The hell would happen to the Steam Knights and Rhine Lab exosuits though? Bigger ones? Does Patriot get a 30m tall mech or does he just show how built different he is by making people struggle against him even when he's the only one not in a mech? Would Bad Guy be piloting one of those cargo choppers in AC6? Would Landships and Warships be built bigger? Would Candela Sanchez be just vibing in an open mech cockpit as a terrorist attack is happening?

Arknights mecha AU is fun because fundementally nothing changes about the plot at all except the cutscene of Amiya summoning Ying Xiao is 500x cooler

Yay, unsolicited advice time! Or, not really advice, more like miscellaneous tips and tricks, because if there's one thing eight years of martial arts has equipped me to write, it's fight scenes.

Fun things to add to a fight scene (hand to hand edition)

It's not uncommon for two people to kick at the same time and smack their shins together, or for one person to block a kick with their shin. This is called a shin lock and it HURTS like a BITCH. You can be limping for the rest of the fight if you do it hard enough.

If your character is mean and short, they can block kicks with the tip of their elbow, which hurts the other guy a lot more and them a lot less

Headbutts are a quick way to give yourself a concussion

If a character has had many concussions, they will be easier to knock out. This is called glass jaw.

Bad places to get hit that aren't the groin: solar plexus, liver, back of the head, side of the thigh (a lot of leg kicks aim for this because if it connects, your opponent will be limping)

Give your character a fighting style. It helps establish their personality and physicality. Are they a grappler? Do they prefer kicks or fighting up close? How well trained are they?

Your scalp bleeds a lot and this can get in your eyes, blinding you

If you get hit in the nose, your eyes water

Adrenaline's a hell of a drug. Most of the time, you're not going to know how badly you've been hurt until after the fact

Even with good technique, it's really easy to break toes and fingers

Blocking hurts, dodging doesn't

1. Progesterone: not for everyone, but for many people it may increase sex drive and WILL make your boobs bigger. Also effects mood in ways that many find positive (but some find negative). Most doctors won’t prescribe this to you unless you ask. Most trans girls I know swear by it.

2. Injectible estrogen: is more effective than pill or patch form. Get on it if you can bear needles bc you will see more effects more quickly.

I joke a lot on "Saria is a bottom" but in all honesty, I don't like forced roles and I think she can handle both very well. HOWEVER

at the start of the relationship, she would be topping. not just because she wants to, but because she feels like she needs to. a huge part of Saria's character is that she's pushing expectations on herself, constantly. and those expectations are that she must be the one to protect what is dear to her, that she must be strong, that she must show responsibility, that she must not let her emotions be a bias... basically who she was when she started at Rhine Lab. Rhine's Shield. a woman of diamond. being a top means that you're having power on the person you're topping. you're in control. Saria feels like she needs to do this role, because she has to please her partner and meet expectations. basically? she's being a service top.

and this is conflicted with her fear to disappoint. she's forcing a role upon herself, but she's constantly scared that she will fail. that she might hurt the other person, or not be good enough, or just not meet what they want. it's a constant obsession and because of this, she can't enjoy this position.

BUT, she loves bottoming. it may be a bit humiliating at first, but then she realizes she just loves to lay down, let herself be entirely in the hands of her partner, and enjoy herself. she doesn't have to be scared, there's no fear to have, and she perfect trusts that the other person would not hurt her, and whatever they may do, she loves it, she loves to receive, she loves her partner so so much and doesn't hold expectations for them.

and by god, she loves being pegged down, she loves feeling it, because she can just let everything out. she can scream, claw the sheets, let herself go as much as she can. all these emotions inside her can be unpacked at this moment and she doesn't have to be worried about consequences.

but I think that it doesn't mean she would never top, or that she could never. it's a whole learning, she will have to trust herself, to trust her partner, and most of all, she will have to learn to do it not because she needs to, but because she wants to. Saria loves to give, she loves her partner so much, she wants to give it to them, have them relax as she please them, and that's purely because she loves them. so when she's ready, when she managed to get rid of her own expectations, when she trusts herself and her strength, she would be ready.

