I never know what to watch but am really good at getting through lists. I subscribe to Netflix and there's thousands of shows, movies and clips to watch but get overwhelmed with all the decisions... Soooo I'm making this list my goal.

I want to watch more movies and there are a lot of quality films that are available to me on HBO Max that I am not taking advantage of. Here's my list that I'll try to get through. All these movies leave the HBO Max platform in September!!!

The dark and awkward humor made this be one of my all time Kumail movies. Him and his wife both seem so genuine due and I want them to have all the glory in the world.

Anime & Adult Relationships: I love how this Anime is able to take those difficult conversations adults have in their relationships and make them funny or even make office life exciting. I have never had so much fun watching characters makes compromises or talk about their insecurities.

I find myself daydreaming about their relationship but also the world they created. It feels like Lord of the Rings but with more Romance and it feeds to my imagination from all the things they don't go into. I haven't been able to sink my teeth into a story like this for a long time.

The Big Sick is filled with a wide range of characters and their quirks makes them relatable to so many different type of people out there. Scenes of the parents felt too real because of how they reminded me of my own. Kumail disappointed his parents, I’ve disappointed my parents, and I know there are a lot of other people out there who can connect with this feeling.

Kumail Nanjiani wrote a screenplay with his wife, Emily Gordon, about a time in their life where she went into a coma and he had to spend a lot of time with her parents after they had a big fight. The scenario is so awkward that it couldn’t have been something that was made up. At times, I felt as if I was watching the most personal and intimate details of a person’s life and almost felt as if I were invading in on their privacy by watching this move. But because of the thick layer of comedy I was in for the ride.
