how would being your ideal weight affect your life?
being my ideal weight would make my life so much easier. i would be able to hang out with my friends and not worry about if they think i'm fat. i could wear whatever i want and still look good, i could wear ugly outfits and it wouldn't matter because my body is still the star of the show. i will be able to dance so much better, and my lines will not be interrupted by the clumps of fat all over my body. more people will be attracted to me, and i won't have to worry if they think i'm fat for my food choices on dates.

i am from america, so stats are US standard and then UK/the literal rest of the world lol
age : 19 (please no minors !)
height : 5'6" (167 cm)

other things :
i am vegetarian, but for moral reasons (but i don't care what anyone else eats and i don't need to try and make other people be vegetarian! it is a personal choice for myself, but other people's diets aren't my business) so feel free to make any of my recipes with animal based ingredients ! (though the cals/nutrition may change)
i am in college, so working with dorm cooking and dining hall food
sweetspo never works for me :( for some reason i need to be bullied to get motivated lol
i've been on edblr under quite a few different accounts since i was 14, and my weight has been flip flopping up and down for about four years, but i'm trying to get it under control once and for all

what does your ideal body look and feel like?
my ideal body looks very thin and beautiful, with long lines and perfect proportions. it will feel very strong and make fluid movements easily, and i will be able to fit my legs into beautiful ballet positions with ease. i will be able to cross my legs at the knee under any table, and i can comfortably sit cross-legged in any chair. i will be able to hold port de bras (arm positions) without any fat bulging at my shoulders. my muscles will be taught and my body will not ripple with quick movements. it feels very light and graceful, and even everyday activities will look so much more elegant.

270 calorie basil garlic gnocchi !
i love love love pasta and this is really filling and low calorie, and also great for satisfying carb cravings !
3/4 cup gia russa mini gnocchi - 180
2.5 oz daring plant chicken pieces - 90 (you can totally use regular chicken if you eat it, i'm sure it will be just as delicious !)
3 basil leaves, chopped - 0 (you can also use dried basil, but it's worth it to chop the fresh if you have access to it because it tastes a lot better)
garlic powder - 0
salt - 0
black pepper - 0
start boiling a pot of water while cooking/heating your chicken in a pan (the gnocchi cook really fast so you want your chicken to already be done by the time your water boils)
once the water boils, add the gnocchi and remove them once they float
toast the cooked gnocchi in the pan with the chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic until lightly golden and puffy
remove from pan, top with basil and enjoy !
pan fried gnocchi is a really popular dish, though often with a fat like butter or oil. feel free to use these if you want but i personally don't find them necessary to make it toasty and delicious (and they add a lot of unnecessary calories)

daring plant chicken - 90 cal (2.5 oz, about 1/3 of bag)
harmless harvest unsweetened coconut yogurt - 60 cal (1 pot)
from the ground up sour cream and onion cauliflower chips - 140 (16 chips)
vegan rob's dairy free cheddar puffs - 130 (1 3/4 cups)
walden farms dressings - 0 (and all the flavors are vegan!)

one of my favorite low calorie lunch/snacks!
however much chopped carrot you want (i usually go for under a cup, which is 52 calories)
whatever seasoning blend you like (0 cal)
i like to take two whole carrots, peel and chop them into little bites and sprinkle seasonings on them. they're super good for killing salty cravings but filling because of the fiber in the carrots.
my favorite seasonings to put on them right now are noble made bbq blend and trader joe's mushroom umami (i also love vegan ranch seasoning on these but i am out of it right now) you can also use everything bagel which is yummy but it does have calories so if you're wanting to avoid extra cals i wouldn't use it :)

5 calorie chocolate almond butter drops
hello lovelies ! coming at you today with one of my favoritest things ever. a lot of sweets i've made taste like an4, but these are actually so delicious and they taste so smooth and creamy, you can't even tell they're only five calories.
ingredients:
2 tbsp unsweetened powdered almond butter - 90 (i use barney butter's, you can use powdered peanut butter like pb2 if you want, i just don't like the taste)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - 10
2 packets stevia - 0
1-2 tbsp water - 0
mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spoon into 20 drops, and then freeze (you can make these bigger or smaller depending on what you like, but it would change the calories per drop). the entire recipe is only 100 calories so you could totally eat the whole thing, but because these are made with almond butter they're super satisfying so i usually only eat 2-4, which means i can have my sweets without throwing off my goals !
