like them being little they’ll be far more likely to stay little.
We can’t always be little and sometimes we’re just too busy to stay little for long, but it’s best to try to make the most of the little time that we have. I’d love to have a day or hours where I’m in little space. That is the dream.

summer tips for regressors ☀🌡
summer is coming pretty early where i am, and since i’m already in need of some of these tips, i’m sharing them to all of you! 💙
tips for staying cool:
keep a spray bottle handy! i just fill mine with water, but you can add fragrance if you want! a bottle of perfume also works! 🌸💐🌺
try to find or buy/thrift cute clothes that are also made of thin material! baggy clothing can also keep you pretty cool if it’s not too heavy
eating cold food can help you regulate your inner body temperature! i would recommend fresh fruit salad, sandwiches cut into shapes, fruit juice/smoothies, and of course ice cream!! 🍦
if you refuse to take off your onesie, try unbuttoning or unzipping them a little bit to let cool air in! turning on a fan (or multiple) helps too! 🐻🐸🐰
tips for having fun in (or out of) the sun:
swimming always helps me regress! if you can’t access a swimming pool, running a cool or lukewarm bath works as well!
water gun fights with friends or a cg can be a blast! just be careful not to slip and fall! 🔫💦
playing with kinetic or regular sand can help you feel like you’re at the beach! bonus points for seashells(yes, even fake ones!) 🐚
watching kiddie movies with ocean and beach themes! my favorites are the little mermaid, moana, and finding dory!
playing with bath toys and other plastic toys in water and pretending they’re at the beach or pool is sooo fun!!! well at least for me 😅
and of course, going to the beach, water park, or boardwalk is super fun if you like to swim, play in the sand, or play fun games and win stuffie prizes!!!!
tips for feeling like you’re on an island even if you’re super duper far away from the ocean:
finding ocean/sea creature themed baby gear, stuffies, and clothes(it’s super easy to find them during summer!! you should even find some treasures at the dollar or thrift store)
eating tropical fruits(mango, coconut, banana, pineapple, etc) or tropical-flavored foods! you can even put some vanilla coconut milk in that sippy/bottle/cup of yours!!!
listening to beachy or tropical themed music!! whether it be the beach boys or the moana soundtrack, it’s gonna be a good time 🎶
look at pictures, videos, and gifs of pretty beaches and underwater scenes 🌊🤩

Fun pretend games for regressors!!
1. Play doctor to your stuffies or dolls
2. Have one of your dolls open a vet clinic for your stuffies or animal toys
3. Use small toys to make a “store” for your stuffies/dolls (and maybe you) to “shop” at! You can even draw and make your own “money”!
4. Have a stuffie Olympics! Make obstacle courses and have your stuffies compete for medals (which you could make of course!)
5. Open a doll salon! Brush your dolls hair and braid it! Pick them out new outfits! Make them feel pretty and pampered!
6. Pretend you’re a royal or aristocrat ruler! What laws would you make? What would your royal clothes look like? Pick yourself out a royal outfit from your closet and make a crown! Maybe even use a blanket as a cape!
7. Make a blanket tent in your room and pretend you’re camping !
8. Pretend you’re on a safari or going to a zoo and all your stuffies are there! What animal is each of them? How many facts do you know about the animal they are?
9. Pretend you’re a fashion designer! What kind of clothes do you want to design? Maybe draw them!
10. Put on a fashion show with your dolls or stuffies or yourself! Pretend you’re a runway model!
11. Have a pretend tea party with your toys or stuffies!
12. Pretend you’re a pop star! Sing your heart out! Make up dances to the lyrics of your favorite songs! Make up your own lyrics!
13. Pretend you’re a teacher and your dolls/toys are students! What will you teach them?
14. Pretend you’re a world famous chef! Draw or make with play dough the foods you come up with as a chef!

How To Get Your Little Into Little Space
🌸 Ask them what color things are
💫 Call them by their favorite little nickname (ex ‘Little One’ ‘Prince(ss)’ ‘Baby Doll’ etc)
🌸 Cut up their food into small pieces and hand feed them
💫 Watch their favorite show with them and ask them which character is who
🌸 Give them lots of praises and kiss their forehead/ pat their head
💫 Pick then up and carry them around instead of letting them walk
🌸 Give their stuffies funny voices and talk to your little through them
💫 Read them a picture book and point at the pictures while you read
🌸 Give them lots of cuddles and attention

Like all I want is to be babied. Run me a bubble bath and tell me we have to keep the door open because I’m too little to be alone. Pick me up and dry me off and put your big fuzzy robe on me. Carry me over to the couch and put a kid show for me, bring me chocolate milk in my sippy. Kiss my forehead, hand me my favorite stuffie. Ask me to color a picture for you. Cut my food into baby pieces because I’m too small to do it myself. Baby me. Make me forget about the big, scary world when I’m home with you.
