Jason had known Louise for years. She’d been his getaway driver, his alibi, a co-conspirator. He had bailed her out of the trouble she always got herself into more times than he could count. With a straight face she told Batman she had never even heard of the Red Hood, while he was passed out on her couch. He confirmed to many an HR department that she definitely worked for him, uh-huh, five years in accounts? Absolutely, best accountant he’d ever had. She’d been ‘borrowing’ his vacuum cleaner for years now. He attended her grandpa's funeral. Boyfriends and girlfriends came and went. Heroes and villains, dubious costumes and harebrained schemes. They remained.

i just KNOW jason is a yearner, a hopeless romantic despite all hardships, an angry crier, a guy who would NOT get over a break up easily. if he was in a relationship with the right person and he trusted them and felt domestic joy and peace with them he would absolutely be destroyed if they broke up. both the batfam and the criminals would notice a change. it seems likely that he would be angrier and more violent than usual but i think it would be the opposite. if he was hurting enough, i think he would be quieter, more withdrawn, brooding if you wanted to take it lightly. he's always cared, he's cared SO much, that's one of his strongest traits and if he let himself care and be cared for enough for it to become a serious thing and it fell apart?? devastated. he would be devastated.
