Me: agender ->transmasc/trans man -> androgyne -> nonbinary/trans -> trans man -> androgyne?? -> agender??? -> who am I????
genderfluid culture is wondering if THIS time this is my TRUE gender, with my next gender looming over behind me (<- oblivious to this)
”This is my real gender :D” <— is lying to themself

Meanwhile police in Israel: *arrest groups of people trying to get food to Palestines in Gaza*, *arrest people protesting against the war*
Police Officer: "We arrested a bunch of people for a blatantly antisemitic demonstration."
Jewish Person: "Thank you so much. I've always felt so threatened every time I have to walk by those Nazis waving swastika flags and praising Hitler. I'm glad someone finally put a stop to that."
Police Officer: "Oh no. It wasn't the Nazis. We support them. We arrested people for protesting against Israel's genocide of Palestine."

Share your tips for nicely reminding people to use your correct pronouns!
For context, this is my parents and siblings and they barley had time to get used to my pronouns. I want to remind them but not make them feel bad for getting confused, it isn't on purpose.
* any tips are welcome, I'm sure ideas for other contexts will help me and/or others

Calling all jewish nonbinary friends!!
And anyone who has any advice to give.
What blessing do your parents use for you on Friday nights?
Until today they would use the girls version for me. Now technically I am referred to by male pronouns in Hebrew, but I'm not liking that for the blessing. Seems way to gendered.
For clarity I'm referring to the following blessings:
"יְשִׂימְךָ אֱלֹהִים כְּאֶפְרַיִם וְכִמְנַשֶּׁה."
"יְשִׂימֵךְ אֱלֹהִים כְּשָׂרָה רִבְקָה רָחֵל וְלֵאָה."

I came out to my family as genderfluid yesterday.
It was tiring, but good.

Some transphobs got to the post.
So sorry I didn't catch it before, they have been dealt with.
Here's to all the people who were wished a happy international women's day, but aren't women.

If anyone is looking for a fun new special interest I recommend the game Pokemon go!
Its got collecting and organizing. You can learn about different pokemon, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

I can’t believe how accurate this is. I’ve had a rock collection since I was a kid, and I’m still collecting them to this day.
Do any of you relate to this? If so, what do you like to collect? It can be plushies, toys, whatever. :)

I'm after a family event, and expecting to meet more family over the next week because it's a holiday.
But of course because it's a holiday I won't be meeting my therapist for a week and a half.
How am I supposed to deal with family without having a session soon after??

Vent:
I've been wanting to get my eyebrows pierced. I have so much anxiety around going that I want to bring someone with me. My uncle had wanted to get his ear pierced, so we thought we'd go together.
Then he said he wasn't sure so I left it alone.
Today I see him and he got his ear pierced with a friend.
He can do what he wants. We didn't have a plan. But I'm hurt. I don't have anyone to go with.
It hurts to realize I'm not as important to someone as they are to me.

my favorite bit of "rich people are Like That" ephemera that I picked up from my Russian literature binge was from a noble character who was complaining about his serfs neglecting their duties, specifically the duty of staying up all night long slapping the pond water in order to prevent the frogs from croaking so that the nobleman could enjoy his sleep at his country estate with its adorable pond. whenever I hear wealthy people's complaints in this day and age the majority of it automatically filters to "the fucking serfs won't slap the pond anymore and it's honestly so destructive and cruel of them to deny me my beauty sleep like this" type statements

People really need to learn that feeling empathy doesn't make you an inherently "good" person. It's just like any other cognitive process. Feeling happy doesn't make you an inherently "good" person. Feeling sad doesn't make you an inherently "good" person. Feeling angry doesn't make you an inherently "good" person. Hell, having too much empathy can be harmful for people. I know hyperempaths that hate it.
A feeling isn't good or bad. It's a feeling. It's the most morally neutral thing that can possibly exist.
Empathy is morally neutral. It is not good. It is not bad. Stop using it as such.
- Sincerely, the low empathy sociopathic narc that's probably a better person than the last "empath" that read this.
