★★★★☆

what i liked:

this is a very accessible book providing a unique look on climate change. it gives a platform to stories who may have never been told to such a large audience otherwise. great to have indigenous activist narrative included!!

what i didn’t like:

the book attempts to end of a kind of positive note whilst mentioning the paris accord, which was weird when many of the women talked about in the book may have not benefited from the paris accord.

is it earth it?:

yes!! despite a few faults it still shares valid and very important stories from female activists around the world 🌎
