I am starting f(x) Luna's water fast diet.
In a episode in Luna's alphabet (link here) she revealed that she goes on a water fast for approximately 2-3 days before a comeback ✨
She mixes lemon and green tea in to 2 liter water bottle and carries it throughout the day sipping on it when she is hungry.
For excersise, She does this air cycling excerise as shown above 😅for 15 minutes x 3 times (but takes 5 minute breaks in between)
She mentions the key here is to keep sipping on water because the lemon and green tea in the water mixture helps to reduce hunger ❤️️
She also mentions quite a number of times that she doesn't recommend this diet and I do agree with her point. There will be symptoms like fatigue and hunger or even worse this could lead to fainting.
But that's not going to keep me , a professional idiot from trying this out 😩It's my first day starting to diet and I want to start my diet with a BANG ! 💥💥💥

68kg ( 150 pounds)
Goal weight
47kg ( 103 pounds)
Oh and my height is about 156 cm.

1 )just because my stupid ass is going on these extreme diets doesn't mean you should too😂Take what I am doing with a grain of salt because this is all for shits and giggles. PLEASE. I don't want anyone to get hurt.
2) my blog definitely isn't to promote an ideal body type. I am very happy and envious of people who are happy and in love with their body.
