5/21/11: The last night of In This Hello America. Many thought it was the night of the rapture, but at Hello America, Club Vision Quest had other plans. Things took a strange turn that surprised us all.

5/21, final Sunset Club: When we emerged from the woods through the tall grass, there were fireworks!

5/21, final Sunset Club: we set off in a run looking for a trailhead that Summer knew of. We never found it, so we leapt right into the woods, following Summer through the mud, down the hill, sliding tree-to-tree to try to stay on two feet. Falling, sliding, and we were there. The sun had just set, and we each cleared a spot to sit at the river's edge and sat in silence.
Then in the darkness we returned to the mud. Climbing up on all fours. Summer found the trail, and we walked back in the pitch black, our feet finding pools of water left from the rain, a tiny stream, a waterfall. Trees, silence, the sound of bugs, tall grass, talk of ticks, and we were back.

Hello In This Hello America'ns,
It's the last weekend of action In This Hello America. Sunday, Hello America will return to its proper place in the manicured landscape of Bard's campus, and people will occasionally look out their window and remember that someone told them once that it spells A-M-E-R-I-C-A if you look at it from the right angle.
Saturday at 8, we're celebrating the end of In This Hello America with a whole new angle. Join us.

Town Hall Meeting read some appropriated text in Hello America.
In participation of 'In This Hello America', on Monday, May 16th at 1pm, Town Hall will be reading an appropriated paper called the Expressions of the Passions
Town Hall Meeting is an art history workshop founded in 2008. Based in New York and in Maine, Town Hall hosts an array of art experiences ranging from performance to lectures.
