Please do take note that this fanzine is a non-profit project. Meaning, the funds paid for this fanzine went straight to the production of the fanzine, acrylics and stickers, as well as the shipping fee. The artists and organizers did not received any funds or whatsover. So, cases such as these are not expected or included in the equation on finalizing the budget and payment.

Hi Everyone,

First of all, we would like to apologize for the very long wait with regards to the fanzine. As mentioned previously we have encountered an unfortunate predicament to the to the remaining fanzines, particularly to those who have not yet received their copy, it was due to the fact that the remaining copies that we have received from the printing press was twice as heavy unlike the rest of the fanzines. We have inquired this with the printing press and they have mentioned that the heavier copies used a thicker paper for the cover and the pages. Due to this the price of the Shipping Fee doubled. Which was originally 10 to 15 USD was now 20 to 25 USD. An additional 10 USD was added to the shipping fee for the remaining copies meant to be sent out. A solution to this was for the head organizer to file a loan in order to send out the remaining copies. While waiting for the loan approval, and in order to compensate the delayed copies being sent out, the members have agreed to provide a digital copy in the meantime for everyone who ordered, as compensation.The digital copy will include other artworks not included in the fanzine. Please take note to not mass produce the copy being sent out. This is for your own personal use and not to be reproduced or published for commercial purposes or for your own claim. The artworks indicated in this file is still claimed and owned by the artists themselves. We will send out the remaining copies once we have received the loan approved by the bank. Which will hopefully be around 2nd week of March 2019.

If you wish to forward any assistance or help in contributing for the funds needed in shipping out the item, it would be highly appreciated and for that we will throw in the digital copy of some of the chibies used for the stickers, as well as a limited frans artwork as our thanks.

To thos who would wish to help, we are selling a digital copy of the fanzine for a limited time until the amount for the shipping fee has been fully paid.
