8 month update omg. I fr fell in love this past summer, like y’all I was in it deeeeep 😫

His presence in my life kept me skinny. We’re always on & off but rn we’re 18 days no contact and it’s messing with me so bad that I’ve gone back to binge eating. Swear I’ve gained like 10 pounds since we’ve stopped talking. Can’t have scales in my house but I would assume I’m 107-108 which is crazy I feel so fat 😭

It’s my brothers bday today and we’re going out to eat at a good ass restaurant so I had to fast for 3 days. That shit was light work, too easy.

I would say I dropped maybe like 5Ibs, but im getting anxious over eating and gaining again.