I don't think it's a good thing to tell Saria "it's ok if you hurt me", because that means you're telling her that she can hurt you, and likely would, and that you would just not say it to not hurt her. that's bad, that'd feed her obsession. rather, it would be better to tell her "it's fine if you're not ready, we can wait until you are". she doesn't have the only option to be topping, it can always come later. be easy on her, and she'll be easy on herself

the writer gremlin in my mind has ordered me to write something about this, it's looking like a rough fic idea heavily flavored with "writer not knowing shit about what she's writing about" (I'm going with Silence with this one, change if needed) Saria's always topping, Silence enjoys it and Saria's happy about that. Silence, however, has noticed that sometimes there's something off with Saria during their more intimate moments, like she's more focused with doing it properly than enjoying it herself, like Saria enjoys it, but doesn't really enjoy it, if that makes sense. Silence talks to Saria about this. They talk about how Saria felt obligated to top, Silence tells her that she should also be enjoying herself. After some talking, they agreed to gradually switch. It took a while, Silence has slowly taken more control, patiently waiting for Saria to become more comfortable with letting go. Silence has also become more experimental, getting a feel for what Saria likes. At last, Saria's finally ready to let Silence take full control, to relax and enjoy the moment. She sees Silence fully throw herself into the task of making her feel good, and in contrast to Saria's more selfless approach to sex, Silence is a woman possessed, the very act of pleasuring Saria seemingly bringing her just as much pleasure as Saria's experiencing. (As I fear that I might write something worse than the previous paragraphs, I shall summarize the rest even more instead.) It was...emotional, at times they stop what they're doing and hug each other instead. After a while they get back to it, both eager to enjoy the moment even more. This just devolved into a text wall. Oops. Mayer has flying dogs now Ifrit still has her flamethrower, but now she wiggles it from side to side every time she sprays Surt breaks the trend of Dollkeepers having similar characters switching with each other, Surtr just gets replaced with the giant hand holding the sword Can't think of anything mildly amusing for Red but I guess she could have a more chill deployment, just walking to her spot and doing a pose that screams "I can do this all day." I get the idea, they could use this to make gameplay even more varied, they could use this to make the not-so-good characters more useful, maybe this can be a way to give older characters a fresh coat of paint. But I doubt they'd roll out this kind of feature for anyone else, and not even for just the expected "they're a company" reasoning. Amiya's meant to be a unique character with the class switch, someone simple with more to offer to players as they progress, filling in the same niche as Mash from FGO and the Trailblazer from Honkai Star Rail (hell, the Trailblazer also has the same class change mechanic). Also Amiya's class switch is directly connected to her story in the campaign, I think it'd feel off if other characters just get their own, maybe attach a story and challenges to it, like modules, but that's sounds like a smaller scale version of the side stories where Alters show up. Idk, I think it might weaken the weight of Amiya's moment during the class change.

This was just supposed to be me thinking about mildly amusing changes to the characters you suggested, sorry.

Arknights' "Class Conversion" being wasted only on Amiya is so cringe because imagine the potential of this mechanic on other Operators, without the need to make an entire side story just to release an Alter for them.

Survival driving game where you're a Messenger traveling all over Terra. Ace Combat but with drones, you're piloting one of those high speed drones but it's armed.

HoI4 Arknights. Assassin's Creed Arknights could also be a thing, just games with a thing for giving us historical-ish events in game form in general.

This can be said for a lot of Gacha, but I think Arknights and its characters have such potential for side games/fan games that we'll unfortunately never get to see. But it's still fun to think about how cool it would be.

Like, a JRPG featuring the Abyssal Hunters, they'd be perfectly suited for that kinda thing.

Rhine Lab could go either as a management builder game or a simulator of some kind. (Give me Kristen Space Program it would be funny)
